Mixo Games has always been a master of creativity, and each new release brings something new to the table. RestorArt is a perfect example of their creative genius at work. They turn ordinary puzzles and hidden object scenes into something extraordinary!
You are an up-and-coming artist who specializes in art restoration. It doesn't take long before your reputation grows, as does your client list. Eventually, you'll restore artwork from local artists in three nearby towns: Maplewood, Brookshire, and Sunnyside.
Each client has a different situation, and therefore, each piece of art will require a different solution to restore it. This is accomplished by solving various puzzles.
🎨PHOTO RETOUCH
This is a Hidden Object Scene in which you are tasked with finding Listed Items, Multiples of Similar/Related Objects, or Items that match a Riddled Clue, such as "A feathered friend's iron-woven castle" or "A nomad's chest."
🎨TORN PIECES
This is my favorite puzzle!! The goal is to restore the artwork, which only shows a few pieces initially, so you'll have to look for any matching details on the available tiles. As you place a tile correctly, that section will blend with the tile you placed and fill in small sections. Therefore, you may have tiles that overlap portions of the art as sections are filled in. It's not complicated, but it is challenging.
🎨BURNT PIECES
This is the same as the Torn Pieces puzzle above, but the artwork has been burned versus torn.
🎨STICKER SEARCH
In the sticker search puzzles, you remove layers of stickers that match the motif of listed descriptions, such as hearts, unicorns, kings, or mushrooms.  Because of the layered effect, you must pay attention to small details. As you remove a category, new categories are added.
🎨STAMP MATCH
The goal is to remove all of the Stamps by matching identical pairs. Just as in the Sticker Search game, the stamps cover the whole scene and have several layers that are exposed as you remove the ones on the top.
🎨COLORING
This is a stained-glass, paint-by-numbers puzzle where you fill in sections that match the numbers shown on the right side. As you complete one group of numbers, others become available, so you can't just click around wildly; you have to search for the available numbers. The stained-glass images are gorgeous!
🎨STUDIO UPGRADES
You will collect your fee after each puzzle/restoration is complete, but you'll also collect coins that appear briefly during most of the puzzle games. You must manually collect the coins with a single click before they disappear. The money you earn allows you to purchase equipment for your new studio. You will also have to purchase a few "tools" during the game as you progress, such as scrapers or specific colors of ink.
🎨CONTENT & COLLECTOR'S EDITION EXTRAS
You will earn 6 Certificates, which are basically achievements. There are 3 different towns with 27-31 puzzles in each town and 10 Music Soundtracks. After completing the main game, you will gain access to 6 Bonus locations that contain 4 puzzles apiece:
    •Jigsaw (choose 28-45-84 pieces)
    •Stamp Match
•Switch ("square tile swap" choose 15-28-45 pieces)
    •Sticker Search

Fellow gamers, please play the Crazy Cookies Match & Mix demo before wasting your hard-earned money and/or credits!
I get that everyone has different tastes, and just because one person hates a game, it doesn't mean it won't be beloved by others BUT...
There are only 25 levels in total. The music is unbearably loud; even when I adjusted my speakers to the lowest possible setting, it was excruciatingly loud. For the first time in my gaming life, I had to turn off the music (there are no volume controls, just on/off)...But that's a minor annoyance—trust me, it gets worse!
This is obviously a Mobile game that has been converted to PC, which is very obvious when the Match 3 board is a long & skinny, rectangular shape. You cannot make back-to-back, consecutive matches; you have to wait for the board to finish making matches. The levels practically play themselves because any subsequent matches continue as the tiles fall into empty slots and make new matches...But that isn't even the tip of the cookie's icing; it gets even worse!...
The goal is to make a specified number of specified tiles, such as 8 donuts, 10 pieces of candy, and 6 chocolate eggs. Large matches are in abundance, yet there are no powerups awarded. The levels can be completed in less than 30 seconds...not because of your matching skills, but because there are so many available matches and the fact that matches continue as the tiles fall into the open cells. There aren't even obstacles added as you progress!... But that's not even the biggest issue with this game!...
The biggest issue with this game is that the level layout does NOT change! (Because this is a mobile app, and that's how they work, with continuous, never-ending gameplay.) After completing the goals, you will earn 3 stars in a pop-up window. Then, the pop-up window disappears, and new goals appear, voila...on the same level layout...which is STILL going through its "self-matching" scenario.
There is a timer that keeps track of the time you have been playing this single, never-ending level; it doesn't reset for the next so-called level. I played the first 10 "levels" consecutively in 1 minute and 45 seconds! If there are only 25 levels, you could easily finish this game in less than 10 minutes!
I'd love to hear your thoughts! Swing by my nature-themed forum to share your thoughts, or just say hello to fellow BF gamers at thewoodsforum.boards.net

