Dark Dimensions have returned in the form of deadly vines, that are taking over the Oldforester National Park. Your colleagues and personal friends, Linda and Carter Cole have asked for help, investigating this strange phenomenon. The investigation turns deadly, in the blink of an eye, when the entire group becomes entangled by the vines, seemingly capable of conscious thought, and certainly capable of revenge. Where did these vines come from, and why are they seeking revenge? (why are they so purple is the real question)
In my opinion, Dark Dimensions have only had two epic games in the series, City of Fog and Wax Beauty. Vengeful Beauty is certainly better than the last game offered, Blade Master, but the storyline isn't great, and the graphics are too purple to take seriously. Dark Dimensions should be about Dark entities, not purple entities, and certainly not about killer purple vines. If I were to create a Dark Dimension game, I wouldn't reveal the "monster" during the demo at all. Wouldn't this game be creepier if people were disappearing right and left, but you never saw it coming, you never knew what entity was taking your friends?
The Hidden Object Scenes are plentiful in this demo, which is a brave move, because there are a ton of people who love HOPA games for the mini games and the adventure, but are no longer impressed with the HO's. The reason for this is simple, the Hidden Object Scenes aren't what they used to be. They used to be filled with objects that were challenging to find because the objects were blended into the scenery in disguise, nowadays, they are just junk piles of objects piled on top of one another, not hidden in the least bit. Most of these HOP's are Interactive list finds that open up after 5 objects of 2 different kinds are found. There are also Keywords in sentence finds and Interactive Silhouetted Shape finds available, as well as an alternate Match 3 game, available in the CE version.
.
The Mini Games are decent and offer a fair amount of challenge with most. Below are brief descriptions of some of the games you'll encounter during the demo:
1) Click on skulls to light all of them, in a three part game. Clicking on one skull may affect others.
2) Recreate the sound wave pattern shown on the clue by adjusting 4 different buttons.
3) drag a bullet through a path without touching the edges.
4) Connect all portraits by clicking on all portraits with a single line.
5) Remove vines in a specific order.
6) Arrange the stones so they match the the runes shown on the slots underneath them.
7) Drag each item in the center to one of the stones to complete the images.
AVAILABLE DARK DIMENSION GAMES:
City of Fog (CE 11/11)
Wax Beauty (CE 4/12)
City of Ash (CE 6/13)
Somber Song (CE 3/14)
Homecoming (CE 2/15)
Shadow Pirouette (CE 10/15)
Blade Master (CE 6/16)
This Collector's Edition has Morphing Puzzle Pieces to assemble 4 different Puzzles, 15 Collectibles to assemble 3 Devices to research the DD flora, 24 Developer Diary pictures, 10 Concept Art pictures, 11 Wallpapers, 25 Achievements to earn, 4 Music Soundtracks, a built in Strategy Guide and a Bonus Chapter, enjoy!
I recommend this game!

I'm going to be honest, I didn't finish the demo, I only played about 4 or 5 levels, so perhaps the game gets more exciting as you progress. The graphics are horrible, every item is squarish looking with little to no detail, and it's not very colorful at that.
There's not much to tell here, this is a very simple Hidden Object search and find game. The "scenes" are open faced levels of an apartment complex, and you will need to scroll up and down the apartment levels to find one object at a time. This part was annoying for me personally, because for whatever reason, my Magic Mouse 2 wasn't able to handle the job. Perhaps it was a game glitch, but I had difficulty scrolling, and the scene would stick between floors, making it difficult to receive a perfect 3 star achievement because of the time restrictions. (not even sure if this game offers a relaxed untimed feature)
The items to find are given to you one at a time, so you can't multitask by scanning each floor for several items, you just have to search the floors until you find that one object, lather, rinse, repeat. Some of the items shown seem to have several matches, but you have to pay attention to the details. When I say details, I mean bare minimum details, a handle on the left instead of the right etc. As you progress, you will need to open doors to apartments as well as some cabinets eventually.
