I don't think I realized how much I enjoyed playing this game until it was over. The game play and video sequences were very well done. The HO scenes were also well done and gives the player a choice between mahjong or HOS. The plot was cohesive and interesting --save souls on a ghost ship while trying to track down a possessed criminal.
The ending was complete while at the same time to be continued for a sequel. However, the player's true identity is only hinted at. I guess I'll just have to play Cursed Island and find out...
The characters were all delightful, but some HO scenes were too dark. Items were often hidden in shadows. Even so, this game is easy and seems to be geared towards kids. However, Snow White is dressed in black leather and carries a whip, but she's subtle enough to slip by.
This game seems long enough. The hint system works well. The characters were cute and interesting, but their actions and reactions seemed minimal. The game play itself just didn't grab me. I seem to be in the minority on this one, so most definitely try the demo for yourself.
Crooked man has the bling you expect from Blue Tea. The story starts with your sister being kidnapped by the Crooked Man and his cat. It is up to you to save her and all the other girls he's taken.
Just like the Dark Parable series, this game is mostly mini-games scattered with fragmented HOGs. A fairly quick skip button on the mini-games...not too challenging, but not too easy either. I'm usually not into FROGs, but they were fairly easy so I found them to be enjoyable.
What really makes Blue Tea games stand out from others, though, is the bling. (Even though this game seemed a little bit toned down on bling compared to some of the other Blue Tea games). Though not as good as some of the Dark Parables, this game still falls along the same lines. If you enjoyed the Dark Parable series, then you will enjoy this game. Red Riding Hood Sisters is one of my favorites.
I usually only try to play good games, but this one exceeds most of the others. The story is ...involved...creepy...creative. The ending is superb. I was grateful that the hint system pointed me in the right direction because there are a lot of scenes in this game. I skipped several mini-games, but the HOGs were all interesting and fun. The story and adventure came together perfectly. And the ending...wow. This game is a must play and definitely worth five stars.
I wont go into detail because it's already been done before, so I'll just say that the storyline was involved. The visuals were awesome. The experience was an adventure.
This is one of the best games I've played in a long time. I agree with the other reviewers in saying: Well done! I loved it!
...especially since I'm not into carnival themes. The final chapter made this game feel like a collector's edition. The map wasn't very useful but the hint system more than made up for it and made the game easy enough to be fun.. The story was involved, the artwork original. The devs did a great job capturing the "eerie" carnival feel, and the little monkey and characters gave the game personality. I'm glad I purchased this game and plan on playing it again later on down the line.
I too have been waiting for #7 to come out. The graphics are the best yet, colorful, and the game play is smooth, but what I like best is that you don't have to fill in every space. Once a puzzle is finished, it's finished.
I've only played the demo, but I'll definitely be buying this game come Monday. Great job devs! You did it again! even better! Beginners and experienced players both will enjoy this picross game.
It had me snickering all the way through, and the time just flew by. The humor may be inappropriate at times for the youngsters, but that's up to parents to decide. I loved it.
The only downside I could think of is that it could have been a little longer. Otherwise, this is purely an adventure game with an interesting and unique cast of characters. It took a bit for me to realize that Moxxie was actually a girl!
I recommend this game!

The Secrets of Arcelia Island
Unravel The Secrets of Arcelia Island as you, your father, and a small crew set off on this dangerous expedition!
It turely is, and it's not bad at all for an older game. It kept my attention. So many games are the same old search a room, place an object, a mini-game or HOS once in awhile, and a lot of back tracking. This one kept my attention. It was an enjoyable story and an enjoyable game. It gets better and better as it progresses. See for yourself. If you like a good story, then I highly recommend this game
I love TM games, but not the ones that make my heart race too much. This one was perfect for me. It may be too easy for some, but you can make it as difficult as you like, depending on what you choose to upgrade with. It took me a bit to get used to the scrolling screen in the later levels. But If this game was a little bit longer, I would have given it five stars.
