Enjoyed this. Voiceovers were good, except for the main character (can't remember her name). She was a monotone. I liked the way the HOS's were done. There were two connected screens, and you couldn't find the last item from the first screen until you found all the items in the second screen. Not a lot of puzzles, but the game play was enough to keep me interested. Very good music, some of the best graphics I've seen, and an actual ending to the story. About a 4 1/2 star game for me, but I upped it to 5 stars because of the graphics and music. Fun game.

Really liked this one! Excellent graphics, good voice overs (why are the children always the best actors?), fun puzzles, not an overabundance of HOS's (which is fine with me), and the music, which wasn't especially memorable, also wasn't annoying. Had to use the hint button twice while playing in the most difficult mode, so the challenge was just right. Map was very good, and so were the hints.

Enjoyed this one, but not a 5 star game for me. Puzzles were incredibly easy, even in hardcore mode. I prefer more of a challenge. I did appreciate the music, which seems to be a trademark of ERS. Many developers don't realize that music can make a game even better. The music score changed several times, so it never got monotonous for me. Graphics were excellent. Voice overs were mostly good, except for the creepy guy who owned the snowmobile. He had a monotone to his voice. Might have been intended to be that way, since he had some definite mental issues. Not a bad game at all. Just not great.

This game took me several hours to complete. In most cases that would mean you get your money's worth. But not with this one. The map was almost worthless because it was so inaccurate and told you things that could be done at some point, not at the present time. The hint button (which I almost wore out) wasn't helpful at all unless you were in the exact scene where you could do something. Way too much running around from scene to scene, only to be totally frustrated because you still couldn't find anything to do with your inventory items, or you couldn't find the items in the first place. I'm not usually disappointed by ERS, but I sure was this time. The game was thrown together with no connected story line. Graphics were excellent and voice overs were good, but that's all I can think of for positives. Just a very frustrating game that shouldn't have been released in its current form.

This game was much longer and much better than Dark Tales, the Gold Bug. Really had fun with this one. Not a huge number of HOS's, which is fine with me. Puzzles were fairly good, but some were a little too easy. I always like the music in ERS games, and this is no exception. The game was quite long. I got my money's worth. ERS is still right up there with Eipix for my favorite developers.

Loved this one! Eipix is quickly becoming a favorite of mine. The graphics were excellent, except in the HOS's, where they were a little grainy. I loved the way the music changed with each movie scene, and most of the music was very enjoyable. Voice overs couldn't get much better. Puzzles were good, and ranged from easy to somewhat challenging. The entire game presented just enough challenge to make it fun but not too frustrating. (I always play on the most difficult level.) Recommend this to everyone!

A cute, enjoyable game for almost everyone except maybe diehards who like more challenge and less silliness. I couldn't stop playing once I started. Full of fun. I played on the most difficult level and it was still pretty easy because of all the hints built in. Give it a try and see what you think.

I don't think I've ever rated an ERS game with only 3 stars, but I just couldn't go higher on this. It was extremely easy, even on "detective" mode. I think there may have been a technical problem because I chose the most difficult mode and the HOS's still showed sparkles and there were way too many hints. I tried changing the difficulty level several times but it never got rid of the sparkles and I kept getting hints when I didn't want them. Very disappointed. It's also extremely short, even for an SE. I honestly couldn't believe it when it was over. Very glad I bought this during a sale. I'm still recommending it for the players who don't like as much of a challenge.

Didn't really care for this, although I did play all the puzzles through to the end. I don't like it when the game automatically fills in the empty squares for you. Music was blah. Completed puzzles barely resembled some of the items they were supposed to represent. Just okay. I've played lots of better mosaic games. Some people will like this.

I buy almost every ERS game, but I was disappointed in this one. The story was so bizarre. I don't mind the fact that you sometimes use strange items in strange places. That's called improvising. But the whole story was just so convoluted and chopped up. The music was okay, but it didn't fit the game in places. There would be cheery music in some of the darkest scenes. I'll definitely give ERS another chance, since they rarely disappoint me, but I won't be playing this one again. It was actually only about a 3 1/2 star game for me but there were enough good things (nice challenge factor, excellent graphics and voice overs) that I bumped it up to 4 stars.
