Discover the city of Apothecarium, where inhabitants are caught in a perilous struggle against a powerful alchemist who is taking the lives of innocent!
This is based on partial play of the demo. There are just too many glitches for me to enjoy this game.
The first HOS doesn't offer a hint and I had trouble finding the key. Finally I hit on something which opened up a match 3 and was able to finish the HOS. I actually was loving the HOS because it has several morphing items, but when I want a hint, I want a hint!
Next my locked inventory would't even show. I changed scenes and it came back.
I couldn't defeat the flowers so I quit.
I hope you have a better experience than I did. Please play the demo and read some reviews. Even at $2.99 this game makes me nervous so a no buy.
I recommend this game!

Untold History: Descendant of the Sun
Confront an ancient evil and uncover your true! After a startling revelation changes your world forever, you must embark on an epic journey to save mankind.
I gave up while playing the demo. The graphics are dull and very busy but so gray, gray, gray. It was too hard to follow what to do next. My cursor ran very slowly -- when that happens I know I won't be buying this game. There is a jump map which I always love but not enough to buy a game even at $2.99.
Please the demo and read some reviews.
I don't recommend this game.

Mysteries and Nightmares: Morgiana
Solve the mystery of an abandoned enchanted castle! Search for clues within its ancient underground and seek portals to different worlds.
Based on partial play of the demo. This doesn't offer a game mode. All HOGs offer at least 2 choices.
There are too many cut scenes and this game ran slowly on my 2013 laptop. Getting the sound regulated was tough -- what seemed okay for the game wasn't the same for the cut scenes.
This game didn't draw me in to the story. I believe it must be very old and not a new game at all.
Please play the demo and read some reviews. There just isn't anything nice I can say about this game.
I don't recommend this game.

Farm Mystery: The Happy Orchard Nightmare
Residents of Happy Orchard Farm are disappearing at night. Is there an innocent explanation, or could the farm be at the mercy of supernatural forces?
This review is based on partial completion of the game played in the casual mode.
There are no positives about this game. The story centers around what appears to be an abandoned farm house where you were supposed to meet your boyfriend, but he isn't there. The first "person" you meet is his grandmother, but she's a ghost who speaks to you. Then you find a real man hiding in the pantry.
This game really doesn't have much of a story other than there appear to be ghost and you should beware of the scarecrow, which I didn't meet during my play.
What I did do was play one HOS after another, picking up very few inventory items. The HOS are junk piles but everything is in plain sight. There are even items listed in green which usually mean there are additional steps, but they are clearly out in the open so I don't understand why they are highlighted unless it's because they will be added to your inventory. Also there was a clue for a Talkie Walkie -- who calls it a Talkie Walkie? Ridiculous IMHO!
One puzzle I skipped the others were too simple.
Please, please play the demo and read some of the reviews. This is the very first game I've ever seen with 2 5-star reviews and 43 1-star reviews. What a waste of time.
I don't recommend this game.

Mystery Chronicles: Murder Among Friends
Solve a murder mystery involving greed and mistrust among friends in this suspenseful, back-stabbing Hidden Object game.
So you have a habit of wearing a red cape (not a current fashion statement, but oh well) and there is this maniac the papers are calling the Storyteller who keeps kidnapping and killing people. He's kidnapped your boyfriend, Kevin, and you are trying to find him. The Storyteller has seen your fabulous red clock and has dubbed you Red Riding Hood.
The story is okay, I really wanted to find Kevin, so I completed the SE game in Casual of the 2 modes. There were no technical issues so I sailed through this game with ease. However, the inventory doesn't lock and I was a little perturbed that it kept bouncing back and forth. Also inside the inventory it kept bouncing from side to side. This really did irritate me.
There is a map which shows items where something can be done and you are transported to that scene. I always love transporter maps.
The hint button, outside the HOS, shows all directions available or points to a specific item in the current scene.
The HOS are standard junk piles where the objects are in plain sight but some may be a littler harder to find than others. I don't think I ever used the hint button in the HOS.
There are puzzles which range from very simple to a little more complicated, but there is a skip button in case you get stuck.
The graphics are okay. On my computer the HO scenes were sort of stretched out like they weren't in high definition, but it really didn't bother me. Some of the HOS were a bit dark.
The music finally got to me towards the latter part of the game so I turned it way down. There are no voice overs.
This is sort of low budget but I still enjoyed playing the game. I always recommend playing the demo and read some of the reviews. Happy gaming.
I recommend this game!

