Why all the question marks for a title you may ask? It's because I'm utterly speechless, utterly at a loss for words to describe how horrible this game is! I've played a ton of games, and I'm pretty sure this is the worse game BF has ever offered.
There are supposedly 1200 levels, and that's about 1199 levels too many. The good news is that you won't need to use your brain to play, with the exception of using it to choose a random cookie to click on.
All cookies explode, and the explosion creates a chain reaction, of exploding candy. If another cookie is hit, it too will cause an explosion. Strawberries have to go through a few stages before they turn into cookies, a plain strawberry turns into a chocolate dipped strawberry with the first hit, and eventually turn into cookies, lather rinse, repeat.
Each level has a specific number of clicks it allows before failing the level. All you have to do, is to find the perfect cookie to click on which will give the greatest blasting effect. I literally completed the first 30 levels in 10 minutes, with a perfect 3 star score, simply by clicking a cookie that was in a row or column that would allow the explosion to obliterate everything on the first attempt. If my decision was incorrect, I clicked the reset button and tried a different cookie.
I know everybody has different tastes, and normally, I believe that every game has some sort of entertainment value, but not this time. If I had to hear another annoying "whoo" screeching with every click, I think I'd go insane. So do yourself a life saving solid and pretend this game doesn't exist.

You see dead people. This is your gift, this is also your curse, and this time it's personal. You've been contacted by your own brother Patrick, and this can only mean one thing, he's dead! Ghost hunting runs in the family, and Patrick was the host of the popular Ghost Riders show. His latest show took place in the Arden Manor, home to Count Valack Arden, an infamous serial killer. No one knows why this once kind and gentle father, turned into a vicious killer, but it's probably safe to assume it has something to do with the death of his baby girl Helen.
No credible ghost chaser would be caught "dead" without their Astral Glasses that allow you to see past events as well as interact with the astral plane and it's objects. In this Collector's Edition version, there are 44 Hidden Butterflies (and apparently moths are included) that allow you to use them as currency to purchase 14 different Cursed Items. There are also 15 hidden Morphing Figurines, 16 collectible Tarot Cards and Collectible Notes, which always seem to blow away from your hands as soon as you arrive, happens every time!
The Hidden Object Scenes are varied and for the most part, are entertaining, and you can also opt to play a Match 3. There are Interactive List finds, Silhouetted Shape finds, Keyword finds, and even Zoom Zone finds. My favorite however, are the "Spot the Difference" scenes.
The Mini Games are decent, but even on the "Hard" setting, they seem fairly easy to solve. Below are brief descriptions of some of the games you'll encounter during the demo:
1) Rotate the circles to create the symbols shown around the border, rotating one circle may affect others.
2) Swap the black and white tokens, they can only move forward and can only jump opposite colors.
3) Clear all ghosts by moving to a space next to them.
4) Select arrows to mold the lockpick to fit the lock.
5) Click on 4 different colored light filtering options to scan for the ghost in each scene.
6) Use directional arrows to move the planchette and flip over all tiles to create an image.
7) Swap books to create an image on the book spines, wrong selections will cause the books to shuffle.
8) Pick the correct card that matches the description given in the crystal ball.
9) Color the painting according to the numbers, some colors require mixing paints that equal larger sums.
10) Arrange arrows on the board to create a path that will cross all symbols.

This is a game variation of blocks, where your challenge is to group tokens by color. Once you have grouped all tokens of the same color together, they will flip over and you can't move those tokens unless you undo your move or moves. The goal, however, is to cover all stars, and to do this, you will need to use strategy, using other tokens as bumpers, because a token will move in a straight line until it hits an obstacle.
At first the levels are basic, and the tutorial is minimal, so your kind of left on your own to discover the game mechanics. Stars surrounded by diamonds, will lock any tile into place, but you can undo your last move, or hold the mouse button down to undo multiple moves.
To gain all three stars in each level, you must cover every star. You need to score sufficiently to unlock more levels, and when you earn 3 stars, you will unlock bonus levels which will also unlock "Grandpa's Mementos" to supposedly help him regain his lost memories.
The problem with this game for me, was that at times it was more frustrating than fun, and I just simply became bored playing the same game over and over.

