If you are a fan of the Awakening series your gonna like this game, if you haven't played any games in this series I still think your gonna like this game. Queen Sophia has returned to Sunhook Spire to rescue the Enchantress. She has tried desperately to find a way to reverse the curse that has made her parents fall into a spiritless sleep. The colors are beautiful and the graphics are clear and crisp with magical flair. Your friend the wise owl has returned to assist you with directions as well as hints and that cute baby dragon is your faithful companion. Throughout the game you will be able to add magical powers like wind to your dragon to make him more powerful. The HOS are interactive and I loved the one where you had to find items in a pond as a turtle swims around and when you click on the water itself it reacts just like real water! This game however is all about the puzzles, every scene has plenty of things to do and the puzzles are fun and unique. The first puzzle set the pace for this game and I was hooked, you must exchange different goblin statues that are holding tools to match the hints as shown above but that's all you get are vague hints. Another puzzle I enjoyed was the pattern disks where you had to figure out the pattern with limited clues and missing clues in order to finish the pattern. So whether you are a fan of the Awakening series or not, I still think you will enjoy this game.

First of all I want to point out that the daughter of a police detective has a vivid dream about her fathers death, and it turns out to be true. Dad was wearing a protective amulet that was returned to his daughter after his death, she cries on it and it put's her smack dab into the past with a murderer! Her dad shows up to investigate the murder and the daughter explains that he is going to die and she shows him the amulet and he says "The stories are true it does protect our family" What? he was wearing it he dies, she was wearing it she gets trapped with a murderer! Now lets move on, Dad decides to leave her in the house alone with the uncaught murderer while he goes back to the station for backup! I'm thinking Father of the Year award! Anyway this is still a pretty good story and I always have to give a thumbs up to developers who think outside the box, in this case it's with the HOS. I liked the fact that in the left side of the HOS items list you will see some silhouetted items and after you find those items you use those items in the scene such as you find the silhouetted scissors then use those scissors to cut a ribbon on a package. There are a ton of mini games because of all the locks around the house that the owner had installed to keep her blood ruby safe. They are really fun puzzles and not too difficult. I was hoping to see achievements or collectables, anything to make this CE a little more worthwhile, otherwise I would have given it 5 stars, enjoy!

Very boring game of which you visit the same rooms over and over and some of the hidden items are the same one's you just found. The items are extremely small leaving you to guess and click. The storyline is lost because there is so much stuff to do in between scenes.
I don't recommend this game.

What more could we ask for? We have returned from a wedding party only to find our magical dove has been stolen and soon learn that the Kings magical dove has been stolen as well! What is this magical Kingdom coming too? Chaos is everywhere and the people of the Kingdom have been turned to stone and you will need to collect the tiny figures along the way. But wait, you don't have to travel this journey alone, of course you will have a Fairy (with the name you choose# to help you but you're going to need lot's of fairy dust so keep your eyes open. There is also a wee little elf #also to be named) to give you hints should you need them. The game has a customized game difficulty for you to choose sparkles or how long before skipping and you will earn achievements such as not using the hint for help finding an item in the hidden object scenes. The HOS are far and few between and mostly progressive finds where you find one item to be used in the scene like a candle goes into the holder and you find matches to light the candle in order to uncover the next item. So if you like beautiful, vibrant colors in a magical fantasy themed setting then give this game a try, everything about this game is professionally done, enjoy!

I love jigsaw puzzles, I do so many puzzles that I started to preserve them and hang them up, until I ran out of room. That's why people like myself need to make the switch to virtual or computer jigsaws, and the beauty of this game is that you don't have to flip over a million pieces, you don't have to take up table space and this game has an art gallery where I can view my puzzles anytime I want. A cooler concept would be to use my puzzles as screen savers that still look like puzzles not photos. There are good categories such as landscapes or animals, and I did like the fact that you could zoom in and out as well as click and drag the entire puzzle around which gives it a 3D vibe. What I didn't like was the lack of options such as showing only border pieces but maybe I just didn't look hard enough. Enjoy!

