I was skeptical when I downloaded this game, because I wasn't a fan of the last detective solitaire game series that was offered. I was thrilled that this is a Higher/Lower solitaire game versus the Match 2 Mahjong style games. There are 120 levels that can be replayed via the map, if you are like me, I have to play the level over and over until I remove all of the cards and earn all 3 available stars. You can choose from 6 different card skins, and 3 different face designs, and there are 9 Trophies to earn for goals such as earning a specific number of stars. Some levels require a key card to be found to use on the lock card to progress. Combos of 6 or more cards will activate the multiplier bar which earns more coins.
You can purchase Bonuses with the coins you earn, I discovered that you had to go into the Achievements section and then click on the trophy icon on the bottom to access the Shop. You can purchase an Eye Bonus that will flip over any face down card that is available, a Hammer to remove any open card of your choice, and a Shuffle bonus which removes the cards on the field, shuffles them and returns them to the field for a fresh perspective. You can upgrade the bonuses or purchase useful features such as an extra Undo, a faster bonus recharge rate, a lower combo number or a bigger percentage of gold to be earned. You will receive Wild Cards that are number specific, with the exception of the Joker. There are only 9 slots available, so if you find a wild card on the field and all 9 slots are filled the 10th card will automatically go on the deck as the next card shown. I found that sometimes it's more beneficial to use a duplicate wild card from my stash, which will give me the available room I need in order to keep the new wild card.
Yes, this solitaire has a sleuthing mystery to solve as well! George Karson has just proposed to his sweetheart Mary Hoskins with a beautiful and very shiny ring of course. Before Mary can give her answer, the police arrest George for Robbery. George professes his innocence and Mary must figure out who framed George and why before Mary can Marry George!
I'm a solitaire geek, but I'm also very picky. I insist on the Higher/Lower style of solitaire and I have to be able to replay any level that I wasn't able to remove all the cards from. This game is entertaining and meets all my personal requirements so for me this is a must have solitaire game, but I always suggest you try before you buy to make sure it meets all your personal requirements, enjoy!

It's your first Anniversary and after a long day traveling you decide to stop for dinner and a one night only show, The Blade Master. Knives begin flying about the room and it becomes apparent that the Master has nefarious plans in store for this small town of New Auburn! Your husband is one of the Blade Master's victims, and as he lay on the stage, mortally wounded, it becomes all too clear that the knives have peen laced with a deadly poison. You know you must leave his side and chase after this evil doer if there's any hope of finding the antidote to save your husbands life! It doesn't take long to figure out that The Blade Master might just be an unintentional result of a discovery made by a local Professor. In fact, Professor Piper and one of his assistants, Rachel Miller, are missing, his other assistant Sabrina King was found near their excavation site...but, with absolutely no memory of the incident itself! Welcome to the Dark Dimensions, evil forces that appear after a tragedy occurs!
There seems to be a pattern lately, with some of the core series games, the storylines are becoming watered down and way off track from the original plot, Blade Master is a prime example of that. Most of these games are no longer creepy, dire or scary, they seem to be floating somewhere between a fairytale game and a family oriented G rated movie. I like fairytale fantasy games, I just don't like it when that theme is presented in a game that has become popular BECAUSE it was a dark scary game genre. What's next, Madame Fate turns the carnival into a bright and happy toyland with pink fuzzy bunnies and happy faced balloon blowing clowns that get kidnapped by a giant purple unicorn? There are no possessed children, no ghosts maliciously wreaking havoc, no imagination, just more of the same, so for that reason, I cannot give this Dark Dimension 5 stars. It's a good game with really good graphics, but it's no Dark Dimension, perhaps it's an almost Dark Dimension that is desperately trying to be, but couldn't go the extra mile.