If you don't mind the fact that this is a timed game, and you don't care about detailed, colorful games, you might enjoy the change of pace. But for me, it has no appeal, and I have no desire to complete the demo, let alone purchase the game, even with a freebie coupon!
I don't recommend this game.

Rachel and Fiona had just left the store when a speeding truck appeared out of nowhere, sideswiping young Fiona. Rachel rushes to her sister's side, only to find that she's not ALONE IN THE MIST, when a stranger appears, and then disappears with her baby sister! Rachel wanted to scream for help, but another man appeared out of nowhere, she froze, paralyzed with fear. Help is THE NOISE SHE COULDN'T MAKE, but the man assures her that he is here to help save Fiona. Rachel is told that her sister has been taken from REEL LIFE, by one of the three spirits of fate during a GAME OF GODS. To save Fiona, Rachel will have to pluck the STRINGS OF FATE, and leave the comforts of THE SOARING CITY behind, to discover the MYSTERY OF ANOTHER WORLD. Fiona has been taken to THE PANTHEON of the land of the forgotten where it doesn't take a VIRTUAL DETECTIVE to figure out this LOST TALE. Rachel only has one shot to save her sister before both sisters lose their memories in the land of forgotten. Just one chance, because you cannot RETURN TO ANOTHER WORLD that you don't even remember!
I'm sure this game will receive many 5 star ratings, but for me, the storyline wasn't interesting enough to merit 5 stars. Not only is the plot similar to many other games, it's also already been done in this series, in Game of Gods. As I was playing the demo, I found myself distracted a few times, looking outside the window, at the birds and horses, which is a good indication that the storyline can't immerse you wholeheartedly. It's a good game, but not epic, but that's my personal taste and you may very well love it. As far as Collector's Editions go, this one doesn't offer much, the usual Hidden Flowers (usually one red, one white in each scene) and 12 Morphing Characters.
The Hidden Object Scenes are varied with Listed Item Finds, Silhouetted Shape finds and Multiples of a single item find. Some HOP's have a small Mini Game to solve, and some of the Mini Games are more like a HOP.
The Mini Games vary in difficulty, but nothing really challenging. Below are brief descriptions of some of the games you'll encounter during the demo:
1) Drag items to the correct place in the scene during a short story.
2) Select a numbered path, 1-3 (scan over with mouse to see the projected path route) and click at the right time to avoid being caught by the guards.
3) Disable the infra red cameras in the correct order.
4) Connect the dots to recreate the picture shown on the instructions.
5) Arrange the figurines on the shelves so that no matching one shares the same row or column, either horizontally, vertically or diagonally.
6) Combine the stone halves in the center circle in the order shown on the clue. The top button rotates pairs the bottom button moves the pieces to the center circle.
Surface Games Available:
Alone in the Mist (CE 6-4-15)
Game of Gods (CE 11-20-14)
Lost Tales (CE 6-16-16)
Mystery of Another World (CE 2-2-12)

When Chimeras released their first game of the series, Tune of Revenge, it was an epic game that had an original storyline, and fantastic graphics. The proof is in the BF pudding, and it received rave reviews, averaging 4.7 Stars out of 5! Since then, Chimeras games have been average games with average ratings, The Signs of Prophecy 3.9, Cursed and Forgotten 3.8, Mortal Medicine 3.9. They are likeable games, but not epic games like Tune of Revenge, there's nothing about this game that sets it apart from the others, an easily forgettable game. One thing I've noticed with this series is that the graphics aren't as good as they were in the first and second episodes, but the biggest mistake this series has made, is with the Chimeras themselves. Actually it's with the lack of the Chimeras, Mortal Medicine only mentioned the Chimeras in the entire demo, and Mark of Death is centered around Chimeras Markers! Who cares about a token of death when a flying 3 headed beast could get the job done better, a much more interesting plot don't you think?