Sophia woke up dazed and confused. She didn't know where she was or how she had gotten there. She meets a blind gypsy who explains that she in in a spiritual plane somewhere between life and death. Together Sophia and Leonora help each other as they try to escape this life draining world, one Match at a time!
You can play this game in a Relaxed, Limited Moves or Limited Time mode, and then you can choose a Casual or Expert mode within that will give you more or less obstacles and power-ups. Making matches over gold tiles will give you coins to purchase more power-ups, but you don't necessarily need to make matches over all of the gold tiles, you just need to meet the goal requirements of making a specific number of a specific tile.
There are Obstacles to overcome, Bushes require a match next to them, Vines require a match under them, Rocks require two matches, Skulls and Thorns can multiply, an Metal obstacles require three matches to destroy.
There are Power-ups you can purchase such as a Dagger that destroys 1 chosen tile, Shears destroy one chosen Bush, Thorn or Vine, a Hammer destroys a chosen rock or metal, Whirlwinds shuffle 50% of the tiles, Dreamcatchers destroy one skull, and a Black Hole destroys 50% of all tokens of one type. Large matches will earn Power-ups on the board, a Match 4 will create a bonus that destroys tiles in all diagonals, a Match 5 creates a bonus that destroys all tiles in a column or row, and a Match 5 or more in an L or T formation will create a bonus that destroys tiles in a row and column.
I really enjoyed playing the Match 3 game, and honestly, I think I may have enjoyed this game more than Lauraville 6 which was also offered today, enjoy!

Our friendly ghosts are back and are on a pirate treasure hunt. Laruaville ghosts found a message in a bottle from plundering pirates whose ship was sinking. The message told them that the pirates had buried their treasure all over the island that only appears once a year. There's very little time, so start digging for gold mates.
Keep this in mind when playing this game, it's all about the coins, don't worry about obstacles UNLESS they are standing in the way of getting to a coin. Coins are collected when you make at least a Match 3 adjacent to them, beside them, over them and directly below them. You want to try to match at least 4 tiles to receive a pack of dynamite, or other power-up, because many of the obstacles require a power-up to destroy it in order to progress.
Some Coins are in half, requiring matches next to them to make the halves come together in a straight line. Eventually there are Dirty coins that need a power up to clean, Icy coins that require fire, coin molds to fill with Gold to create coins, Vials that need filled, and coins with Locks and keys that need joined, along with obstacles such as Ground, Clay, Stones, Fire, Ice, Fog, Rocks, Shielded Crates (require matches on unshielded sides to destroy) and even Bugs!
This Match 3 game is unique and quite challenging. You can play in Relaxed mode, or choose between Limited Time or Limited Moves. There are a few new features available in this 6th edition including Morphing Powerups that allow you to click on the powerup of your choice as it morphs but only for a few seconds, so get your Match 3 game on and enjoy!