Once you begin to hunt down the man responsible for poisoning your husband, you will receive an intricate Knife Box that was left behind by the Blade Master. Throughout the adventure you will find pendants that open up different compartments on the box, and each compartment holds a knife. Each knife is used to open gates and various locks that are meant to deter you from following him as he attempts to flee. There are several Plus Sign inventory items that require some type of interaction before the item can be used, some of which are small puzzles to solve such as rotating discs to line up correct symbols. In the Collector's Edition, each scene has a Morphing Jigsaw Puzzle piece to locate, some of which are cleverly blended into the scenery. When you find all the pieces, you can assemble each of the 4 puzzles, rotating the pieces with the rotation arrows at the bottom right of the puzzle itself. That's about it with the Collector's Edition, there are no Achievements, or other collectibles available, which make this Standard Edition the better option in my opinion.
The Hidden Object Scenes are decent, but nothing to write home about. There are scenes where you find Multiples of items, Progressive and Interactive listed item finds and Multi-layered scenes, some of which have a puzzle such as clicking on two broken board halves that belong together. I did enjoy the one where you are tasked with finding 12 knives that have been thrown at you and are frozen mid air with a 3D type effect. I was actually surprised at how well hidden a few of those knives were.
The Mini Games are decent as well as entertaining, nothing too easy or too difficult. The following are brief descriptions of some of the games you'll encounter during the demo as well as a few notable puzzles offered in the main game itself:
1) Place blade fragments onto the correct knives according to the shape of the fragments.
2) Assemble the mask using rotational arrows to turn the mask until the fragments are lined up in the correct position to snap onto the mask.
3) Swap the inner gray plates until they match the outlines of the copper shapes, by swapping the teeth, the teeth can only swap to specific positions shown.
4) Light up all of the candles, clicking on one candle may affect other candles.
5) Use arrows to rotate the loose branches so they will fit over a gem and connect with other branches. They will shine if placed correctly.
6) Rotate the gears to put the related knives in their place, clicking on one knife affects others.
7) Complete the picture by moving the blades, some blades affect others.
8) Complete a puzzle by swapping stripes, some strips affect the movement of other strips.
9) Rotate circle sections to complete the image.
10) Click on a specific number of points on a map grid to navigate from point A to point B anticipating the movement of weather elements to avoid along the path.
11) Move the mask parts to the correct colors side. Pieces cannot move within 2 spaces of the opposite color.
The Collector's Edition has 19 Developer's Diary photos, 11 Concept Art photos, 6 Wallpapers, Morphing Jigsaw Puzzle pieces (which have 12 pieces in each of the 4 different Puzzles to assemble) 4 Music Soundtracks, a built in Strategy Guide and a Bonus Adventure Chapter, enjoy!

Members of the Order dedicate their lives to fight creatures from beyond our world. They are humanity's defenders against the darkness, brave Acolyte's that rely on wisdom and cunning over strength. Sylvia is one of the Order's newest proteges working as an apprentice under the wings of Simon, the organization's senior agents. A year ago Sylvia lost her memory in an accident. Her life as a Monster Hunter is all she remembers, as if her memories have been erased. The Order must stop Gabriel, a rogue agent who has stolen a powerful artifact from the Order, the Incarceri Stone, capable of breathing life into death. Gabriel was unaware that the Stone created a riff which unleashed a very powerful monster known as the Koshmaar. The Koshmaar possesses humans and turns them into evil minions. Can the Order undo the damage that's been done and save the world as we know it?
This is by far the best Grim Legends yet. I played the Beta version several months ago and was sent an updated version just a few weeks ago. My comments for the game included the fact that this game would be an instant purchase for me, and I can't wait to get back to the game to finish this awesome story and discover who Sylvia was, before the accident. The graphics are incredible and the storyline gets better with each new chapter, it does a fantastic job of holding your attention and keeps you on the edge of your seat. Many of the zoom zones offer a very interactive feature where you can fiddle with objects using a rotation button to flip the object as you push buttons, slide gears and find and install missing components. In this Collector's Edition there are 28 Achievements to earn and 30 Hidden Skull Imps to find as well as the usual CE bling.
