The storyline for Snowbird's Creek was good. Lots of greedy people after the gold.. treachery, betrayal etc. also who is the villain as there are lots of suspects.
However, you really need to be a mechanic for this one as there are loads and loads of tools to find, machines to fix, compressors, lifts, welding and so on. I got bored really because I am not mechanically minded atall.
There is also and enormous amount of to-ing and fro-ing and frankly without the hint button I got lost many times. Very fuzzy graphics.
Did not finish it despite having bought it in a sale.

MadHead are truly the best in taking us to another level and making everything so different. Their storyline, graphics, characters, voices and especially music are fantastic !!
Personally I could do without monsters but everything seems so believable and you feel truly in the story. There is a sense of urgency about it all which is thrilling.
Wierdly, altho some of the puzzles we have seen before ( you cant have new stuff all the time!) the way they are done here makes them seem completely different.
I must urge you all to try and buy this one.

Some things are irritating - like it is VespasiAn not VespasiOn and this should have been corrected. Also Pandora's Box comes from Greek mythology and has nothing to do with Roman history - but having said that I suppose it makes a good story and at least the two brothers were indeed real characters in history.
Game play is good albeit a little the same as most MOTW games. Few puzzles but they are good. Innovative collecting and I like the locations. I am only at Chapter 3 but good all round.
Also big round of applause for NO cloaked evil guys with red eyes, no helpers and monsters.... so far !!

This is truly terrible. What on earth has happened to the Mystery Tracker series which was so brilliant ?
The storyline is atrocious with yet more monsters in long cassocks and red eyes. The logic is non existant and voices are seriously awful and the gameplay same old same old . The characters move in an old fashioned cartoon way and even Elf seems to have been on a starvation diet and looks seriously ill...
I did not even finish the demo and I have all the other MT games. IMHO either bin this series or put alot more effort into it.

This game is brilliant.!! 5 star PLUS..
Great story, graphics beautiful and crisp, puzzles are great and different. Above all, the voices are superb with gravitas and feeling and appropriate for the story. The music is fantastic and frankly I do not want it to end so I am limiting my time playing.
The first Grim Tales was totally great but the second one was a little too simplistic for my liking but WOW this one takes the biscuit !!
Do not hesitate with this one. Well done to devs.

Yes, welcome back !! this game is back to the original Parable games and this is a good thing ! the last couple of outings were not nearly so interesting so well done for listening to us punters and giving us what we want.
Great FROGs which I personally like as a change from HOPs loads to do, good story, collectibles which were really quite difficult to spot, great graphics etc. My only quibble is with the voices - but then hardly any of the games have good voices...
So try it out and enjoy..

This is a great game. It has a lovely story and the gameplay is entertaining. The voices are a bit feeble but who cares? when the rest is so good. It is, I suppose a little slow in parts, definitely not an action game and thankfully no wicked monsters, helpers or 19th century action. Loads to collect and the puzzles are great too. Several interactive puzzles and so far not that many HOPs. So all in all a thoroughly good entertaining game.
I recommend this game!

TBH I could not really follow what on earth was going on in this storyline but - heyho - it does not reallly matter as the gameplay was very good with lots to do and collect etc. Maybe I was not trying that hard.
Certainly value for money as it seems neverending ! in a good way, as I seem to have been playing for ages and have not progressed very far as you go sideways into another storyline and you flitter around like a butterfly... and then come out again, where you have forgotten what is going on.. I am not senile btw !!

this is a cracker of a game - nothing too challenging but just good fun. Fantastic puzzles - all of them pretty new to me and I am enjoying myself.... check it out..
I recommend this game!

I really enjoyed this game. The graphics were excellent and the gameplay was very good. Lots of collectibles and morphing objects which were quite hard to find which I like. The collectibles were refreshingly appropriate to the subject story which makes a change. It is not good to have to find a camera for example in a pirate story !
The series needed to end but it has been done really well and an enjoyable game all round.