Twelve years ago, Thomas was found guilty of murdering two Royal Guards when he stole a Royal Relic. Thomas was executed, and his wife died shortly afterwards after giving birth to their baby. Now, the people involved in the case, are receiving the Chimera Mark of Death token, and one by one are meeting their demise. You're services are requested to solve this suspicious case after the Prosecutor of the case, Victor, received the Marker and perished shortly afterward. Now the Judge is about to be Judged, when he too receives a Marker, can you find the person responsible in time?
The Hidden Object Scenes aren't really that impressive, but they are varied with Interactive List finds, Uncovering Pairs of items, and i new type that was the most interesting of all of them, Filling in the Blanks by finding objects that fit into the sentence logically.
The Mini Games are plentiful, and easily solved on the first attempt. Below are brief descriptions of some of the games you'll encounter during the demo:
1) Use up and down arrows to bend a hairpin to push pins to the red line.
2) Match pulse points dots.
3) Repeat the sequence demonstrated.
4) Untie knots by sliding to end of the rope in correct order.
5) Rotate cylinder segments to create a pattern.
6) Rotate and drag bells along a track to their color coded slots.
7) Rotate disk rings to complete the picture.
8) Swap tiles to create color coded lines that don't cross each other.
9) Swap vertical picture tiles.
10) Shoot 5 targets when the marker is in green zone.
11) Move blocks to clear a path for the gold key block.
12) Flip over two dowels at a time to match identical numbers.
The Collector's Edition has 26 Morphing Objects, 12 Collectible Magic Cards, 48 Hidden Jigsaw Puzzle Pieces to assemble 4 twelve piece Screensavers, 8 Wallpapers 12 Concept Art pictures, 5 Music Soundtracks, a Secret Room, 21 Achievements to earn, a built in Strategy Guide and a Bonus Chapter. Try Tune of Revenge instead!

This is one of the most boring games I've played, in fact it ranks right beside Reflections of Life: Hearts Taken, as far as boring goes. I started to play the demo on May 27 and it just didn't thrill me, so I decided to play it a little later that day, just in case I was simply distracted. I kept putting it off because there was no incentive, no motivation. Well, here we are, June 1st, and I had to force myself to complete the demo, and I was and am still bored with this game.
Apparently I am a Shield Maiden for the Princess. I'm pretty sure this is a job no one wants, after all, a Shield Maiden basically takes a bullet for the Princess so she doesn't break a nail. Now we're not talking about a normal battle with other shield maidens (and arrow maidens I suppose) we're talking about protecting the Princess from a very angry, fire breathing dragon! There's no telling how many Shield Maidens have come before me, and by the end of the game, I'm not sure if either me or the Princess make it out alive.
At one point, I think I actually died, all I know is after doing my shielding thing, I woke up in a boat with some strange old man who told me that 3 companions would be joining me on my quest. Quest! What Quest? The Princess is nowhere in sight, this is my chance to get out of Dodge, or at least away from the creepy old man! Now I'm told that I have to actually Uber these 3 companions, and I'll bet you anything, not a single one will chip in for boat gas! First I travel to the woods to fetch the Huntress. Wouldn't ya know it, I have to save the "huntress" from an angry pig, her resume isn't looking too good from my point of view, just saying. Next I'm off to see the Seer, and I've seen enough already! This dude has a few loose nuts and bolts because he has strapped a pair of giant antlers onto his back! Incredible he tells ME to prove myself worthy, I'm going to just let it go at that and agree that we don't "see" eye to eye. Finally I Uber my little boat over to the Skald. Turns out a Skald is a musician with a really bad attitude. Let's see now, I have a Huntress who can't hunt, a Seer who doesn't see straight, and a Skald, someone has a vivid imagination and it ain't the dragon! By now, I'm seriously considering defecting to the Dragons Team, so thankfully, the demo has ended.......but the Saga continues......
Usually I prefer the Collector's Edition versions because I like finding all the extra's, but the 37 Collectible Yggdrasil Tiles thrilled me about as much as the demo did, zilch! Probably because I don't like collecting things I can't pronounce. Apparently there are 8 collectible Characters, I didn't bother looking for them because I was too busy keeping an eye on that Seer fellow, I don't trust him.