The Mini Games aren't very creative so far, but I'm hoping it's just the tip of the iceberg. There are Interactive List finds, Multiples of a single item finds, Finding Symbols in groups of two and some smaller Zoom Zone puzzles where you are tasked with finding a handful of items.
The Mini Games are fairly decent and I didn't find any of them so far to be too frustrating or so boring I skipped it. The following are brief descriptions of some of the games you'll encounter during the demo:
1) Use lockpicks to open a lock.
2) Click on four Masks until the correct color sequence matches the clue shown.
3) Find hidden runes in a picture that match the symbol inside the crystal ball.
4) Shoot a pistol when the target is green.
5) Click on balls to darken the correct pattern as shown in a negative photo. (keep in mind how a negative works)
6) Drag stained glass pieces to the correct places on the pane.
7) Follow the picture directions of a recipe.
8) Place elements hidden in the pictures in their proper slots.
9) Each time Sylvia uses her "powers" to fight the enemy you must click on the token that doesn't have any of the symbols inside the enemies tokens.
This Collector's Edition has 12 replayable Hidden Object Scenes, 18 replayable Mini Games, 6 Wallpapers, 12 Concept Art pictures, 28 Achievements to earn, 5 Music Soundtracks, 6 replayable Cutscenes, a built in Strategy Guide, and a Bonus Chapter, (The Ancient Stone) enjoy!

Cindy Allen has been experiencing hallucinations, at first glance, she sees an ordinary person, then they turn into extraordinary people of well known Fairytales! It isn't until she visits a psychiatrist that turns into the White Rabbit of Alice In Wonderland, that she learns the real truth, she isn't Cindy Allen, she is a Princess from Fairyland! The Cheshire Cat explains that someone tried to steal an important artifact that supports all life within Fairyland, The Book of Fairy Tales. Unfortunately, the book was damaged and some of it's pages and characters were scattered across Fairyland and the real world! Cindy doesn't have much time to figure things out because the Huntsman from Snow White is hunting her down as he too is searching for the missing pages.
That ridiculous grinning Cheshire Cat agrees to join the princess on this amazing adventure, and he sure can talk up a storm! Surface has had a few duds lately but The Lost Tale is certainly not one of 'em, however, this doesn't seem like a storyline that should be offered in a Surface game, it seems more like a Dark Parable storyline to me. The Collector's Edition has those famous hidden, Surface Red and White Forget-me-Not's to collect, some of which are very well blended into the scenery as well as some of the zoom zones. The Collector's Edition also offers the usual Achievements to earn and 12 Morphing Fairytale Characters that give a brief bio about the character as well as their alter ego's.
The Hidden Object Scenes are varied with Interactive List finds, Matching Pair finds, Progressive Silhouetted Shape finds and even scenes that have you placing items from the list into the scene correctly. Some of the HOP's are multi-layered and have two or three different types within the same scene.
The Mini Games are fairly easy, none seem to be frustrating either. The following are brief descriptions of some of the games you'll encounter during the demo, an a few memorable games after the demo:
1) Match the fairytale character to the logical diagnoses by swapping characters.
2) Select the arrows to steer the car towards home, avoiding obstacles in the road.
3) Get Cinderella to the ball by interacting with objects in the scene.
4) Find out when the clock stopped and set the hands to show the correct time.
5) Reconstruct Alice's memories by dragging the three clouds on the left to adjust the memory fragments to fit together. Moving some clouds may cause some fragments to disappear and others to appear.
6) Place the mythical creatures on their place of origin by swapping the creatures.
7) Repair the net by selecting three icons with symbols that make up the samples shown.
8) Jump wolves in three different puzzles so that only one wolf remains.
9) Rearrange the disks on the Magic Stone so that it shows the cycle of night into day in a clockwise formation.
10) Use several different magnets to guide a key through a tube maze.
The Collector's Edition has 13 replayable Puzzles and 15 replayable Hidden Object Scenes, Collectible Red and White hidden flowers in each scene, 12 Morphing Fairytale Characters, Achievements to earn, 10 Wallpapers, 1 Screensaver, 10 Concept Art pictures, 5 Music Soundtracks, a built in Strategy Guide and a Bonus Chapter, enjoy!