When the Collector's Edition version was first released, I tried playing this game, but it just wasn't holding my attention. I ended up finishing the CE demo about a week later. I think the graphics are awesome, but the storyline just drags. In my opinion, this Standard Edition is the better value, because the CE version has absolutely nothing other than some tiles to find. Here's a recap of my review so that you can decide which version, if any is right for you.
Apparently I am a Shield Maiden for the Princess. I'm pretty sure this is a job no one else wants, after all, a Shield Maiden basically takes a bullet for the Princess so she doesn't break a nail. Now we're not talking about a normal battle with other shield maidens (and arrow maidens I suppose) we're talking about protecting the Princess from a very angry, fire breathing dragon! There's no telling how many Shield Maidens have come before me, and by the end of the game, I'm not sure if either me or the Princess make it out alive.
At one point, I think I actually died, all I know is after doing my shielding thing, I woke up in a boat with some strange old man who told me that 3 companions would be joining me on my quest. Quest! What Quest? The Princess is nowhere in sight, this is my chance to get out of Dodge, or at least away from the creepy old man! Now I'm told that I have to actually Uber these 3 companions, and I'll bet you anything, not a single one will chip in for boat gas! First I travel to the woods to fetch the Huntress. Wouldn't ya know it, I have to save the "huntress" from an angry pig, her resume isn't looking too good from my point of view, just saying. Next I'm off to see the Seer, and I've seen enough already! This dude has a few loose nuts and bolts because he has strapped a pair of giant antlers onto his back! Incredible he tells ME to prove myself worthy, I'm going to just let it go at that and agree that we don't "see" eye to eye. Finally I Uber my little boat over to the Skald. Turns out a Skald is a musician with a really bad attitude. Let's see now, I have a Huntress who can't hunt, a Seer who doesn't see straight, and a Skald, someone has a vivid imagination and it ain't the dragon! By now, I'm seriously considering defecting to the Dragons Team, so thankfully, the demo has ended.......but the Saga continues......
Usually I prefer the Collector's Edition versions because I like finding all the extra's, but the 37 Collectible Yggdrasil Tiles thrilled me about as much as the demo did, zilch! Probably because I don't like collecting things I can't pronounce. Apparently there are 8 collectible Characters, I didn't bother looking for them because I was too busy keeping an eye on that Seer fellow, I don't trust him.
The Hidden Object Scenes were okay, but nothing thrilling. Most of the HOP's are in the form of finding Keywords, two of which involved a map, another was divided into 3 rooms. I did like the Interactive List find HOP on a Stained Glass Window that required you to strum 3 different strings to switch sections of the stained glass.
The Mini Games were decent enough, and definitely the best part of the entire game. Below are brief descriptions of some of the games you'll encounter during the long, boring demo:
1) Recall the dragons attack pattern then press arrows to shield the blows.
2) Use different lengths of vines to repair a net.
3) Plan a strategy by choosing the logical item in equations.
4) Swap tokens along the connecting lines until each is next to its corresponding symbol.
5) Press arrows to align the outlines inside the crystal with the red lines in the rock.
6) Hang the crystals on the correct hooks so their shadow fills the outline on the wall.
7) Swap tiles so that the numbers on the equals the number of end points.
8) Drag the lines so that one of each symbol is contained within each of the 4 shield segments.
9) Pluck the strings in the correct order referencing the length of the snakes.
10) Connect pairs of the same symbols with lines that don't intersect.
11) Swap the arrows.
The Collector's Edition has 4 Concept Art pictures, 8 Wallpapers, a Book of Origins Journal, 8 Collectible Characters, 37 Collectible Yggdrasil Tiles, 14 Movie Videos, 6 Music Soundtracks, 15 replayable Mini Games, 11 replayable Hidden Object Scenes, a built in Strategy Guide and a Bonus Chapter.

While searching for escaped convict, Mark Taylor, Miss Chambers finds herself searching for answers about her own identity. Mark Taylor is one slippery dude, because he has found a portal that allows him to travel between the real world, and the fictional worlds that are the Heart and soul of books. Why is Mark Taylor systematically entering the Tale Worlds to collect the Heart of these stories? Even more importantly, why is it that Miss Chambers is always the sheriff in tale town?
Mad Head games has done it again! They have delivered yet another fantastic cutting edge game! All of their games are top notch games, Maze, Shadowplay, Adam Wolfe, Cadenza, Beyond, Dark Realm, Dawn of Hope, and Rite of Passage, need I say more? Jump inside this otherworldly Elevator, destination.....Nevertales, as your relentless pursuit continues, always one step behind the man who is responsible for stealing the items upon which our fictional stories are based. If he's successful, he'll erase all the boundaries between our world, and the Tale worlds! In Nevertales, you'll need to strap on you special Goggles to pinpoint areas of interest, normally I find these gadgets to be rather hokey and repetitive, but this particular gadget isn't that annoying. In this Collector's Edition version, there are 9 Story based, 9 HOP based, and 9 Puzzle based Achievements to earn, 17 Morphing Objects within the Hidden Object Scenes, and 36 Hidden "Heart of the Story" signs to discover. There are also 36 Treasure item to find in the bonus section.
The Hidden Object Scenes are varied with the usual, Interactive List finds and Silhouetted Shape finds which have the Mad Head staple feature of receiving fragments to a puzzle under each item, as well as a Morphing Object available in all 17 HOP's. However, there are also some new HOP styles, or at least twists on older styles, some of which are actually quite entertaining. (I used to love HOP's back in the day when items were blended into a scene, not just heaped on top of junkpiles) One of the HOP's I rather enjoyed was searching for missing elevator items within the books and pictures surrounding the elevator. I also liked finding items encrypted on a phone, that would complete the messages.
The Mini Games are fairly decent, some very simplistic, some a wee bit more complicated. Below are brief descriptions of some of the games you'll encounter during the demo:
1) Change the symbols so they match the shape of their outline.
2) Press the elevator buttons to select the symbol fragments that will complete the symbol shown. (this game is repeated with each of the Tale Worlds you visit)
3) Move the lights so the color of the light matches the color of the ring around the bulb.
4) Rotate the inner and outer stones to create empty slots that match all of the displayed symbols and match them.
5) Search the locations until the horizontal and vertical lines intersect. (this game is repeated with each Tale World visit)
6) Select the fields on the larger circle so that only the green fields on the smaller circles are active.

