This is the 3rd in the series, and I really enjoyed it as well as the first 2. This one is a bit different than the others, but still challenging. I liked the travelling back and forth and having to create items to use. The HOs were just right, and the mini games were challenging without being frustrating. The graphics, storyline and sound were above average. I also liked that when I got stuck, I could move on to another area in some cases. Sometimes I just need to step back for a minute.
I found this game to be very boring. Yes the graphic are nice, the storyline is fair. The puzzles are too easy. The HOs are pretty good, but I thought they were grainy. You would go to an area and find one tiny thing and the area would be "cleared". This game could have offered so much more.
I originally played a beta game of this and had so much fun I bought the first one. When this came out bought it as well. They are both worth the price.
I am not a poker fan, but this game is a kick! As the others have stated, you get to travel to various towns to play, buy the town and eventually beat the Governor. I like to play on a continuous basis-say a town every day or so. The graphics are great and the voices are really fun.
I love the Drawn series. They are one of my favorites. The games are clever and unique. They are very different from other games and have beautiful graphics. I have played them several times, and they still offer a light heartedness that is just fine to play. Once you play one I think you'll be hooked. I know I was.
Just played the demo and this is a fun rainy day game. Not very challenging. I finished in 37 minutes including all scenes and dialogue. The puzzles aren't that difficult, but they are fun. The HOs were only fair, but had some fun interaction parts. The dialogue moved rather quickly so it made it difficult to keep up. I keep the sound down so can't really comment on that.
Was it just me or does Jane remind you of Anjolina Jolie?
Having said all that, this game has absolutely beautiful graphics and is very bright-a nice change from all the dark stories. It also has some clever transition scenes. I won't be buying the CE, but may buy the SE.
Overall it was a nice easy, relaxing game to play. I'm going to recommend this game mostly because the graphics were so gorgeous, and it was easy fun. A great beginner game.
This game was terrific. It is one of the most challenging I have played. It had great graphics and sound. The story line is not a big deal to me so can't really comment there. The HOS are challenging and have a neat option that I played several times just for the fun of it. The game keeps you very involved and has a good flow.
It was a definite challenge and well worth the 6.99.
I really enjoyed this game as it offered challenging HOs and puzzles. I do agree about the lag time, it was annoying, but not so much that it affected the game itself. I agree that it did rather rush the end, but overall this was fun and challenging.
When I saw the game, I knew I would probably buy it because I had enjoyed Samhain so much. But I enjoyed this one so much more. When I played the demo, I knew by the first HO that I was going to buy the CE which I don't usually do and hadn't really planned to do. I put off playing the game in anticipation of it and I was not disappointed, just sorry I waited so long. This game is so engrossing and entertaining that once I completed it, I was ready to start again.