I've always considered this a "sleeper" series, and by that I mean the games in this series have been surprisingly good, but never really made the spotlight. Dark Omens was released in 2013, and earned a 4.5 rating average, Wicked Harvest was released in 2014, and earned a 4.6 average rating and Silent Mountain was released in 2015, earning a 4.4 average star rating. The Gatherer however, may just set this game back a few notches, at least in my opinion. As I was playing this demo, I became distracted several times, in fact, at one point, I left the game running and began removing branches that had fallen in my pool from last night's storm! To me, that's a big red flag that the storyline wasn't able to hold my attention very long.
The storyline is all over the place, at one point the game rehashes the main plot of the series where the citizens of Blake Mountain asked for help from the League of Light detectives from a Scarecrow who was stealing children as they slept. The opening scene however, shows a Princess being chased by a mage through a castle to a room filled with monsters of every shape and size. Then when the main game begins, one of the main characters from the last episode, Hank Hunter and his son are turned into Scarecrows, (his son Tom eventually joins you as that creepy Scarecrow child with no eyes) Towards the end of the demo, a giant beast is spotted, so I for one was totally baffled by the plot, but in all fairness I was cleaning my pool at the same time, lol.
At least the Hidden Owls have returned, one of my favorite features this game is known for. It would be even cooler if they morphed, right? You can choose a Male voice, Female voice or none at all, I chose the female voice, but thought it was funny that whenever my female voice spoke out loud, a silhouette of a man would appear at the top right corner, was that supposed to be my character? There are also 6 Collectible Character Figurines, 20 puzzle pieces and 9 Achievements to earn throughout your adventure in this Collector's Edition.
The Hidden Object Scenes are far and few between, but fairly decent and in different variations including small Zoom Zone scenes. My favorite was finding pictures on the jail cell wall that matches the description being read. There are also Interactive Listed items, and Silhouetted Shape finds.
The Mini Games are decent but not really challenging. Below are brief descriptions of some of the games you'll encounter during the demo:
1) Swap tiles on the basket lid so that there are no duplicate tiles on any column or row.
2) Find misplaced items and place them where they belong as a story is being told.
3) Throw a rope when the ball reaches the center mark.
This Collector's Edition has 6 Music Soundtracks, 18 Wallpapers, 36 Concept Art pictures, 9 Achievements, 6 Collectible Character Figures, 20 Puzzle Pieces, 24 Hidden Owls, a built in Strategy Guide and a Bonus Chapter.

My grey matter is certainly awake now! This game is fantastic and incredibly addictive, I wish I had played this game before wasting my time on Knifflis. I've never played a game quite like this one, the devs were definitely thinking outside the box when they created this gaming concept. This is what you get when you cross the arcade game asteroids with the Match 3 game Bejeweled. The graphics are out of this world, pun intended, with super crisp HD pixels which can be tweaked to best suit your computers graphics capability.
The object of this galactic masterpiece is to swap jewels between each rocket Pod so that each pod has four identical jewels. Sounds pretty easy right? Well, did I mention that there are enemy ships, some slow, some wicked fast, that steal the jewels from you? The good news, is that they cannot steal jewels from a pod once it has all four matching jewels. The bad news, is that if the enemy has the last jewel, you have to wait for the ships to return the jewel before you can complete that level, hopefully before time runs out. As you progress, more pods are added and more enemies are added as well.
The only feature I didn't like in this game was the fact that if you fail to complete the level within the time allotted, you have to restart the game from the last checkpoint which isn't necessarily the point at which you failed. For instance, the first time I played, I made it to Level 3 episode 5 but failed to complete the level before the time ran out. I had to restart the game at Level 3 episode 3, which wasn't too bad but still, it could get boring eventually if you have a hard time making it past a level but have to keep playing several episodes over and over like in most arcade style games. Other than that, I plan on using a credit to purchase this game, but I'm sure it won't please everyone so try it before you buy it, enjoy!