Riddles of Fate: Into Oblivion Collector's Edition
The seven deadly sins have plunged peaceful Riddlestone into chaos! Rescue the royal family and save their people from destruction.
I bought and finished the CE in casual mode including the bonus level.
Let's start with the great things about this game. The visual is mostly beautiful. The characters are well developed. The voice overs are very good although the lips don't move. The music is nice and appropriate for a game of this type. However, there were times when the music became too excitable for my taste but it never lasted too long. There are characters and crowns to collect and there is a bonus chapter which was the most disappointing.
There was a map which showed areas to search and transported to the area, but I found the hint button to be much better in transporting me to the exact spot I needed to be.
The HOS are list with a couple requiring extra steps. Everything is very clear with lots of beautiful things to find. However these are extremely easy. I was disappointed there were so few.
There are many more puzzles/mini-games. Most are very easy. None are new.
There were times I was bored and just moved through the game without even knowing what I was doing and other times I knew exactly what was going on and enjoyed what I was doing. The game seemed very long but it could have been my partial boredom.
The bonus chapter is the worst I've ever played. You will certainly not miss this in the SE or miss the collectibles IMHO. The bonus doesn't add anything to the game. However it does explain why each of the deadly sins ensnared their victims but this could have easily have been done as part of the main game. The bonus is extremely short.
I would encourage you to play the demo and read some of the reviews. I recommend you save your money on purchasing the CE and wait for the SE.
I don't recommend this game.

Haunted Hotel: Ancient Bane
Guests keep disappearing from a gimmicky haunted hotel. Is there someone pulling the strings, or are these ghosts actually real?
This is based on completion of the SE in casual mode. The story is of a haunted hotel where guests have disappeared. You have been invited by a fellow detective to investigate. The owner of the hotel, Mr. Shadowy isn't happy you've been invited along, as the invitation was for your friend.
Nothing new about this game -- the HOS and puzzles are the same as we've played in other games by this developer, Elephant. Just the characters have different names and the story is a little different, but nothing fascinating. I really became bored and used the hint button to take me from scene to scene.
I didn't use the map because the hint button also transports you to where you need to be.
I turned down the music but it wasn't too bad on low.
Other than being a bit boring, nothing wrong with this game. The subject manner maybe too mature for the very young, but this game is suitable for every one else. Its's an easy game in the casual mode so beginners should enjoy it very much.
Always play the demo and read some reviews to make up your mind.
I recommend this game!

Strangestone
Spend the night in an abandoned mansion. Can you survive to uncover the terrible secret about your ancestor?
I'm not sure when I purchased this game or even why because I really hate it. It's very dark and gloomy and the HOS are just huge junk piles where everything is the same color.
It has one puzzles after another with clues which aren't clear. After skipping my sixth puzzle I closed the game and deleted it. I will never play it again.
Please play the entire demo and read some reviews to make a better decision than I did.
I don't recommend this game.

Mystery of the Ancients: Three Guardians
The town of Green Hill has really gone to the birds!
I finished the SE of this game in casual mode. This is a very easy game suitable for everyone. It's a love story and good versus evil.
The graphics and sound are exceptional. I love pretty and this had lots of color.
There aren't too many HOS and they are very easy -- every thing is in plain sight except for a few which require an extra step. The puzzles are easy too and I don't remember any new ones. There is one puzzle that's repeated each time a new piece of the amulet is found which was super easy and became monotonous.
The hint button works outside the HOS, It either points to the object or gives a directional arrow.
There is also a map that shows areas which can either have an object to collect or to administer. It also transport you there. Loved the map.
Every once in a while I love play an easy game where you can always find your way. Play the demo and read a few reviews.