The Hidden Object Scenes were okay, but nothing thrilling. Most of the HOP's are in the form of finding Keywords, two of which involved a map, another was divided into 3 rooms. I did like the Interactive List find HOP on a Stained Glass Window that required you to strum 3 different strings to switch sections of the stained glass.
The Mini Games were decent enough, and definitely the best part of the entire game. Below are brief descriptions of some of the games you'll encounter during the long, boring demo:
1) Recall the dragons attack pattern then press arrows to shield the blows.
2) Use different lengths of vines to repair a net.
3) Plan a strategy by choosing the logical item in equations.
4) Swap tokens along the connecting lines until each is next to its corresponding symbol.
5) Press arrows to align the outlines inside the crystal with the red lines in the rock.
6) Hang the crystals on the correct hooks so their shadow fills the outline on the wall.
7) Swap tiles so that the numbers on the equals the number of end points.
8) Drag the lines so that one of each symbol is contained within each of the 4 shield segments.
9) Pluck the strings in the correct order referencing the length of the snakes.
10) Connect pairs of the same symbols with lines that don't intersect.
11) Swap the arrows.
This Collector's Edition has 4 Concept Art pictures, 8 Wallpapers, a Book of Origins Journal, 8 Collectible Characters, 37 Collectible Yggdrasil Tiles, 14 Movie Videos, 6 Music Soundtracks, 15 replayable Mini Games, 11 replayable Hidden Object Scenes, a built in Strategy Guide and a Bonus Chapter.
I don't recommend this game.

Today's forecast calls for sunny skies, unless you're name is Dorothy! Poor girl, she doesn't even have time to drink her morning cup of coffee, before a violent tornado rips through her house! The good news is that Toto is fine, the bad news is that the house is no longer a home, the really bad news is, I don't think Dorothy is in Kansas anymore! Yep, you guessed it, her house has a new address, in the land of Oz. (I would like to point out that in the original movie, Toto is a Cairn Terrier not a Scottish Terrier, everyone gets that fact just as wrong as the saying, Toto I don't think we're in Kansas anymore)
Bridge To Another World has done it again! Dark Parables isn't the only game that knows how to put a twist on a classic fairytale! Escape from Oz however, isn't nearly as good as the last game in the series, Alice in Shadowland, because this game is too cliche, and it makes the plot seem more like a sarcastic comedy. I also found the graphics to be far more inferior from Alice in Shadowland. Instead of the wicked witches of the north, south, east and west, the land of Oz is protected by the wizards of the same origins. The problem is, that three of the wizards are missing (did anyone look under Dorothy's house?) and the last remaining wizard has agreed to send Dorothy home, but only after she finds three statues and returns the to the wizard in the Emerald city. The even bigger problem is, Dorothy isn't the only one searching for the statues.
You get two helpers to assist you in your journey down the yellow planked bridge, good ole Toto, and Frank. Toto is cute, and doesn't appear to be annoying, Frank, only communicates with Dorothy via a set of video walkie talkies (bluetooth must be fantastic in the land of Oz!) As far as Collector's Editions go, this one is a bit stingy with the "extras" Each scene has 2 Scotty Coins to collect. When I say collect, that's exactly what I mean, because they aren't hidden, they are quite the opposite, more like, in your face visible. You can use these collected coins to buy virtual toys for Toto, as well as hats to dress him up. This is a feature I just don't get, I just don't see the appeal of buying fake toys to give to a fake dog in a fake room, from a house that's not even habitable anymore! And the hats? Why do I want to humiliate my poor virtual Toto? Besides the Walkie-talkie Frank feature, you will also have a pair of magical Goggles that can reveal details about various events, after you play a game of Spot the Difference, of course.
The Hidden Object Scenes are varied each time, with Interactive List finds, Multiple of the same item finds, and Placing items back into the scene. I actually enjoyed the HOP where you are tasked with finding 20 pumpkin seeds by interacting with bits and pieces of the scene.