Contrary to this game's description, nothing about this Match 3 game was exciting, it even claims to be the "The Most Popular Puzzle Game" but to whom? This is a Chain type Match 3 game which is the least popular type of Match 3 game where you click and drag at least 3 identical objects to remove them from the board, the goal is to make matches over all blue tiles to clear the board. There are 12 hand drawn chapters and each chapter has 10 levels. I didn't see any options to play this game in a Relaxed or untimed mode, but you can choose from 3 different icon layouts, Nature (with flowers, mushrooms and leaves) Cafe ( ice cream, croissants, coffee beans and chocolates) or Gems (with green triangles, orange hearts and red diamonds) Each level has Skip meter that allows you to skip that level once the meter is filled, proof that the game is so boring you'll want to skip it!
If you make a Chain Match of at least 5 Blueberries, you will receive a Bomb on the board that will explode when included as a wild card in a match. All other bonuses are earned by dropping their icons off the board as you make matches beneath the icons. There is a Hammer, Lightning or Flash, Dynamite and a Swap icon that replaces all the tiles on the board with new ones.. The only obstacle I have seen are Stone tiles can prevent tiles from falling down, to remove them you must make a match next to them or use a bonus.
I couldn't get into this Match 3 game at all, and as you probably already know, I'm not a hard gamer to please. I can usually find some entertainment value in just about any genre of game, except this one! To make matters worse, there are huge typos such as this one which makes no sense to me whatsoever.... "when they arrives the lowest field" .....what??? Perhaps my grey matter is still asleep, but please do me a favor and try before you buy!

I'm a fan of this griddler detective game, but clearly they have made no attempt to improve on the graphics, or anything else for that matter. I'm afraid this series will get left behind. Games like Fantasy Mosaics and Rainbow Mosaics are perfect examples of how a good series becomes a great series simply because they offer so many vibrant colors and the pictures are very recognizable, unlike the puzzles offered within Hidden Clues.
This is a griddler where each puzzle you solve is a clue, or evidence, which helps you solve the case. There are 12 different murder cases to solve and each case has 10 puzzles to solve to discover the Crime Scene, the Victim's name, the Victim's Age, the Victim's Gang, the Murder Weapon used, the Cause of Death, the Killer's Gang, the name of the Killer, the Killer's Role, and the Killer's Motive.
I would like to see the colors become more vibrant, it would also be really nice if the pictures you create would make sense right away without having to read the description of the picture first. It would be nice if they added a few more colors and gave the puzzles some depth. I like the "detective case solving" scenario, so for that aspect I would like that to stay as is because there's really nothing out there quite like it, enjoy!

For ages Dragons have pledged their allegiance to humans in exchange for their protection. Two weeks ago, however a band of greedy thieves stole the Dragon's 4 elemental eggs, and fear and pain quickly began to spread throughout the world. The Queen of Darkness was alerted by the Shadows and was able to recover the eggs unharmed. Time is of the essence so the Queen summoned the help of Alrik the Wizard once again, to help us safely return the eggs before the Awakening of the Dragons.
This will be a long journey, 200 levels to be specific! You can play in a Relaxed untimed mode or in Normal, timed mode. The object of this Match 3 game is to swap tiles to create a match of 3 or more identical tiles over all of the Gold cells to beat the level. You can earn up to three gold stars for each level, and I love the fact that there is a "restart" button available to allow you to restart the level at will, even halfway through the level! As you progress, some of the tiles are obstructed with Earth and Planks, Chains and Double Chains, Metal and some are even frozen requiring matches to be made either next to them or match whatever icon is inside the obstruction, and then another match to break the gold cell. You can earn 10 different Trophies for milestone Achievements earned such as earning a specific amount of points or using powerups a specific number of times.