Minding my own business in the bookstore when a young lady with an emblem matching the book I was looking at, came strolling in and the next thing I know the two of us are sucked into the witch's portal! Now the witch has her new body and she informs me she is taking the amulets from the book and my only way home, and she's hiding them in different portal worlds. Man I'm having a bad day Now I must travel through portals guarded by the witch's monsters, and the bag of bones gatekeeper needs to be supplied with bling before I can enter! This game is all about the puzzles, there are a ton of em like finding and inserting voodoo needles into a voodoo doll to allow the green slime to travel from needle point to needle point and to the finish with a limited amount of needles. The HOS are a mixture of very interactive list finds and find 12 of a certain item such as piano keys or torn picture fragments. My favorite mini game was a bed of rosebuds with a squared grid around each individual bush, some with one bud others might have 2 or three. The object was to put fertilizer in the lines around the roses to make each bud bloom so if a bush had 3 buds then 3 lines needed fertilizer and the fourth empty, but, the fertilizer is in limited quantity so it has to be precise. Here is a tip: you can scoop up the existing fertilizer in any line you don't have to reset the whole puzzle if you make a mistake. I think this SE is the better buy than CE it is a quality game with quality graphics and cut scenes. Enjoy!

I must admit the first time I played this it seemed stupid, but something kept telling me to give it another try. As I made myself more familiar with the game I began to want more, more monsters, more elusive diamonds, more goals! You must first find out what the goals are for that level, remove a small tree or play a memory game in the castle etc. Things take time, time to bake time to breed, time to hatch a new monster and you will want to come back often to collect money or check up on these not so scary monsters. The more monsters you have the cooler the music which is also strangely addicting and more of a hum with a cool drum tempo. try it, enjoy!

You start out with 100k and wager 1c,5c,10c,25c,50c or 1$ and why not max bet, go big or go home right? (technically you probably are home) Aztec Temple has stone heads and masks and claims there are 243 ways to bet with a top payout award of 2,500. Double Diamonds is the typical bars and cherries slots with a max of 20 lines and top payout award of 10,000. Lucky Lines is a shamrock themed 7's and seems to be the loosest slot with max 20 lines and top payout award of 30,000. Stonehenge is a wild animal themed slot that actually had the best graphics with a max 40 lines and a top payout award of 250. I wish there were video poker and keno options which are more fun. Enjoy!

As a hidden object/adventure game lover I formed an opinion before even playing this game because as each game gets better and better my expectations get higher and higher. This game does indeed have poor graphics but the story is good and I was genuinely entertained. The poor graphics actually worked to an advantage because some items could be well hidden. The HOS are only slightly interactive where you click on a purse for example to open it, there are list finds and fragmented item finds where you find several pieces of one item, and silhouetted finds where you have to match the items to the shadowed item. Puzzles were good, most requiring you to figure out a riddle for instructions or search for clues or patterns. I personally became irritated with the music especially during HOS because it seemed to get louder and the tone changed to a squeaky out of tune mess. I really hope you will give this game a chance before forming an opinion, you might like it, enjoy!

This story starts out with a young wizardess who hates cleaning toilets so she tries to make a toilet cleaning potion, really? The potion fails, and sucks her into a portal and into a floating island of which Gnomes are fighting with imps over their own potions so the young wizard agrees to help them in exchange for helping her get back home to clean toilets. You need to build wells to produce potion bottles of a specific color as well as flower gardens to produce the same colored flower. You need to mix the potion of 3 flowers and 3 potions by clicking on the ingredient and then the cauldron and collecting the colored gems that are produced as well. You can hire extra gnome workers and cast spells and you must collect the ingredients before the slow moving Imps get to it first, but there's also a spell of sludge to slow them down and a spell to speed up the gnomes. I really thought that you would have to mix primary colors in order to get orange potions or purple but apparently that isn't the case. I found the game a bit boring but I really think kids will like this game, enjoy!