The Mini Games are pretty easy but fairly entertaining. Below are brief descriptions of some of the games you'll encounter during the demo:
1) Slide tiles to create an opening to allow a frazzled Toto to free himself.
2) Spot the 5 differences between both Goggle lenses.
3) Slide the direction stones to their correct areas based on compass points. Stones can only move to slots that are connected by lines.
4) Select various equation stones so that the shoes land on the lense.
5) Arrange the triangles to complete the image by selecting and dragging the triangles.
6) Recreate your attackers body using arrows and buttons to change the appearance and size of each portion of the image based upon the outlined clue.
7) Place the print token next to their corresponding creatures.
Available Bridge to Another World games:
*Alice in Shadowland (CE 8-4-16)
*Burnt Dreams (CE 3-29-14)
*Escape From Oz (CE 6-1-17)
*The Others (CE 3-28-15)

When Alice removed a seemingly unimportant casket that was blocking the water wheel from turning, she had no clue it's contents would forever change her life. Inside this box, was a magical bird of fire, a Phoenix. The beautiful flaming bird, took a brief flight, and then flew to Alice's arm before vanishing. All that remained of the Phoenix was an imprint of the bird upon Alice's forearm! Since that moment, Alice has suffered tremendously, her father was murdered before her very eyes, by an evil man, the Dark Lord, who's search to find the girl who bears the mark of flame. The only family member Alice has left, is her Uncle Colin. There's just one problem, Uncle Colin has no memory of his past, memories that could save both of their lives in this epic battle of Darkness and Flame!
This is the second game in this series, and I hope to see more in the near feature. This game is unique, the storyline is really engaging, and although some reviewers have stated that they don't like the computer generated graphics, I love the sharp lined ,crispness that only computer generated graphics can accomplish. This Collector's Edition version has a great deal of extras to offer as well. Each scene has a Morphing Object and there are several Collectibles. There are 12 Mushrooms, 8 Scorpions, 8 Dog Statues, 7 Golden Pinecones, and 7 Road signs. There are also 8 Story Capsules that allow you to read about this post apocalyptic world. Alice has only known a world destroyed by a meteorite that brought with it a darkness that consumed everything within it's path. A second meteorite arrived several years later, which reversed its damage, bringing with it fertility, and creating a lush oasis. Each collectible and capsule you discover, will unlock up to 20 Bonus Puzzles!
The Hidden Object Scenes are fairly well created. There are Multiple finds, Interactive List finds, and Silhouetted Shape finds. The scenes are clear, but some items were a bit on the smaller size in my opinion.
The Mini Games are numerous, but tend to be on the easy breezy side of the spectrum. Below are brief descriptions of some of the games you'll encounter during the demo:
1) Move the butterflies into the correct positions so that each one matches the shape underneath.
2) Find the Flower pairs.
3) Set the deer figurine into the correct position.
4) Find all the hidden snake eggs.
5) Figure out the correct position of all the switches.
6) Press the flowers in the correct order so all the buds are open.
7) Play a Match 3 game with a rotating field.
8) Drive the whole distance while avoiding the obstacles.
9) Gather all the lions together.
10) Press the crystals in the correct order so they all are lit.
11) Leave the forest by selecting the least trodden paths.
12) Press the arrows to cross over all the empty cells.
13) Arrange the fish figures correctly using their outlines.
14) Remove the clouds to free the bird.
15) Press the hieroglyphics in the correct order using the clue hints.
Available Darkness And Flame games:
Born of Fire CE (6-28-16)
Missing Memories CE (5-23-17)
This Collector's Edition has 10 Wallpapers, 13 Concept Art pictures, 20 Videos, 8 Music Soundtracks, 25 replayable Mini Games, 6 replayable puzzles, 22 Achievements, 12 Collectible Mushrooms, 8 Scorpions, 8 Dog Statues, 7 Golden Pinecones, 7 Road Signs, 8 Story Capsules, 30 Morphing Objects, 20 Bonus Mini Games, a built in Strategy Guide and a Bonus Chapter, enjoy!