Large Matches will earn a Powerup on the board such as Bombs, Spells and directional Rockets than will explode and destroy several surrounding tiles when you swipe the powerup in any direction. With the money you earn, you can build buildings along your journey that give you advantages, Stamina increase to help during Battle Modes, Earn more gold, Spells to use during battle and In Game Powerups which include Lightning balls etc. that will randomly give you a powerup during each level.
There are Battles to fight along the way (every 10 levels) this is a Match 3 free for all where you make matches as quickly as possible while collecting a specific item by matches to fill the attack bar and use your powers to destroy the enemy before he destroys you. You can use the Fireball to attack, Freeze your enemies moves, Heal yourself or use lightning to destroy more tiles. You can "Surrender" if you don't want to play this mode, but I thought it was really fun.
Every ten levels (alternating 5 levels from battle mode) you play Dig Match 3. In this mode you are challenged to make matches next to each dirt tile to dig your way through the board in search of hidden Statues. There are also Mini Games to play occasionally, Hidden Object Scenes with listed items, or swapping squares to create a picture. All in all this third installment of Mystika is an awesome Match 3 game with so many unique features that it's impossible not to find something you like, enjoy!

Once known as the best safecracker in Rockville, Jeronimo put his thieving days behind him and opened up a small tavern on the outskirts of town. When his baby sister, Ellie became deathly ill, he realized he would have to return to his old ways of stealing, just one more time. There's only one person who has the key ingredient necessary for the cure, Lillian the Forest Witch, and she hates everyone! Lillian is a brutal witch who became obsessed with revenge upon the people of Rockville who were responsible for killing her mother and banishing her as a young child. If Lillian catches Jeronimo stealing from her, his fate will be worse than death itself! Jeronimo soon discovers yet another ingredient is necessary which the witch doesn't have, but the Midnight Castle does! No worries, this is Midnight Calling and all roads lead to Midnight Castle, the everlasting world where dragons still exist, and anything magical can happen!
This is an easy game, but sometimes that's okay and in my opinion, makes for a relaxing afternoon! The graphics could be better (hand drawn instead of computer generated) and the mechanics of the game are a bit slow and clunky, as are the voiceovers which are horrible, picture a foreign movie with english dubbed over it, the lips move for 5 minutes, and then the voice chimes in. Oh well, it's just a game, and this game is part of the continuing saga of the original story about the Midnight Castle, which is a cult classic and has many loyal followers such as myself! The Collector's Edition has plenty of Achievements to earn as well as Hidden Cards, Morphing Objects and Coins that can be used to buy all your little forest friends their favorite snacks at the forest's edge. Yes, you get a cutsie little helper, actually, you get two cutsie helpers but no one's counting right?
The Hidden Object Scenes are okay, nothing to write home about but nothing horrible either. There are mostly Silhouetted Shape finds but there are also tiny Zoom Zone HOP's where you find 4 or 5 fragments to make one complete item.
Most of the Mini Games are easy, some are small quick puzzles, some are more lengthy and multi-layered but again, sometimes you need no brainer puzzles just to have fun without the overload. Below are brief descriptions of some of the games you'll encounter during the demo and a few notable puzzles from afterwards:
1) Rotate tiles to complete the image by clicking on the center of each circle section.
2) Place the symbols on the correct rows based on the images they're associated with by swapping them.
3) Select the shield when the circle is on it block. Then attack by pressing the bottom disk when the arrows are in the green area.
4) Using the crystals, color the marks on the head based on their matching shapes.
5) Find 4 symbols on each page during a story about Lillian the witch, that match the example shown.
6) A super puzzle where you first choose laser beams in the correct order by trial and error, then select matching pairs, then select and drag two different symbols to the correct places, then untangle a spider's web, and finally swap spider legs until they snap into place.
7) Find 11 differences between two statues and replace them correctly.
The Collector's Edition has 10 Wallpapers, 10 Concept Art pictures, 4 Music Soundtracks, 24 Achievements, 1 Screensaver, a Secret Room, 17 Morphing Objects, Hidden Magic Cards, Hidden Coins to use at the Forest Edge, a built in Strategy Guide and a Bonus Chapter, enjoy!