In the first episode of DragonScales, the dark mentor Kreuss found a way to subjugate the dragons and use their powers for evil purposes. The other mages banned him forever but his evil spells lived on in the hands of his disciples led by Lilith Darksage, Lilith had plans to use the appearance of the bloodmoon to amplify her powers to destroy the world and rebuild it to her perverse liking. In this episode, a caravan was ambushed in the middle of the desert. The caravan was sent by the Gravity Kingdom, and they thought they had killed everyone. Little did they know, a mage survived the harrowing ordeal, and that mage is you!
Dragon Scales is one of the most unique concept for a Match 3 game, and I absolutely love the new Gravity Mode! I recommend that you play the tutorial so you understand the concept, then you can choose from three different modes of difficulty, Adventure which is a normal mode, Practice which progresses in difficulty, and Gravity Mode which is basically the same as the adventure mode, only the "scales" drop to the bottom if matches are made under them. (also requires you to make specified amounts of matches of each color) You are given 3 scales at a time, of different colors, to place onto a honeycomb grid, you can place the first scale anywhere on the grid but the following two can only be placed around the first tile upon the highlighted areas. Once you have made a match of at least 3 of the same colored tiles, those tiles will be removed, you want to place the scales so that you "set" up" the scales to make combination matches consecutively. Each level has to be completed before the moon bar timer depletes and there are other quests such as matching specific colored tiles to complete the level or making a certain amount of matches.
In the first DragonScales game there were several available bonuses, but I'm not sure if this game has them, either I didn't progress far enough, or they aren't available in this version. The first game had the following bonuses available: Dragon Slash which removes a row of tiles off the board, Dragon Meteor and Power Blast, attacks a specific area on the board, the Sacred Hammer will undo the last move, a Sacred Axe attacks a column of tiles, The Avenger attacks a row and column of tiles, God's Wrath attacks a random area, Berserk attacks the entire board with mayhem and Moonrise increases the available time on the Moon Bar.
This is a unique Match 3 game with brilliant and colorful tiles, I really liked the concept of placing the tiles on the board three at a time which makes you have to think about your next move strategically, enjoy!