This is the third installment from the Fabulous Angela's Time Management series, but only the second one made available from Big Fish games. In the first episode, Sweet Revenge, Angela moved to the Big Apple to begin a career as a fashion designer. In the last episode, Fashion Fever, Angela caught her husband cheating, but picked herself up and began designing a dress to enter in the ultimate fashion contest. Emily's little sister has just begun warming up, and her High School Reunion might just end up at the Snuggford Prison. Never a dull moment with this family!

The object of this Time Management game is to serve customers that come into the boutique as quickly as possible so they remain happy and patient. When customers arrive they will show you which product or dress they desire, you click on the correct item, then click on the correct customer, then click the register to complete the sale, if a customer tries on a dress, you will need to clean the dressing room as well. Some items require multiple steps to combine the product, and eventually some products are located inside of display cases. You will earn up to three gold stars, each star earned gives you 50 coins that can be used in the shop. You will earn extra points if you find and click on the mouse that pops up, and combining tasks quickly. There are 90 levels located in within different areas, and you can play in Beginner, Normal or Expert modes of difficulty.
You can purchase upgrades that will serve more customers, help keep them patient and in a good mood, or make things easier, such as red carpets, jewelry or entertainment.
This is one of the better Time Management games, I still love the Delicious series the best, but I love the way they have tied the two series together with new faces and familiar faces too. This Collector's Edition offers Trophies to earn , but doesn't seem to offer anything special, so hopefully, Angela's High School Reunion will be offered later on in a Standard version, enjoy!
I recommend this game!

For the last 6 years, Vacation Adventures: Park Ranger, has given us a virtual vacation, one I personally look forward to every year. I love the familiarity of this old school HOP, and I'm sure you love it as well. The rangers at the Pinecreek Hills National Park are always busy, and always seem to need our help, cleaning and finding the lost critters.
The Park is going to be busier than ever so there's no time to waste finding missing items, cleaning up the park, and finding lost wildlife. There are seek and find puzzles in scenes all around the park, and each scene has several wildlife animals to find that are shown as silhouettes in a box to the left of the word search bar, when all animals have been spotted, the box will close. You will also recycle trash that is laying around, such as plastic bottles, crumpled paper, bottles and cans, when all trash has been found, the recycle can icon will be displayed and the bin will be full.
You will earn an Eagle Eye achievement if you don't use either the hint or mega hint feature. The Mega hint will show you the location of every item left to find. You earn a Bronze star for completing the search, a Silver star if you find all wildlife OR all recyclable items and a Gold star if you find all wildlife AND all recyclable items. Words listed in blue require an interaction of some type, and words in red are hidden inside or behind things, requiring you to click on an item to open it or move it, which will reveal the hidden item. Many of the scenes have an area that zooms in which will have several items within, that are on the list. Levels can be replayed at anytime to better your score or locate items you missed the first time.
My favorite feature in the Vacation Adventures games are the abundance of Mini Games available after each search, such as, Spot The Difference, Word Search, Match Two and several different styles of puzzles, rotating tiles and putting together maps and pictures with different shaped pieces. You can use the money you earn playing the game, in the Souvenir Shop to purchase 16 vacation park souvenirs, everything you purchase is kept in a display case in the Souvenir Room, and you can earn up to 20 Achievements, happy camping, enjoy!
I recommend this game!

I've never been a huge fan of Mahjong, they just get boring after a while for me. The Mahjong levels themselves aren't difficult, but earning all 3 stars is. The goal seems to be the same for each of the 106 levels, remove the two "special" tiles within the least amount of moves. If you want to earn all 3 stars, you will more than likely have to play the levels a couple of times if not more, which made this game even more boring for me personally.
There are a few customizations available, not "tons" as stated. You can change the background with 2 different options, the color, the tile shape of rounded or square corners, opt for multi-colored layers, and a handful of different tile set options to choose from.
I just can't get into a Mahjong game that I have to repeat levels several times just to earn 3 stars. So for me it's a no go, but if you really enjoy Mahjong, you may very well like the challenge.
I recommend this game!