Nature Escapes is my favorite series by Tiny Little Lion game studio. The scenes showcase nature at its finest with a vast array of Flora and Fauna. I particularly enjoy the fact that, for the most part, the items to find are nature-related; most of the time, items that don't fit under the "flora & fauna" category are usually decorated in a natural way, such as topiaries or pictures etched into cliffs, caverns, and caves.
Nature Escapes 5 has some brand new features over its predecessors...all of which are designed to help you find your Zen ☯️ as you enjoy the beauty and serenity of nature.
🌱Did You Hear That?
Sometimes, you have to hear the sounds of nature to appreciate its beauty, so a few new options have been added. The Ambient setting simply plays ambient sounds quietly in the background. In the Zen setting, you are immersed in the atmospheric sounds of nature combined with calming music. The Casual setting simply plays a variety of relaxing music soundtracks.
🌱 From Ardous To Zen
You can't have an ambient sound option without being able to choose how difficult or zen the gameplay is, so they have added a Relaxed Mode of difficulty. The Relaxed Mode has no Combo Meter Timer, and the Skip and Hint features recharge very quickly. If you prefer, the Challenge Mode will keep you on your toes with a Combo Meter Timer and a slow Hint and Skip feature.
🌱 I Like Your Style!
Everyone has different tastes when it comes to Hidden Object Games, which is why they have added a few different HO variants. You can switch between standard Listed Items, Scrambled Letters, Picture Mode, and/or Silhouetted Shapes. Actually, there are also "Spot The Difference" scenes as well, but those are considered to be sub-games.
🌱 A Kodak Moment
Each main Hidden Object Scene has a Hidden Flower Photo to collect. Found Photos are converted to Coins, which can be used to purchase various plants and flowers in the "My Garden" section.  Once purchased, you can place the flowers on the display deck however you like; you can even select plants in multiples.
🌱 There's Something Shifty Going On Here
Each Hidden Object Scene (main and zoom zone subscene) has at least one Shapeshifting Morphing Object. Some of the Morphs can be challenging to spot because they morph at a fairly slow rate. Found Morphing Objects are converted to Flowers you can plant in the wildlife in the "Nature Album" section. Each flower planted is equal to three puzzle pieces, in which you drag pieces to the correct square to complete the flower's image.
🌱 What's That All About?
There are 18 scene locations (+6 CE Bonus Locations). Each location has a main Hidden Object Scene with a smaller zoom zone subscene. After completing the main HO scene, you'll play either a side-by-side Spot The Difference game or a Hidden Object Scene across two different side-by-side images. Depending on your Combo Meter score, you can earn up to three stars.
One item in every main HO scene prompts an in-game puzzle related to that particular object. The games vary each time, with sorting-type puzzles, swap-and-rotate puzzles, Tetris-shape placement puzzles, untangling tangled vines, memory matches, pair matching, etc. One of my favorites was a game where you had to place rocks with various lined patterns that aligned with the cracks in the surrounding dirt.
🌱Do you Want To Play A Game?
After completing the HO scenes, you will play a mini-game or puzzle. Every puzzle is unique, and some were quite challenging, especially the heavily detailed images that required you to swap and rotate various shapes within the picture.
🌱More Bang For Your Buck-Collector's Edition Extras
18 Main Scene Levels, +6 CE Bonus Levels, 24 Wallpapers, 20 Plants to purchase/display (My Garden section), 10 CE Plants +5 Dev Plants Plants, 15 Music Soundtracks, 72 Shapeshifting Morphs, 24 Flower Puzzles (Nature Album section), 24 Location Trivia Fun Facts, 24 Native Flower Fun Facts, 5 Paint By Numbers puzzles (Nature Badge section-after completing the game)

Show of hands, how many people are Happy Campers today? After 15 Park Ranger games, I still got a great big ole grin on my face when I saw today's sixteenth Vacation Adventures release.
Casual Arts developers are Retro geniuses. They somehow manage to subtly add new features that keep the series current and relevant while remaining true to its classic core. They are one of the few developers who insist on quality, even after all these years.
I definitely have my hand raised as a fan of Park Rangers, and I simply want to thank Casual Arts for making me a Happy Camper today!

