Played 20 minutes of the demo and got to level 10. Mostly got 3 stars but I couldn't figure out how on a couple of levels I only got 1 star. There is no option for relaxed mode -- should have known it wouldn't be a good game for me. I really hate tiimed modes. I play to have fun not to beat the clock..
Level 7 isn't a M3 and there were no clear instruction on what to do, so I failed that level. I also failed level 10 and that's when I said enough.
Please play this game and read some reviews before purchasing. For me, this is a no buy and no recommendation,
I don't recommend this game.

Again something pulled from the attic for the deal of the day. There is nothing about this game I found redeeming. From the fact there is no mode selection, no map, you can't skip the cut scenes, and it doesn't save your place whenever you exit the game.
After playing the first HOS I exited the game and picked it up about 30 minutes later. To my surprise it started from the beginning and not where I had left off. That was off putting.
The first HOS was too dark and the second there was a star which was in a bright white cloud -- even when using the hint (which says skip) I couldn't see the star. When using the hint/skip you must have your eyes on the entire scene because the hint only last a second or two and then disappears. I had to wait for the skip/hint to reload and hold my laptop far enough away so I could see the entire scene --- only then was I able to see the hint.
At that point I wanted to exit the game, but couldn't because it immediately started a cut scene and I had to wait for it to play out.
I only played 25 minutes of the demo but that was enough for me to decide not to purchase. Far too many great games offered from BF to choose this low budget wreck of a game (IMHO).
As always I recommend you play the demo and read some reviews to make up your mind. For me this is a no buy and I don't recommend it.
I don't recommend this game.

This game could have been perfect except for the sand. I played the demo and was so glad when it was over! This is the most stressful M3 game I've ever played. It has all the normal things a good game has, but it has these sand squares which you have to make matches by to make them go away and open up the column -- but you just don't have to get rid of the sand squares once -- they keep coming back. In some of the games I had so much sand and no way to make matches by it because the columns were blank due to the sand -- a catch 22 for sure. Today this game is the deal of the day and will only cost me $2.99 -- but I would never buy a game that I couldn't win sometime. I could never win this game -- never.
I don't recommend this game.

Everything about this game is slow. From my cursor to the story line. This is based on 59 minutes of the demo. I just couldn't finish it. I knew there was a problem when I had to select player and new to enter my name. Okay I know it's only 2 key stokes but really?
Next I noticed the sluggishness of my cursor so I tried turning off the options and I still had a sluggish cursor but I plodded ahead anyway.
This story moves just too slow for me. While the graphics are okay in a juvenile way, the music is tedious and I turned it down.
Having a slow cursor and a game that moves slow equals a low fun factor and story line. The level of challenge is very low -- even a child could do it.
There is a collectible in each scene in the form of a crystal ball -- very easy to spot.
You should try it, for me it's a no buy.
I don't recommend this game.

This is a really good game to strengthen your mind. I only played the demo and I didn't do well at all, but I do think this game has merit. There isn't a story line at all so I had to give that a 1 star but the rest is very enjoyable if you can get the hang of things.
You have lots of options, all of which I didn't see at first. You even have a choice of the type of music you hear. You can also turn off the timer, which is what another reviewer said, so after I purchase it I'll certainly find it.
This has got to be played to make up your mind about purchasing it. For me, I'll use a coupon and see what I can get from this game. I will probably never complete it, but it will be a game I can return to any time without having to read through a diary to remember what the story is about.
I recommend this game!

I'm confused why this is being released as a new game when it already had reviews from April. Regardless, I found this game unappealing.
Hidden objects are given one at a time or you find a certain number of 1 item. With the one-at-a-time HOS, some of the objects are hard to find, actually off screen, and it's hard to navigate off screen. Another issue I had was with the descriptions. One was suspenders, which was really a garter belt. The other that really threw me, so much so I looked it up, was "foulard" which was just a scarf -- why not use scarf? I'm 65 and have a very good vocabulary and never have heard the word foulard. I live in Texas so maybe it just isn't used in the south. However I read a lot and I've never seen it in print either. I certainly won't be using it in my day to day.
There are no voice overs and a lot of dialog you have to read.
I played about half the demo and just couldn't go on. Lost interest. But you should play the demo and read some reviews. For me, I'd never purchase or play a game like this now or ever.
I don't recommend this game.

Based on 50 minutes of the demo. I didn't hate this game but it wasn't very challenging and I only saw 1 dialogue bubble at the beginning and nothing since, so I don't think there is a story line.
I didn't like the music so I turned down the music and sound. There really wasn't a fun factor to this game.
All in all, I think this might be a good game for someone young and a beginner. For me I think I'm being gracious giving this a 3 instead of a 2 and I will recommend it for those previously stated.
I recommend this game!

Based on completion of the SE in casual mode (there are 2 higher modes which can be changed at any time. It's about a woman and her two children when they visit the Runaway Express train. Of course the children get separated (kidnapped) from their mother and she sets out to get them back. It takes place mostly on the train but you'll visit Paris and Budapest as well.
The story line is pretty good and the voice overs are superb IMHO.
It has a great interactive map but there are points where the map stops showing where to go next I ended up stumbling around or using the directional hint to find where I should go next.
I didn't particularly like the HOS. Some were straight lists, which I prefer but others made use of several types of crime scene items like dust for finger prints or luminal spay for blood splatter, and then there were silhouettes.
You also collect evidence and have to place it on an evidence board. To me this is just a waste of time and really distracts from the story. I had rather the information just be recorded in a diary. Having to do this really irritated me.
There is no walk through, which would have helped me when I got lost, but obviously I figured it out.
I liked most of the game and wanted to give it a 3.5 but generously bumped it up to 4. Play the demo and read some reviews to make an informed decision. Thank you for reading mine. I recommend this game.

Where's the fun if you don't win occasionally? I didn't like the music and turned it down. There is no story line.
To add to the frustration of not winning, I had trouble with my mouse. When clicking on cards on the board I would have to click multiple times to get it to "click" and in the deck I sometimes turned over 4 cards instead of the 2 I intended -- and I couldn't go back.
After playing 45 minutes I gave up to write this review. Please play the demo and read some reviews to make an informed decision. As for me this is a "no buy".
I don't recommend this game.

I really enjoyed this game. While the storyline wasn't very exciting (parts of the story was very sad) and the level of challenge was low I still enjoyed the HOs and easy puzzles. Plus there are morphing items -- my favorite. This is the very first game I'm playing for the second time because I didn't find all the morphing items the first time. This is also a very short game.
There are very good voiceovers and a wonderful map.
Play the demo and read some good and bad reviews to make up your mind.
