I do like the previous Whispered Secrets games, and this one is no exception. For a CE, there are quite a few extras. Collectibles, achievements, the assorted wallpaper, etc., and 2 bonus chapters. You do get a furry helper, but he is very unobtrusive. What always catches my eye in a game is the story line and this has a good one. I did think the game was much too easy, but a good story can't be beat. I do recommend you demo and see how you like it. I recommend it :)
I had bought this game at another site ages ago. I am a huge "Emily" fan. However, for some reason, this one is the least favorite of the series. I'm not quite sure why. All the standard Emily elements are there... cooking, serving the customers, her crazy family , finding the mouse, etc. The graphics are great. Sound and music are wonderful. If you like the previous or newer Emily games, give this one a try. It is a TM game, but has a good backstory and is not a click fest. I recommend this game.
I recommend this game!

Divine Academy
Discover a world full of Greek mythology! Be the ruler your people needs!
So this is a FTP game. I play a few free to play games, and have never once spent a dime of my own money. I suppose that's because I play games in short intervals, so waiting for more lives or energy doesn't bother me. This game... you are in school to become a Greek god. There are tasks to be done. The visuals are great, and no tech problems. There's a big cuteness factor going on and it is amusing. Good game to pop into for 15 minutes or so. I found it fun and entertaining. I do recommend you give it a try :)
I must admit, I do not own one Dark Parables game. I am not a fan at all of FROGS, and all the Parable games are FROGS. I gave this one a try, however, and whilst I will not give a game a bad review for the type of HOS they use, I must say this game was a mess. Find a key here, unlock this. Find another key, unlock that. Then keep throwing in the HOS. Somewhere the story got totally lost. I do like the look of the game much better with Eipix as the developer. The old ones were so over the top shiny, that it was ridiculous. I suppose if one loves this series of games, and loves FROG after FROG and key after key, this would be a delightful game. I prefer a story I can become immersed in and a game that requires thinking things through. I do not recommend this game.
I usually like games by this developer, but didn't care for this one at all. I give the developers credit for bringing something a bit different to the table, but I didn't feel the game was different in a good way. Way too many puzzles for my liking. Even the HOS were puzzles The daughter is drowning and the dad goes off to solve.... a puzzle I didn't have any tech issues, so that's a plus. I just felt the entire game was random and disjointed. It hopped from here to there without any real story. I love idea of the fears, but not the way it was presented in this game. Also, really didn't see anything that would make it a good CE purchase. Also, the game was super easy even on difficult mode. Too easy.
I don't recommend this game.

Haunted Legends: The Dark Wishes Collector's Edition
Restore the threads of Fate, before they cause a disaster!
Not being a great fan of ERS games, I gave this one a whirl anyway. It falls into the mediocre category for me. The graphics were usual ERS graphics. No mouth movement with the characters. Puzzles I came across were the sliding tile variety. HOS were revisited, again and again and again. The game was very very linear. Good for beginners or those who love this series. The game, in my opinion, is not a good buy as a CE. From previous reviews, the bonus chapter is very very short. Actually, the entire game is short. Also, you collect pigeons. Why? I have no idea. The cursor turns into a hand when there's a pigeon, so no real challenge to find them. I thought the story line was ok. I will revisit it as an SE, but don't recommend it as a CE.

I had played the first in this series, and didn't really care for it. The graphics are good and the music is unobtrusive and no workers making comments throughout the game. However, as in the first one, it is very hard to tell what needs to be done. Maybe because everything is the same brown color. Maybe because the workers just sort of meander around. This one could have used more explanation regarding the special items. The worst part is the timer. Although you can keep playing after the time is up, I could not even complete the first level without my time running out. That kind of takes the fun out of a TM game. As always demo for yourself, but I don't recommend this game.

I found the graphics and music top notch in this game. Many many things going on at once., So many, that I actually lost track of the story. Lining up the pieces that the vision ring produced after finding the runes proved difficult for me. It was actually annoying. Game play itself was very linear and easy. I did like the HOS and mini games. I will check this out again when it comes out as an SE. On top of all that was going on, the last thing I wanted to do was look for 114 pieces of glass. I do recommend the game because it is a work of art. I however shall pass.
Finally, a TM game I absolutely love. So many have such small writing, or small areas where your resources are shown, or other problems that I dislike them., This is a standard "clear the path", type of TM game. No collecting rent, no building houses. Graphics are great. No annoying speaking the same phrase over and over by the characters. There is NOT an untimed mode, but you can continue playing after you are out of time. Also, you can click ahead to your heart's desire. This is not a "dash" or clickfest game. Looks like there's quite a bunch of levels too. I recommend this game :)
This Emily game follows the Emily's wonder wedding and proceeds the first one offered by BFG with Emily and her baby. It is done in typical great Emily style that the whole series has been done in. Great graphics, unobtrusive music, a great story, humor, and not a click fest. This time your are on her honeymoon cruise along with her whole family. This one is my favorite along with 2 or 3 of the older games that BFG doesn't carry. It has 3 levels of play so all should be able to enjoy regardless of the pace in which you play. There is the mouse to find in each scene and the quirky customers and annoying family members lol. Again, I really think this should have been offered as an extra game in addition to today's game as it is not a new game. I recommend it 100 percent :)