Welcome to the Freedom Hotel, a hotel that can grant your deepest desires, a hotel that can help you overcome your deepest fears. A hotel whose owner just might be the Ruler of Darkness, the Angel of Light, Belial in the flesh, the great Deceiver, Beelzebub, the almighty King of the bottomless pit! The cost of a room at this hotel isn't cheap, you could very well pay the ultimate price.....you're soul!
To play this game, you'll have to sign a contract with the hotel's owner (no worries, you will be signing in as Stephen Blake searching for his mother Elizabeth and sister Kate, not your chosen screen name, just in case your darkest fear is the fear of signing away your soul, also known as thedevilmademedoitphobia) To try to make your stay more enjoyable, I suggest the CE version, which gives you the freedom to search for Ghosts of past hotel guests, Morphing Beyond objects and Morphing Phobias. The owner would appreciate your cooperation in returning his missing family Crest pieces as well, so if you come across any of these fragments, kindly assemble the crest and return the screensaver, no questions asked.
Also for your entertainment, the hotel has arranged some wicked Hidden Object Scenes, prior guests say they are absolutely to die for! Former guest Mary had this to say: "I absolutely loved the HOP scene where I found objects that matched the silhouetted shapes of animal prints, one in particular appears to belong to some sort of beast!" One of our favorite hotel guests, James, had this to say about his experience: " I had no choice but to dig through a mucky fountain as I searched for items to save my life" One of our permanent guests Frank also adds: "The hotel's bar is in shambles, I had to move items just to find two of every ingredient so I could whip up my favorite spirit!"
The puzzles are optional at this hotel, you won't be penalized for not participating in the game, however, it is strongly recommended that you give at least one of these games a try, if you want to have a more immersive experience:
1) Navigate through the hotel corridors to reach your mother using the hotel map to select the correct hallways and doorways. Caution, your deepest fears will come into play.
2) Place the flags according to the year they represent.
3) Find the correct path through the forest by rotating the compass until the correct group of prints that match the clues align, then choose the path the arrow points to. Please be cautious of things that go bump in the dark forest.
4) Place the owls in their correct color coded spots. (please ignore the fact that you just fed a spotted owl walnuts)...(because they don't eat nuts)...(they eat meat)....(but maybe he's just trying to overcome his fear of eating the same thing a squirrel does)...(....just saying....)
5) Guide the mouse through the labyrinth by using directional arrows to plot the course and clicking the start button to test your solution. (do you think mechanical mice have fears?)(they probably have a fear of everything bigger than themselves, which is almost everything, a.k.a. thewholeenchilada phobia)
6) Follow the recipe to brew a soothing cup of tea to give to James because he's supposedly freaking out... but he looks perfectly fine to me. ( I fear people who are freaking out but appear normal. whatsupwiththat phobia)
HAUNTED HOTEL GAMES AVAILABLE: Haunted Hotel (SE only 11-16-11) Haunted Hotel II: Believe the Lies (SE only 11-16-11) Ancient Bane (5-29-14) Charles Dexter Ward (6-10-12) Death Sentence (12-18-14) Eclipse (10-10-13) Eternity (4-24-15) Lonely Dream (SE only 11-25-11) Personal Nightmare (5-25-17) Phoenix (8-20-15) Silent Waters (9-17-16) The Axiom Butcher (4-30-16) The Thirteenth (12-24-16) The X (11-12-15)

When Alice removed a seemingly unimportant casket that was blocking the water wheel from turning, she had no clue it's contents would forever change her life. Inside this box, was a magical bird of fire, a Phoenix. The beautiful flaming bird, took a brief flight, and then flew to Alice's arm before vanishing. All that remained of the Phoenix was an imprint of the bird upon Alice's forearm! Since that moment, Alice has suffered tremendously, her father was murdered before her very eyes, by an evil man, the Dark Lord, whose search to find the girl who bears the mark of flame. The only family member Alice has left, is her Uncle Colin. There's just one problem, Uncle Colin has no memory of his past, memories that could save both of their lives in this epic battle of Darkness and Flame!
This is the second game in this series, and I hope to see more in the near future. This game is unique, the storyline is really engaging, and although some reviewers have stated that they don't like the computer generated graphics, I love the sharp lined ,crispness that only computer generated graphics can accomplish. The Collector's Edition version has a great deal of extras to offer as well. Each scene has a Morphing Object and there are several Collectibles. There are 12 Mushrooms, 8 Scorpions, 8 Dog Statues, 7 Golden Pinecones, and 7 Road signs. There are also 8 Story Capsules that allow you to read about this post apocalyptic world. Alice has only known a world destroyed by a meteorite that brought with it a darkness that consumed everything within it's path. A second meteorite arrived several years later, which reversed its damage, bringing with it fertility, and creating a lush oasis. Each collectible and capsule you discover, will unlock up to 20 Bonus Puzzles!
The Hidden Object Scenes are fairly well created. There are Multiple finds, Interactive List finds, and Silhouetted Shape finds. The scenes are clear, but some items were a bit on the smaller size in my opinion.
The Mini Games are numerous, but tend to be on the easy breezy side of the spectrum. Below are brief descriptions of some of the games you'll encounter during the demo:
1) Move the butterflies into the correct positions so that each one matches the shape underneath.
2) Find the Flower pairs.
3) Set the deer figurine into the correct position.
4) Find all the hidden snake eggs.
5) Figure out the correct position of all the switches.
6) Press the flowers in the correct order so all the buds are open.
7) Play a Match 3 game with a rotating field.
8) Drive the whole distance while avoiding the obstacles.
9) Gather all the lions together.
10) Press the crystals in the correct order so they all are lit.
11) Leave the forest by selecting the least trodden paths.
12) Press the arrows to cross over all the empty cells.
13) Arrange the fish figures correctly using their outlines.
14) Remove the clouds to free the bird.
15) Press the hieroglyphics in the correct order using the clue hints.