I downloaded this game without hesitation yesterday morning thinking this would be a game similar to the Our Beautiful Earth series. It is indeed similar, but it certainly lacks the finesse and quality we have become accustomed to (at least what we used to expect from BF).
Need For Speed:
There are no difficulty modes to choose from; therefore, you'll either have to have a "need for speed" determination and find items at a breakneck speed or an "I don't care" attitude about earning all 3 Stars.
Need For A Translator:
It turns out that even virtual vacations require a translation app for most of the listed items. Unfortunately, depending on the Need For Speed attitude you chose in the above paragraph, you won't have time to use an app.
Need For A Bullet List:
I read several reviews that stated they found items that weren't on the list. Actually, all items are listed, but they forgot to actually "list" the items; they just threw them all together, side by side, with no breaks or line separations.
Need For Fifty Shades of Grey :
Everything is so blendy. They desperately tried to make the game challenging by using random objects that were similar in color to blend with the background. The jigsaws and swap puzzles were fairly boring because they had very little detail and were all the same color. The "swipe to paint" puzzle had about 6 colors that were all shades of the ugliest tans imaginable.
Need For Creativity-Imagination-Ingenuity:
Wouldn't it be awesome if developers put a little thought into these travel-related games? Wouldn't it be cool if they chose items from each of those countries to make the HO scenes more unique? Has it ever occurred to developers like 8 Floor Games that they would sell more games if they put forth some type of effort? Does 8 Floor care about its reputation? Does Big Fish really think we don't realize that the quality of their games has declined? Does every game deserve a CE status?
I guess I'm just becoming more "Needy" nowadays...I'd love to hear your opinion! Stop by thewoodsforum.boards.net and let your voice be heard :)
I don't recommend this game.

Legacy is a continuing fantasy adventure game with talking animals, magical trees, enchanted forests, and evil witches. The first three Legacy games were more of a point-and-click Adventure where you had to figure out the gameplay by tinkering with the surroundings and searching for clues, but the last couple of games are more like HOPA games.  Legacy: Witch Island 2 and Origins are my favorite games in this series, the graphics don't seem nearly as good in this one as they have been in the past. I'm not sure if Itera Labs changed its name to Matryoshka or if Matryoshka picked up the series from Itera Labs, but this game seems to have a slightly different style than the previous games.
These are all heavy on the mini-game puzzles, so if you aren't a fan of solving puzzles, you'll probably want to give this one a hard pass. However, you may be pleasantly surprised; this series is known for its unique and creative puzzles that are challenging but very doable.
Once you arrive on Witch Island, you'll come across several gadgets that are missing multiple parts. An icon will appear on the right side, showing the missing part and how many of those parts are required to complete the task. Finding these parts is an adventure in itself! The trick is to interact with the scene and the characters; for example, if you pet the giant iguana's tail that is sticking out of the cave, his head will pop up through a drainage hole...pay attention! Look for drawers and caches that open to find hidden objects, or tinker with levers and poke buttons; this is part of your adventure, so have fun with it!
The Hidden Object Scenes are a bit scarce, which is a shame because I really enjoyed them. (Can you believe I just said that?) I have been begging developers for years to add a skip button to the HO scenes, and this game has a skip feature, but I loved the HO scenes and didn't want to skip them.
This Collector's Edition version has a unique Strategy Guide. The instructions are very clear, but if you are still confused about what you are supposed to do, you can click the Hint button for further visual instructions.  The Strategy Guide also shows the location of Hidden Objects in the HO scenes.
Collector's Edition Extras:
8 Concept Art, 8 Wallpapers, 8 Melodies, 5 Videos, 14 Achievements, 8 replayable Hidden Object Scenes, 25 replayable Mini-games, 27 Collectible Horseshoes, 27 Morphing Objects, and a built-in Strategy Guide.

I actually don't mind a good old-fashioned Hidden Object Game, but the graphics in this game are absolutely horrible! I don't ever remember playing a game on Big Fish where the scenes were so blurry that 80% of the objects were unrecognizable blobs. I hate to be cruel, but these are graphics I would expect from a free online gaming site located in a third-world country.
I blame Big Fish here. Obviously, BF isn't concerned with quality anymore, and the fact that they slapped a "Collector's Edition" price tag on a game of this quality shows that they are willing to do anything just to make a buck. Practices like this will only drive loyal members away...can you imagine what a new customer would think if this is the first game they download from BF?
What a shame because Destination Paradise has some decent features. The scenes are located in beautiful vacation hotspots, such as Rio de Janeiro, New Zealand, Thailand, Bali, Tuscany, Paris, and more.
There are 3 difficulty modes and a variety of Hidden Object styles, including Missing Vowels, across 20 levels and 10 bonus levels. Each scene has a hidden Passport Stamp and a Morphing Postcard. There is a single hint and a big hint that briefly shows the location of all remaining items. You can enlarge the scene with your mouse...but blurry graphics will still be blurry.

