Well our museum curator is in trouble again! A small village in the Caribbean has been under a Davy Jones curse and it's people have turned into fish like creatures. As the pirate era was nearing a close, a group of pirates turned in their pirating ways and took up fishing to earn an honest living. All was well until the booty ran dry and the fishermen became bored. Mayor Murray kidnapped a Siren Mermaid to use her powers at first for simple things such as having fish swim into the nets but greed engulfed him and made him evil. Now Kingsmouth villagers have turned into fish people and work for the Mayor as praetorians, but one of them have fallen in love with Calliope the Siren and has asked for your help in saving the mermaid and restoring the cursed citizens! Hard to believe they could top the first Nightmares, but this game is really good. I do however like the CE because of the morphs and tons of different collectables such as golden octopi. The HOS are a mixture of interactive list finds and progressive finds where you find an item that matches the shadow box silhouette and place that item into the scene such as a diamond is found and placed on a tiara which makes the statue open her mouth to expose clock hands which you in turn use the clock hands on the clock to reveal next item. The mini games are well done and some of them are a series of puzzles where you guide tokens along a path or paths until all tokens are in the correct spot to reveal a complete picture, and the next level opens up and token picture pieces need to be swapped until they are in correct place and a third puzzle appears and the picture pieces are pie shaped and switch with each other to form a complete picture. You will find fish tokens throughout the game and once again you will meet a strange dwarf that will tell you the legend of Davy Jones a little at a time as you place the tokens on the chest. Stunning visual cut scenes and nautical themed graphics wrapped up in a fantasy legend come true story, what's not to love? Enjoy!

I must admit I was really excited when I saw this game available, it seems like it's been forever since a quality, new CE has been released. However...this isn't what I had in mind! Something about this game left me feeling mundane. The story was somewhat confusing, not enough information is given in the beginning. I'm a passer by when I enter a bookstore to see the famous book of spells of which I know nothing about. A woman enters the bookstore wearing an amulet exactly like the one on the spellbook, gets sucked into the book, somehow I get sucked in as well, a witch grabs the woman an tells me so sad, too bad, I'm taking the book's amulets you'll never see your world again. Then I shrug my shoulders and casually walk off to search for the amulets. The fact that there are monsters and hideous witches, talking skeletons, fire and brimstone don't effect me in the slightest. I walk outside the witches house to find a blind boy who was missing his dog and cane and can't leave the bench he is sitting on. I rescue his dog and reunite the two and even though he said he was lonely now that the witch abandoned him I abandon him as well! Enough about the story flaws, onto the meat of the game. The HOS are mundane as well, they just aren't that fun. Some are interactive list finds with your typical find 1/2 of one item such as the sun and place it on the matching 1/2. Others are find 12 piano keys or torn up pieces of a picture. I didn't have any problem with the mini games, nothing new, but they were fun and not too difficult such as sticking pins into a voodoo doll which would light up a path and you had to choose the correct spots so that the path was lit from start to finish before running out of pins. There are achievements (not a lot) and 15 collectable potions to find. The inventory bar was at the top of the screen instead of the bottom which slightly annoyed me and the music really annoyed me. Usually the music and sound effects don't bother me at all but I found this music to be overbearing and I had to turn it down shortly after beginning the game. This isn't a bad game, it's definitely worth playing, I personally didn't experience any WOW factors.

I really liked this game, nice and relaxing with nobody saying "I'm on it" every 5 seconds. However, I got to the second level and no matter what I clicked on I couldn't gather food. The graphics are really good and I was having fun playing, I just wish there was a hint button or a more detailed tutorial. I usually don't have any problems playing this type of game but I am getting older so you might have better luck, enjoy!

There are 4 slots to choose from: Bombay-an Indian themed game with 100 lines available Lotus Flower-a pond themed game with 20 lines available Lucky Lines- a shamrock 7's themed game 20 lines available Treasure Troy-Knight themed game 40 lines available
You can play the penny slots, nickel slots, dime slots or a dollar slot. Bombay surprised me with 100 lines to bet you would think it would be impossible to not win but that wasn't the case, and I did eventually win 25k on max bet. It also has jewelry boxes that give you a bonus and a multiplier. Lucky lines wins small every time, Lotus Flowers was boring and had quacking ducks. Treasure Troy was okay. Bottom line is you can't lose, if you run out of coins (points) the bank will automatically give you 5000 coins, I tried to go broke to see what would happen and it just keeps giving me more money. soo.....go for the dollar option and max bet, you know you can't do this at a real casino so now's your chance, enjoy!
What would adventure be, without the element of uncertainty? Play as Jennifer as she explores the ruins of the Maya civilization in search of her father.

