I like the games from this dev and own many of them. This was a bit on the easy side. My only real problem with this game, and it's a big one, is it's length. The demo ends 40% of the way through the game. Finished that in just about an hour which means it's not even a 2.5 hour game. I'll wait for a daily deal or when I have a filled card.
Maybe if this is the first time you've played an HE game, you might like it. But compared to previous games in the franchise, this one was boring and ordinary. I was so excited when I saw this as today's offering and so disappointed in the story and play that I deleted after 20 minutes.
Although this dev continues to produce great games, this one was not memorable in any way. And am I the only person tired of that guy at the beginning of all their games? Hey Eipex, time to reitre him.
This series used to be a lot better. This one is an endless repetition of find a token or crest, put it in it's place and get two more tokens or crests. Graphics are decent, story moves very slowly and HO scenes were decent years ago but now are just uninspired. I found no redeeming qualities.
The graphics are cartoonish. I didn't care for that, but some will. The games were way too simple, no challenge at all. I gave up after 30 minutes because I was bored. The game also has a pet peeve of mine, illogical moves. You can't light a candle from a lit tobacco pipe and you also can't light a candle with a flint and steel. Maybe it's just me.
I don't recommend this game.

Redemption Cemetery: The Island of the Lost
You crash-land on an island populated by ghosts. Like them, are you trapped here forever?
I too own all of the previous RC games. This one could have been done at the same time as the first. Not one thing new except a very shortened game. I played the demo in 34 minutes which makes this very short of three hours play time. They either need to totally re-invent this franchise or retire it.
Don't know how long this game is but I finished the demo in under 40 minutes and that doesn't bode well for the game. Some folks might not care about game length but it's important to me.
Guess I'll wait for the SE and check the walkthrough for length.
I don't recommend this game.

Reveries: Soul Collector
Your wedding day gets interrupted when your fiancée is kidnapped!
Not a bad game overall with slightly different HOs and very easy mini games. Problem was I finished the demo in 28 minutes and, according to the walkthrough, that's 1/3 through the game. So a 90 minute game? No thanks.
This is probably my favorite developer. This time I kept thinking this would likely appeal to younger gamers. The story line seems good. The mini games and HOs were way too easy. So the two stars was for how I liked the game but I don't think I was the target audience.
This was OK, nothing special. But I finished the demo in 45 minutes. That equates to being 41% of the way through the game in an hour. This is just barely a 2 hour game for me and not worth buying