My points are piling up, so I thought I'd play the newest edition of It Happened Here: A Storm is Brewing. Thankfully, I played the demo first because, during those 90 minutes, nothing Happened Here...unless, of course, any of these tasks are considered to be the "Happening Thing nowadays:
I'm invited to the home of my favorite author, Jessica Hollingsworth, to conduct an interview. Apparently, Jessica is ill and doesn't have much time left before she punches the clock for the last time. Unfortunately (Fortunately???), someone else punches the clock before Jessica, so now we have a murder case to solve!
Let's back up a bit here, shall we? I'm in the house of 𝐓𝐇𝐄 Jessica Hollingsworth, a famous author and personal friend. I'm so grateful for this opportunity, so naturally, when I notice a broken picture frame, I don't hesitate to fix it...after all, Jessica is my friend, and she's deathly ill! Obviously, I wasn't TOO grateful because all I did was slap a couple of strips of colorful tape onto the frame...right smack-dab across the front of the frame for all to see my artistic craftsmanship!
For the next 15-20 minutes of gameplay, I putter around Jessica's house, jacking up furniture, picking locks, cutting recently sewn patches from her furniture, and replacing several missing emblems while two of her other invited guests sit on the sofa discussing business matters as if I didn't exist.
Thirty minutes later, we finally have some action once the victim has been discovered. After the police come and go, I'm ready to do some serious investigating, especially given the fact that the police were too busy to investigate...but they did promise to return later that evening. What the $#&@?
For the remainder of the demo, I whipped up a batch of tea, repaired a lighter, scraped some candle wax, removed a gooey mess, fixed a jack-in-the-box (why would an old lady have a jack-in-the-box?), replaced the salt & pepper shakers, put together a couple of torn photos, reconstructed a timeline, and checked Jessica's computer (which would somehow exonerate her?)...after I find a new cord, of course. Question: How would Jessica use the laptop to leave a confession or whatever if she couldn't turn the laptop on either?
I guess my points will stay piled up because it isn't worth using points on a game where nothing is Happening Here.

I bet you didn't know that Jet Dogs Studios has developed several HOPA games in the past, some of which are really good! I'm hoping that with some encouragement, Jet Dogs will dive back into this genre.
The hidden object scenes are a little cluttered, but some of the items can be challenging to spot. They are far better than the HO scenes offered in recent HOPA games by Do & Elephant Games, which says a lot! Several varieties are offered, such as Listed Items, Matching Pairs, Multiples of the Same Object, or Silhouetted Shapes.
The Mini-games are decent but tend to be on the easy-breezy side, such as rotating disks to create several paths or turning on all lights by flipping switches.

To sum it all up, Jet Dogs obviously worked hard to create a Hidden Object Game that, in my opinion, is leaps and bounds better than all the other HOGS offered lately. While other developers are spewing out travel-related searching games, one after the other (most of which are knockoffs of the previous developers' game), Jet Dogs came in hot with a pretty decent HOG! ...If they decide to enter the HOPA market, I'm definitely going to be on Team Jet Dogs!
In case you're curious about their HOPAs:
1 Moment In Time: Silentville
Millennium Secrets: Emerald Curse
Millennium Secrets: Roxanne's Necklace
Cursed
Frankenstein: Master of Death
Sinister City
Dracula's Legacy
Alchemy Mysteries: Prague Legends
Wanderland

100 Doors: Escape From School received mixed reviews, but it was a fun little game. When I saw 100 Worlds, I got pretty excited because Big Fish rarely offers "thinking games" nowadays...even the HOPA developers have opted for beauty over brain games lately.
After being whisked away to a strange new world by an ancient, magically enchanted book, Mya learns that she must escape 100 worlds before she can return home. Apparently, the adorable blue kitty is lonely, so he created a series of puzzles and tasks spanning 100 worlds; if Mya escapes, she's free to go home; if not, the lonely kitty gets a lifelong companion .🙀
The goal for each level is to find a Key to unlock a fishbowl. However, finding the key and/or the fishbowl usually requires a bit of logical thinking. Click everything that looks suspicious; there are no timers or penalties for mass-clicking. FYI: There are two Difficulty Modes available in Settings. In Easy Mode, the cursor will reveal the objects necessary to progress when you scan over them; the cursor doesn't change in Normal Mode, but it is way more gratifying when you solve a level on your own! If you play HOPAs, you're probably more well-equipped for this kind of game than you think.
This Collector's Edition has the usual music and wallpaper along with 10 additional Bonus Levels (100 levels +10). I'll be honest; I bought 100 Worlds from the place that starts with an S, ends in an M, and has the letters TEA in the middle in a bundle that included 100 Doors: Escape From Work and 100 Doors: Escape From Prison for just 9 bucks. Granted, it doesn't include the 10 Bonus Levels that this CE offers...but 9 bucks for all 3 versus 14 bucks for one CE???