How many times are we going to dust this game off and present it as new? The objects are extremely small so you have to use the zoom in feature and even then most of it's guessing. There are mini games in between that are utterly stupid and the cursor has to be spot on in order to work! I always try to keep an open mind while playing games but my mind couldn't handle this game!

What a fun game! The first thing you will need to do is determine where to place the crossbows, cannons and various other weapons to defend your castle from the enemy fleet. The entrance is marked with an arrow and the ships will follow the path (in dark blue) and as they intertwine around your weapons they will shoot and as they hit the enemy ship you gain points and the ship looses power until they sink. As you earn more points you will use these points to upgrade the range of fire. You can also choose to build mines that will produce gold desperately needed to buy and upgrade your defense. Spells such as meteoroid showers can be accessed to reign fire balls over the enemy. You will be given the chance to shop with your earned powder kegs after each 5 round battle to increase range of weapons, strength of power or even to reduce cost of the weapons. Go ahead and try this game whether male or female you will become addicted to this game quickly and anticipate your next wave of battle, enjoy!

Your Grandpa founded a Resort called Aurora Peak, a beautiful place to share with the world. After his passing you and your brother have intentions of restoring Aurora Peak but strange glowing crystals are everywhere and the animals and plants have mutated, they have transformed into beautiful glowing cross species. Your brother Alan has sent for you a geologist now, and when you arrive you discover his helicopter has crashed and a man in a hazmat suit has dragged him away and placed him in a cage! If you love colorful crisp graphics you will go bonkers over this game because the flora and fauna are stunningly beautiful, with changing colors and trees that actually breathe. The hidden object scenes are varied between interactive list finds, putting existing inventory items back where they belong and finding the item that matches the silhouetted shape. I liked the mini games as well, especially the one where you had to click different vines surrounding a baby bear cub to release him to get to mama bear but some paths are blocked by stone and vines. I think you will agree this is a great SE and a game well worth the purchase, enjoy!

Granted this mechanical wonderland is not for everyone. The biggest problem with this game is that there isn't enough to do in each scene and it does get dull. This is a FROG type game that you have to assemble fragmented objects together by finding the broken pieces in a hidden object scene. There are only 11 collectable steambugs and you will find most of them in the demo. All the characters seem to have lousy fake accents but at least the expressions and lip movements match well. Mini games are the same ole same ole, swap tiles or find the objects within the dollhouse and put in the dollhouse room it belongs. I don't think this game is worthy of a CE and I personally wouldn't buy it but it wasn't that bad for a free demo.

Fantasy becomes reality when a young woman goes back to her childhood home and with the help of a friendly gnome, enters a portal to Neverland I mean Nearwood! She learns that after her mothers death her father became so distraught that he tried to turn back time but the clock broke and allowed evil to enter the peaceful world of Nearwood. The fantasy themed graphics are crisp and colorful and the video cutscenes are lengthy but does a wonderful job of telling the story. You will collect Snoop See critters in each scene, these are cute fuzzy slugs (best I can describe) and for every 3 Snoop See's you find, you will unlock another page that tells a story about the Snoop See family. The hidden object scenes are find 12 snails and turtles, or find the item that matches the silhouetted shape. There are quality mini games but nothing new, the one I enjoyed the most was creating a path from top to bottom for water and fire to flow by switching tiles with different angles each intermingling with some stationary tiles as well. The only complaint I have is with the map because every area has something waiting to be done the map shows all locations with active areas even if you don't have the inventory item to complete. All in all this is one of the good games, enjoy!

Okay, this wasn't the best game I have ever played, but what's not to like about blowing stuff up? Someone has a good sense of humor to come up with this game. First you select your team by choosing what country you want to be. Upgrades are available as you earn stars to get headgear etc. You place mines strategically on the playing field, to keep the opposing team from making a goal as well as helping your teammates score a goal. Personally I didn't care about making points I just loved seeing everybody blow up all over the field! As you progress you earn other tools like shields to protect your players or speed up a specific player. The graphics aren't anything to write home about but it doesn't really matter just have some fun with it. Enjoy!
