So, this game received quite a few great reviews. Maybe I'm missing something here. Not sure if I've ever given a game one star. If I could give it zero I would. This is neither a psychological thriller or spooky. It's a royal mess. Buying the CE was a total waste of money. Please someone, anyone, put out a game worthy of playing !!!

I've had this game for awhile and just played it this weekend. I was so excited since there were so many positive reviews. And the spookiness was right up my alley. Well, something went amiss. I found this game so tedious. Characters with no depth at all. I honestly didn't care what happened to either the husband or wife. Weird puzzles that made no sense. Actually a lot of HOS didn't make sense. I'm hoping the next game in this series is better since I bought that one too. Even the bonus chapter here was horrendous. Sorry Dreadful Tales. Was just dreadful to play.

I really liked the first 2 games in this series. This one fell very flat with me. Very tangled story line which made the whole game nonsensical. Felt like I was simply on a mission to collect pieces for all characters. I usually look forward to the bonus chapter, however, even that was a mess. I really think they should do away with the "bad" Anna Grey as she doesn't blend in well with this whole series. Having all 3 detectives is plenty. And the developers really need to think before they put a phone ringing in the background for so long. Really on a quest to find a decent game anymore !!!

I really like the Fright Chasers series. This one, however, was a mess. It made absolutely NO sense to me at all. Not sure why Lisa was there at all. I don't think I've ever given a one star review to a game. But this one gets it. It was so disjointed, I ended up using the hint button often bc nothing made sense. The bonus chapter was just as bad. Please try before you buy. I didn't was wasted money on this one.

Well, I loved the first 2 games in this series. The last one and this one fell short for me. Again, really dark backgrounds. Kept adjusting the brightness. Made it very difficult to find collectibles and seeing what was going on. Really disappointed once again that you cannot go back and search for collectibles. The story for this one could have been so good... but it wasn't. The bonus game was better than the main game. Hopefully the next Paranormal game is good.

I love this series, however, this was my least Paranormal Files to date. The story line was all over the place. Started in a mall, and ended up who knows where. Same with the bonus chapter. The game was way too dark. Collectibles were very hard to locate due to the darkness. Not happy that you cannot go back and find the morphs, etc., that were missed. Hoping the next Paranormal is much better. This was a very forgettable game.

I'm really liking this series so far. I enjoyed this game much more than the first one that came out. Gameplay was smooth. Lots to do. Not all back and forth. Thinking was involved. Game was a good length. Not sure how long bc I started and stopped multiple times. The bonus chapter was pretty long and very good. I wish there was a way to go back and find the collectibles, etc., that were missed. I recommend. :)

So, I liked this game better than the first Halloween Chronicles, but still not my cup of spooky. Not sure if it's just the idea of catching monsters with a camera or the story or the people in the story. The game play was smooth with no tech issues. I just couldn't get into the game although I did better with it than the first Halloween Chronicles game. If they release another one, I'm hoping it's much better. I usually love the spooky Halloween games, but this one is lacking any spook factor for me.

It is May, and I just got around to playing the full game. Colors and artwork were great. Storyline and mechanics of the game are another story. We have a camera that traps monsters, but the monsters got the camera and let themselves out into the world. Can I insert eyeroll here? A lot of back and forth with no real storyline. The bonus game seemed to drag on forever. This would be a pass for me, had I not bought it before playing the demo.
Take on the role of Emyr, probably the realm’s most famous hero. That is, until his career was destroyed by a dreadful wound. Now, Emyr works in the tavern.

I've always loved the Emily series, but it seems that every cooking TM game that comes out is done in the exact same format. Pick up the food, hit the rat, serve the food. Would love to see better games done like the old Flo Diner Dash games. This one was just OK. You did have a choice of difficulty settings. Eh So few TM games, and it's basically an emily remake. I'm going to pass on this one.
