The concept of this game is to play against Hades to free the Goddesses (of which there are 7 I think) by playing various games of solitaire. Many of which I have never heard of but instructions for every game are available at the "help" button. I had no problems with these games.
You do not have to beat the game to win it or free the goddess, just get enough points. You will be told when you have enough points and have the option to quit the game (beating Hades and releasing the goddess and moving on to the next level) or continuing the game. I continued once but when I could go no further in the game, I could not find a way out of the game.
In between several of the levels there is a bonus game. Although this is play with cards, it is played with the concept of the pea under the cup game. You start with 3 cards, one of which is the Queen of Hearts. Click on shuffle and when the cards are finished, find the Queen of Hearts. If you win, yay. The next time you "bonus" up, there will be 4 cards but the game is the same. I had no problems with this game.
Dare I say this game was somewhat easy for me so I'm going to pass but recommend it for those who like a variety of solitaire games.
Happy Gaming!
I recommend this game!

At the beginning of each level, you are asked if you want to place the typical match 3 game where you switch items to make matches of 3 or more or, if you prefer grouping them together to make your matches. I chose the switch because I prefer that.
I also chose "relaxed" mode over "timed" mode and it was so nice. No story line, no building anything, no ANYTHING. Just levels upon levels of marching. And, also before each level, when you are given you "switch" choice, you get to see what "picture" your level will be. I got hearts and goofy faces. It was truly enjoyable to see what I'd be getting and actually see it when I played.
The only thing I disliked was the music. Started off nicely but then became so repetitive so quickly it became rather annoying.
It's not a purchase for me because of the above, but I recommend it for everyone, especially beginners.
Happy Gaming!

I consider this a mediocre game of griddlers.
The music was more Greek inspired than Roman. The graphics were fine, nothing special in the background scenery or .. anything.
The game play was basic. A very short tutorial over 2 levels which were helpful but not for a beginner.
I dislike the whole "earn 3 golden stars" thing .. it's a personal thing but I respect that others are into all that. But, when I'm "told" before each level "don't make a mistake or you will lose a star" - that's irritating. I already knew that, stop repeating it please. A relaxed mode would have been nice ... something without the whole "earn the 3 stars" business. I also disliked that all the hints you earn are gone .. use them or lose them. But most of them seemed to be earned at the completion of the level so I was confused. Also, your total "coins" are not shown unless you go to the shop. And, seriously? 11,000 coins to purchase a hint? That would take 11 levels.
This game isn't for me. I have found, and own, better on the BF site. But, I respect that others may enjoy this type of competitive game play, so for you ...
Happy Gaming!
I recommend this game!

Usually when a regular game such as Sudoku is given another name it has something added to it, something that makes it just a little (or a lot) different from the regular game. Not here, this is just straight Sudoku.
When you play initially, there is a column of numbers to the right of the board game - if you don't turn off "hints" the number you need to put into an open tile is right there. No brain game at all. Turn OFF hints (at the left of the game board) and the numbers on the right are 1 - 6, your choice to place in the open tiles.
You have the advantage of choosing your difficulty as well as how bit or small you want your game board to be.
For Sudoku lovers you will thoroughly enjoy this. For beginners, this is great on the novice level. Maybe, if I go back and make changes that will elevate the difficulty this may be a purchase for me. As of now, it is not.
Happy Gaming!

The only thing this game had going for it was the underwater atmosphere. Otherwise, it was boring as could be. I gave up after several levels when things didn't improve.
There are many better brick breaking games on the BF site. Find them because this is awful. Not a purchase for me and not a recommendation, except for newbies to the genre. And even then, please don't base your opinion on this game for that of others.
I don't recommend this game.

The concept of the game is relatively simple, in theory. You have a game board on which are a variety of colored balls - spaced out everywhere. You must move those colored balls around the board to make matches of at least 3 balls vertically, horizontally and even diagonally. But, leave a path open because if your ball can't get where you need to, oops.
The entire purpose of the game is to get rid of all the blue tiles, as in any other match 3 game. I did not see any bonuses for matches of 4 or more.
My recommendation in game play is to keep the middle of the board as open as possible for easier movement of your balls. Even if you're not destroying tiles, keep that middle of the board open.
This is a game of intense strategy, of which I am not a fan, so this won't be a purchase for me. But, for those who would enjoy it,
Happy Gaming!

Not the usual point and click, that would be way too simple and this game is anything but.
I thought this game would be similar to another game that recently came out where you had to manipulate parts of the picture to make a whole, but, again, it wasn't.
this game is clearly one of a kind. In it's own league. In that the instructions are very unclear. It's not timed BUT there are only a certain number of moves you can make. IMO it was extremely difficult and warranted at least a tutorial for the first level.
Not a purchase for me nor a recommendation unless you are a diehard puzzle fan tired of the same old, same old. In which case,
Happy Puzzling!
I don't recommend this game.

I am actually playing the first version of this game - am on about 75% completed. And what is great about it is wondering what you can build next. Also, the "events" wherein you have to deal with pirates, etc.
The sequel to the magnificent original is lacking in so many ways, I can't even count them all.
Likes:
The graphics are much better, I think. It's the first thing that caught my eye. Some of the bonuses we earn during game play.
Dislikes:
No building. No real storyline. Emperor's son gets lost at sea, ends up on an island (where we all thought things would happen and didn't) and apparently has to struggle to survive - boohoo. No point to the game.
This game professes 100 levels. Of what? For what? Just matching level after level after level with no end in sight? Nothing to be earned and gained by playing? This is definitely not a purchase for me and I cannot recommend this sequel which we all hoped offered so much and let us all down in an equally big way. Developers - why fix what isn't broken??????
I don't recommend this game.

The graphics can be a bit grainy and "older" looking, as in older gaming graphics. The music was suitably relaxing and definitely not annoying.
The game. Wow, wow, wow and wow again. The concept of the game is simple really. Swap the puzzle pieces until you have an entire puzzle put together correctly. Sound easy? NOT - LOL. The pieces are irregular. You may have a small square of a head of a panda but when you swap THAT particular piece with another, it may end up a large, skinny rectangle. And that's the joy and fun and entertainment of this game.
Swap and swap and swap as the puzzle pieces change and try to make a complete picture. You don't get a view of the picture to begin with so that's a challenge. No hint button either. And THAT'S also what makes this so much fun - you are totally on your own.
There are 3 categories - animals, flowers and something else (lol). Sorry, I was focused on the animals. Pandas, camels, and ice sculpture of a swan! Love, love, love this game and going on my wish list TODAY! I recommend this to anyone who loves swap mini games and/or puzzles in general. So much fun for everyone!
Happy Gaming!

For what? To save the world? To be the only one to do it? No one else is following her? No danger involved? Not much of a story. Lalalalala, I think I'll travel the world, using the directions of one orb to lead me to the other and no one else will know of this once in a lifetime find. Uh-huh, sure, let me know how that works out for you.
This is the most disjointed match 3 game I've ever played. First, you match 3 as you normally would. Then, you have to rotate balls of 4 various colors to match 3 or more. BUT, you're not told you can rotate clockwise OR counter-clockwise until the level AFTER you've played it. I figured it out before I was told that little tidbit of info. And once you get in the groove of playing that way, it's rotate but with "free" moves. WHAT? I was in the GROOVE. Then, it's click and place to move your balls to create matches of 3 or more and then, it's back to the rotating again. Very strange and very disjointed.
Then the bonuses which you earn as you put pieces of the orb together. I can't even go on, the game gave me such a headache.
Not a purchase, not a recommendation. I need an aspirin.
I don't recommend this game.
