I have had goosebumps from the beginning of this game.
Thankfully it's daytime here in the UK because I couldn't play this in the dark.
I won't go into describing storyline as it would spoil it for you.
I loved the HOS, so far they have been interactive and varied.
Puzzles/Mini Games are interesting and so far not too challenging.
Extras:
28 Collectibles
14 Achievements
18 HOS to replay.
Jigsaw - only available after you have finished the bonus chapter.
Give it a go, it's worth it.
I recommend this game!

I really enjoyed this game. It's relatively easy as opposed to mind boggling, more like the two previous CE games earlier this week, which suited me just fine.
The graphics were good with many darker scenes but then again we are in an underground labyrinth.
Inventory - I liked the fact that quite a few items were left in the inventory to be used 2 or three times.
Map - It is very good in my opinion especially as it indicates if you have found every collectible and morphing object in the scene, it also transports you quickly.
26 HOS - They are quite varied and were very interactive, some are visited twice.
28 Mini Games - relatively easy but they get harder as you progress through the game. For the last one I nearly pressed the Skip button as it was 'driving me up the wall' but I tried one more time and actually solved it.
35 Storied Objects (aka morphs), they are all different items.
5 Sets of collectibles with 5 in each set.
3 Cube Parts - I'm not really sure what this is exactly. I did collect one cube but that was part of the game, or was it?
9 Achievements - most of which are for not using hints in the HOS or the Skip button for Mini Games, and others for finding all the morphs and collectibles. Others are specific to the game.
I recommend this game!

Based on the Demo only.
I rather enjoyed this game, it's not fast paced and quite relaxing.
The graphics are a bit grainy but they didn't bother me.
You get two helpers, one is positive and the is other negative. They are rather talkative but they do occasionally provide things you need and give you tips.
Don't bother searching for the Map as one of the helpers gives it to you. It's quite a clear map and transports you quickly.
There is only one collectible, 40 wine glasses to find, and if you miss one later in the game you have probably drunk the contents of the glasses. Only joking, but it did make me crave a glass of champagne!
The HOS in the demo were lists with some interaction, also ones with a storyline where you have to find the highlighted word. They were relatively easy compared to other devs HOS' that have you sitting there for ages trying to find the last item.
Puzzles and Mini Games were also relatively easy in the demo.
12 Achievements - I think, but I could be wrong.
I liked the pace as there was no crashing music to urge you to rush through the game to save someone or escape from something.
I recommend this game!

The graphics are perfect and the gameplay very smooth. The voices are good as is the music.
Helper - It's a flying mechanical device that is perfect for topiary. It doesn't talk so it's not intrusive but does lurk in every scene, and is prone to getting damaged.
Map - I've not seen this style of map before but it was very good and easy to navigate.
The HOS (20 of them) are varied and interactive and the mini games/puzzles are enjoyable and not too difficult.
32 Collectibles are all the same with one in every scene but I forgot to look for them as I was too eager to continue playing.
27 Achievements - including an endless puzzle for getting a score of 60
Extras: Some are not available until you have all the collectibles or have finished the Bonus Chapter.
Replay 16 HOS
Scrapbook
Nostalgia
Gardening Puzzle
Treasure Items
I recommend this game!

This is a really good game and the demo time just flew by.  I am now impatiently waiting for the full game to download.
No helper for those who don't like them but there is the annoying zipper pull to find!
I'm not going to go into the storyline but will mention the extras.
Achievements - I would guess there are about 12-15 of them and personally I think the devs should tell us, as how are we supposed to get them all when we don't know how many there are.
Replay 16 HOS.
Replay 13 Mini Games.
22 Morphing Objects in the scenes not in the HOS.
Find Crest parts - well over 20.
13 Music Collectibles.
Secret room.
I recommend this game!

