The Queen's Tales series was only 2 games long, but this was a fantastic game. It is from 2015 and it truly was a pleasure to play. It was a nice long game and collectibles and morphs and lots of add ons at the end of the game such as a puzzle and other things. I truly wish the games of today could be like these were. Everything about this game was done with love and with pleasing the player in mind. If you haven't played it yet, give it a try. It's very good.

Who is this Editor who is choosing and I'd love to see a review from them on why this game is an Editor's Choice. This had to be , if not the worst, one of the worst games I played. I only played the trial but judging from the guide, I probably completed most of the game. I had freezing issues, plus confusion as to when where and why things were the way they were. This is slop thrown at us. It is a slap in the face to the gamers who supported Elephant and bought their games. This series hasn't been good to begin with but this one takes the cake for the worst. Elephant should be ashamed to have their name on the credits. Enough said. I don't recommend.
This one is a bit different than the other Edge of Reality games. Another reviewer said it reminded her of Enigmatis and I agree. Game play was easy with clear puzzle directions and very easy HOS. Story was different but interesting. I love the collectibles in FF games. They put a lot of effort into their games and it shows. Color is clear and sound is great. No complaints from me. Not quite a 5 star game, but close to it. I recommend.
I recommend this game!

I think this was one of the first HOG I played It dates back to 2012 and I just replayed it. Didn't remember playing it the first time. It's the first game in the Maestro series back when we had a plethora of developers. I'd personally go with the SE since the CE offers nothing. Be forewarned, this is true of games from this long ago. Lost of HOS. And I do mean A LOT. Some are very dark and there is a misclick penalty that you can avoid by not overclicking rapidly. The hint takes a long time to charge both in HOS and mini games. However, it's a fun game and something different than the fairy tale games we are now getting.

This felt exactly like a Dark Romance game and I have always liked those. Thus I'm giving this 3 stars. The game itself actually wasn't bad if you take away dispersing the smoke, dispersing the steam, dispersing the smoke again, building a ladder or 2 etc etc. All the usual Domini aspects are in here. Not very much to do with werewolves or a cursed moon but oh well. I would get the SE if I did it over. The bonus chapter was absolutely awful. Made no sense at all and was just awful filler. If you want a super easy game, I recommed.

I thought I was really going to like this game. The first chapter was pretty good. After than it became nonsensical and just plain dull. More tedious than anything. It was different than what we've been getting in games, but that doesn't make it good. Seems like it set out to be a nice long game in chapter 1 then someone got tired of writing and just blew past the rest of it including the bonus chapter. I do not recommend this game.
When a famous shapeshifting alchemist is charged with looking into the murder of the king's most trusted agent and friend, the last thing she expects to discover is an intricate network of shadowy criminals, intent on bringing chaos to the land.
This is a series, and game 1 was really good. This second installment was very good. Much more fantasy than the first, but Oh so fun. Brave Giant puts out some great games with so many different things to do. It's from 2016, so there are a lot of HOS but they are fun. There is a story to the game. You are not just running around grabbing fans to disperse smoke. If you haven't tried this series, I suggest it highly. Something different and fun.

I got this as a free game. I liked the other 2 so figured I'd give it a try. Just awful. There was no story whatsoever. The entire game was piecing things together. New characters were introduced in the bonus chapter and I had no idea who they were because immediately, I had to piece more things together for the entire bonus chapter. I would not recommend this game and definitely Elephant can do much better than this. This was super short and lacked any excitement at all.
This game is from 2017 and is a Domini game. Before they started their "every task is the same" routine. It has a dark aspect to it, but it's a very good game. You'll really need to hunt for those tarot cards. I found them very hard to see. HOS are great as are the puzzles. The story is immersive and not simply a whole lot of running around getting nowhere. If you haven't played this or any of the older games in this series, give them a try. They're good.

So, this must be Domini's 4th or 5th new series in the past month or 2. This one takes the cake and not in a good way. I am currently playing an old Domini game (Mystery Tale), and the difference is like night and day. There is no story to speak of. How can there be a story when you spend the entire game looking for a fan to disperse the smoke, or a magnet to open the drawer? That's not a story. Absolutely zero challenge involved. A 5 year old can play this easily. There is nothing, and i do mean NOTHING, different about this game compared to the last 20 they released. Does Domini read these reviews? I'd think not or something would have changed. this is a no buy for me and I do not recommend.
