Good grief ---- it's getting laughable now ---- all these me too games in the style of clutter and I like finding. You know ---- pretty pictures, calm music, no story, ancient minigames, zero challenge with a ton of tedious busy work.
Enough!
Is this really the future of casual gaming? of Big Fish?
Oh, well, at least they didn't add a few levels and call it a CE.
I don't recommend this game.

Talk about a money grab. This mess is a combination of clutter style and I love finding games ----- exactly the sort of thing we should expect. given the debatable 4 and 5 star reviews these throwbacks are getting.
But this one is extremely poor even for that overrated class of games.
It is overly simplistic to the point of annoyance.
It is a total copycat of a game without an ounce of originality.
Its layout is so careless that it looks entirely slapped together as fast as possible.
Sorry, but this one hits a new low ---- and a CE, to boot. LOL
Try if you have the time to waste.
I don't recommend this game.

To be honest, I am probably not the best person to be reviewing time management games because, frankly, I am not very good at them. More like pitiful.
That being said, I like all of the Alice games, as well as Elven Rivers, and Detective Olivia. These devs seem to put a lot of effort into their games with charming game play and lots of innovation. And their efforts really show ---- the graphics are crystal clear, this particular story is unique, and the controls are extremely responsive.
I went through the usual confusion I have getting past the learning curve, but once I did ---- it was nothing but fun. I use the option with no timer, and just relax and enjoy ---- very easy to do in this game.
So I hope you will try this one and see if you enjoy it as much as I am.
And be sure to check the reviews of those that are much better at these games than I am.
I recommend this game!

And really, this repetitive routine that way too many developers have established is getting annoying.
Is this what we can expect from BF and its group of developers? Copycat deluxe? Same layouts? Same "minigames"? Same concept and content?
This trend of boring, childish, and overly simple HOGs is NOT what I come to BF to see that is new.
This game is nothing more than a rehash of the games that have been done over and over and over again ---- and I will say again that the games of this type are just busy work snoozers.
There is nothing unique here as this one just rips off the exact same format as the others we have been forced to see.
And what amazes me are all the 4 and 5 star reviews! For what? Being good at copying and me tooing?
I'm sorry, but this huge pile of games that do the same thing (whether they be pets, "stuff", finding, or whatever) have gotten so old and so predictable that I would give them zero or minus stars if I could.
Unfortunately, until players get tired of these snoozers and say so with their wallets these are the type of games we will see.
Thank goodness for Elephant, Friendly Fox and any other developers that have not fallen into this "me too" rut.
I don't recommend this game.

I remember when this developer started down the road of these "souped-up" HOGs, and I remember they said at the time that the kind of games they had developed in the past were just too expensive to make. (Awakening, Botanica, Dana Knightstone, Otherworld ---- all excellent)
So my hope is that we will soon see the end of these same old, same old HOGS that are just throwbacks to what we played a decade or more ago.
I'm sorry, but I want games that are more than this template they use over and over again.
There is absolutely zero story ---- not even the thinnest.
The same type of scenes are used.
The same mini games are used.
The same CE extras are used.
And the result is a slow, sleepy, and boring game that is just a grab for cash, imo.
This game in no way features the clever and beautifully done games of this type that we see from others like the Vacation games, for example. It is a poor cousin to those 5 star entries not to mention being a copycat.
So I hope these many, many snoozers may soon come to an end and the financial picture might allow these devs to go back to the high quality excellence of lots of their previous games.
If you like these old fashioned trips to yesterday, by all means take advantage of BF's generosity and give this one a go ---- and try to stay awake! lol
I don't recommend this game.