I am not a huge fan of this series and only own about 2-3 of these games but this one grabbed me from the start.
You the detective are called upon by a young woman because the love of her life has been kidnapped and she has to pay the ransom before midnight.
The graphics are the usual for these devs, although rather dark - well it is approaching midnight! The voices were good and so was the music.
At the beginning we get to choose to play as a male or female, and then have a choice of one of three characters.
We get a helper in the form of a mechanical cat, so far it has not talked or dressed up in outfits, in fact it just sleeps until you need help.
I enjoyed the HOS, some were interactive and others just lists.
The Collectibles are statuettes of the characters, I am not sure of how many there are but did count 9 in the achievements section, although there could be more as part of the screen was blocked by clouds.
There are 12 Achievements to aim for. I was very pleased to see one about skipping a Mini Game as one of them was one I have never been able to complete. Another achievement is for using the map 10 times.
I hope you enjoy it too.
I recommend this game!

It started with a long walk with my dog in the sunshine and then dashed home just missing the torrential rain to find this wonderful game.
My review is based on playing the Main Game and the Bonus Chapter.
I loved the storyline, music, scenery and the voices, and the good looking male characters.
My favourite character was Hermit the Frog who lived inside a tree and if I recall he protects the archives even though he can't read. It's a shame he was only around for a short time as I loved his slightly croaky voice.
Returning to the Dark Realm world was the captain of the flying ship from the previous game although he has a smaller part than before.
The map is very good and clear, and it transports you quickly.
The puzzles were excellent and varied - they started off fairly easy in the demo but that all changed and they became harder and harder.
The HOS are a good mixture of what these devs usually include and there are some that are quite different. I can honestly say that when I replay them to find the morphing objects I doubt I am going to achieve a gold star for each one. Then again I did manage to get the achievement for 3 objects in 3 seconds!
I became so absorbed with the game I completely forgot to look for the collectibles (feathers) or the morphs in the HOS.
The Bonus game was 'sort of' a follow-on to the main game and at the end hinted at what the next game in this series might be.
I recommend this game!

The game grabbed me from the start and didn't want to stop playing.
I completed the Main Game and I am saving the Bonus Game for tomorrow.
The storyline, scenery, voices and music were appropriate although I didn't care for the map that much.
The HOS were very varied and interesting, further into the game I found some that were fairly difficult as the items to find were very well hidden.
The puzzles were very enjoyable starting relatively easy but getting harder as you go along.
Look out for cameo appearances from a panda near the beginning of the game, I had to laugh as he tried to sneak onto the set without being noticed.
I recommend this game!

No fun factor at all and virtually a carbon copy of the others in this series.
The graphics and music were good, as were the voices except there was no lip synch. I thought these devs included it in their games but maybe I was wrong.
Good Bits:
Nothing!
Bad Bits:
Collecting Evidence yet again.
HOS were so easy peasy they were an insult to anyone's intelligence.
Puzzles/Mini Games were stupidly easy, for example Mizzy-Moo (one of my cats) solved 2 of them when she was repeatedly trying to get my attention by banging on the mouse with her paw. The next time she does it I will not even attempt to continue with the demo.
Zipper Pull - yes as usual we have to find a replacement for it and surprise, surprise it's not a paperclip.
Try it for yourself, you might like it if you haven't played one in this series before.

My review is based on the demo only.
The graphics were good and the music was ok. The storyline was virtually non-existent, I hadn't a clue where I was going or why.
The voices were fairly good although I could barely hear Anna Gray's ghost father each time he spoke. I prefer listening to reading and I wasn't prepared to ramp up the volume just for him.
There was far to much toing & froing for my liking, find an inventory item and then go back to a scene you forgot you'd even been to before.
HOS are varied - I disliked the first one where you then have to use a computer and chose 3 words that match the info you're looking for. I was relieved when I found the first 3 words but then annoyed when I had to repeat it twice again. Boooooring!
Puzzles - some easy, some hard but when I was really stuck on something I looked at the Guide and the instructions were just too obscure.
Roll on Saturday, here's hoping for a really good one.
