Not offering an option to play without a timer was this developer's biggest mistake.
Many gamers, such as myself, like to enjoy the story line, listen to the music, and take our time fitting the pieces together. Mosaics Galore is much like a jigsaw puzzle, except you don't have all the pieces available to look at. In this game you see only five pieces at a time and it sometimes takes a while to figure out exactly where they go. So, being on a timer makes playing this game frustrating and not enjoyable at all.
Game developers should know their target audience is changing. Not everyone is a teen with fast reflexes, or a person who hates to read and doesn't care about the story.
You'll like this game if it doesn't frustrate you to be on a timer. Because there's not much of a story and graphics are not all that exceptional, I don't recommend this game.

I guess pretty much anyone can call themselves a game developer, as long as they have a computer and know a bit of programming code. Here's a "developer" that created a bare bones game EXACTLY the same as their Halloween Solitaire. This new installment is just as clunky and cheesy, except this version has a medieval theme with music instead of scary Halloween sounds.
There's no story line, no achievements and no mini games to break up the monotony of this game. It's the same mind-numbing solitaire hands level after level after level.
You can purchase re-shuffles, un-do's and jokers in-game as you need them, just as you would with any other solitaire game that's out there.
So, I would say good night to Knight Solitaire and move on.

I'm really surprised this game has a 3-Star rating.
The only thing I enjoyed about it was the music. Other than that, graphics are bare and colorless, and game play is hit or miss.
My biggest issue with this game is that you have no idea on what object you are basing each puzzle. To me, there was much more guessing than logic. You are allowed to make only three mistakes and then you have to keep trying to solve the same puzzle until you get the right solution. Only then can you advance in the game. It's very frustrating to say the least. I played for almost 40 minutes and just couldn't take it anymore.
If you like these types of games like I normally do, try playing World Mosaics 1 thru 4, or World Riddles: Secret of the Ages.

I first played this game on another site, where I was able to play it for free. It starts out as kind of fun, but it soon progresses into a big guessing free-for-all.
First, you cannot choose an easy or hard mode, which I feel is a "must have" option. Next, there is no logic involved as with the World Mosaics games. Instead, you can only guess the solution but are allowed to make only three mistakes. The second you make that final error, you get kicked out of the puzzle and have to start over again. It doesn't even give you a chance to see where you could make a different play the second time around. And you can NOT skip the puzzle to go to the next one, which is maddening. Halfway through the game, I gave up because I just got tired of trying to guess the solutions.
This was a really feeble and silly attempt at a "logic" game, and I would recommend you steer clear of it.

The reviewer who gave this game 5 Stars must be related to the game's developer. I wish I could give CIA: Petrodollars zero stars because, yes, it's THAT bad.
This is a flat, two-dimensional game that makes you feel like you don't belong. There are no voice overs, no diary, no map and absolutely no tutorial. Just a lot of reading and clicking as others have said. Hints are few and I didn't realize the little stars were extra hints until I accidentally clicked on them. Zooming in and out and maneuvering with the panoramic viewing made me dizzy and I found it annoying.
The story line is odd and the whole feel of the game is off. Ignore the 5 Star review and go with the rest of the reviews -- don't bother playing this one.

Wow! How many more times is this developer going to use the same game format? Gardenscapes, their very first game in this series was cute, I'll give it that. But, once you've bought that one, all the cookie cutter games that follow are pretty much the same.
As always, this game series is Hidden Object only, with a cute pet, & the ability to buy furniture, decorations, etc for your mansion. I would recommend it for kids, who will like the cute cartoon characters; or for adults who just want some idle amusement.

One reviewer stated this type of "old style" game has no appeal anymore. Well I, for one, LOVE this game style and never get tired of it. I hope developers will continue to create these little gems.
Graphics were crisp & clear. The characters are cute & well described so you know if they're the patient type or not. Additional chairs & store upgrades can be purchased as you rack up money from sales.
You can always replay a level to achieve Expert. I found levels are a bit easier when you replay them. Each time you achieve Expert, you get a gold star which enables you to buy improvements for the inside or outside of your rundown home.
The story lines in most TM games are not normally well developed, but this one is sufficient. The music is a bit repetitive as it is in most TM games, but you can always lower the sound or turn the music off.
Big Fish doesn't have this type of game available too often so if you're a fan of the original format TM games, then I highly recommend you scoop up this one!

This Awakening series should have ended 2 games ago. There's been very little progress for Princess Sophia since the 3rd installment and now Sunhook Spire continues to drone on and disappoint. The developers need to end this story one way or another and try something fresh. Let Sophia finally find her parents, or let her run off with some gypsy prince and make a life for herself!

This is Gardenscapes & Mansion Makeover all over again! I can't believe it's labeled "Collector's Edition" -- there is nothing about this game that warrants a $13.99 price tag.
The mechanics of the game are the same as the previous games in this series. The characters are basically the same with the same mannerisms -- only the location & story line has changed. Music is exactly the same as the other games. There's no way to replay levels and you visit the same locations over and over again. Very repetitive and the game is not very long. Please don't waste your money on this one -- wait for the SE if you feel you must purchase it.
I don't recommend this game.

Anyone who gave this game 5 Stars must be related to the game developers, LOL.
There are so many issues with this game, but my main gripe is the dark & poorly drawn hidden object scenes. Not only were the hidden objects poorly drawn, but the scenes themselves were dark. Drab colors blended together and items were hard to decipher. And to make matters worse, the list of items to find was printed in a thin, small script font that was difficult to read. This was truly a headache-inducing game.
Annoying music, no voice overs, poor story development and extensive hand holding added to my frustration.
However, the premise of two magicians battling it out to the end had great potential, so I do hope another developer gets a hold of the idea and does a better job with it.