I realize that a lot of players are enjoying these repetitive games from Tiny Little Lion.
But, for me, this is the most boring game I have seen this year. I just can't imagine anyone devoting a chunk of time to stare at scenes of plants Plants!
The objects were often identified by their plant names which give me no clue whatsoever. (foxglove?)
Many objects were too small and that made the game an eye test.
The screen kept jumping from zoom view to regular view with no prompting to do so.
Of course, no story at all ---- just oddball locations I care nothing about.
And the biggest laugh is the group of 10 plants offered up as the "developer's plants" (to go along with all the animals the developers possess). Sorry, but that's insulting ---- I don't believe for one minute the developers all own those exotic plants.
I honestly believe that this glut of spruced up old style HOGs have already been created and a section of them is released as they see fit and called complete games, as well as arbitrarily providing the cut off point between CEs and SEs. There are simply too many of them to believe that each one is carefully and individually crafted. I just wonder how many more of these old style things we will show interest in.
Some of the series by this dev I can see where some players might find interest, but plants? Plants?
Totally uninteresting, uninstalled immediately ---- but try for yourself if plants are your bailiwick.
I just think there is much more to casual gaming these days than what is offered by this snoozer.
(I just calculated how much money a player would spend on these games if they had the complete library ---- good grief!!)
I don't recommend this game.

Most sequels offer a new variant, or maybe a story element, or possibly a new mechanic ---- not this one. It is an exact copy of the first one. So, of course, it cost Boomzap very little to crank out this one ---- and what looks like a long line of these "games".
Sorry, but this dud just could not be more boring. All it does is offer clutter style puzzles with a bit of the I Like Finding games thrown in.
And they offer 8 more levels with wallpapers and music (I have never known anyone to be thrilled by wallpapers and music) and call it a CE and therefore demand double money for the game. Absolutely outrageous.
We are now getting a glut of this type of games, particularly from Boomzap (or Tiny Little Lion, or whatever), and I am quite bored with them. The BF catalog is full of superior games, and it is a sad state of affairs to see these low end rehash of old style HOGs thrown at us.
I have nothing against a good HOG (like the cruise games or park ranger games or the Christmas games) but these thrown together, cookie-cutter, busy work only games are annoying.
And, as I know to be true, this dev is capable of such bigger and better things. It's a shame, really, to see this list of games get longer and longer.
Try for yourself and see ---- I did, and then I uninstalled.
I don't recommend this game.

I have criticized some of the other games/devs that try to slap together a few scenes involving travel or animals or whatever ---- and now I feel completely justified in doing so.
Because Casual Arts (of the fantastic "Alice" games) has shown all the wannabes and copycats how a modern, completely up to date, and carefully thought out HOG should be done.
The visuals are stunning ---- clear and crisp.
The objects to be found are never too small ---- these devs realize it's a game, not an eye exam
There is a ton of interesting things to do.
Even the mini games are modern and have an updated feel.
And there is lots of CE content that is way more than just adding a few scenes like they were an afterthought as other devs have done.
Highest praise for the care, attention, and effort that Casual Arts has put into this one ---- the best of the new wave HOGs I have seen.
Very highest recommendation!
I recommend this game!

I'm sorry, but these "Tiny Little Lion" games from Boomzap are just not impressing me a single bit. I remember a long time ago when Boomzap declared they were going to make smaller, more simplistic games of high quality ---- all primarily due financial considerations.
That was about 2 dozen games ago. So I hope they have done well enough to get back to the astonishingly gorgeous and interesting games they used to make and that they are so creatively capable of.
Games like this ---- as I have said ---- are just throwbacks to an era of gaming I personally left behind years ago. Match? Swap the puzzle pieces? Spot the difference? Really? I'm sorry, but those game elements are absolutely antiquated and boring. The BF catalog has hundreds of those old clunkers still available or you can go to some sites and get them for nothing.
So it really bothers me when I see games like this asking for CE money. Or, really, SE money.
There is just nothing to this one ---- no story, scenes of absolutely zero interest, and mediocre visuals add up to a game I would give zero stars if I could.
However, remember that BF offers a free trial on every game ---- so take advantage and try the game for yourself.
Respectfully, I know the Boomzap people are capable of great and memorable games ---- but this one hit bottom with a "Boom", and gets uninstalled by me ("Zap").
I don't recommend this game.

---- but I am not really very good at these sort of games. There are other players that are far better at them, and have way more experience. But for my limited skill, I get a kick out of the tasks that are there right in front of me and need to be handled by using the brain.
The visuals are nice4, and I have the others in this series and like them all. Time management is new and different for me, and Big Fish has a lot of them to choose from ---- and this, though typical, is fun.
(Besides, I am really getting tired of old fashioned HOGs involving animals and travel and presenting themselves in CE packages.) So I would much rather play these games ---- more challenge and different.
I recommend this game!
