Excellent entry. At first I was worried it was going to be another short elephant game since there was only 3 parts, but each part is quite lengthy. Plenty to do, decent challenge, great graphics, excellent story.
I realize some don't want a game mostly full of hidden object scenes. And I realize the challenge level was not real high. But I found the game to be interesting, atmospheric and fun.
Fun, engaging storyline. Pretty easy on the difficulty scale, but that's the way I like it. If you have liked the past entries, you will like this one.
I was torn on what to rate this game. Overall, it's a solid 4* game, assuming you like your games straight forward. The main problem is, like many Elephant games, this game is painfully short. Only 3 parts in main game, and each part is relatively short. I seemed to finish the entire main chapter in less than 2.5 hours. I don't know why Elephant games keeps cutting into the quality of their games by making them so so short. I guess as long as people continue to buy them, they don't care. If you don't mind the fact the game is VERY short, I'd recommend it. If your looking for good value for your money, this game isn't it.
Excellent addition. Longer, more to do than past editions. Graphics seem sharper/more colorful as well. If you liked past editions, you'll love this one.
Excellent entry into the series. Interesting story. Well developed backstory for the "char man". Loved the fall scenery, and ambient sounds. Although not a "halloween" game, an excellent spooky game to play in October.
Definitely the weakest in the series. Game felt like it was over shortly after I began. Decent fun factor and interest, but falls well short of prior entries in series. Story felt very shallow, and game felt like it had to be thrown together very quickly. If your a fan of the series, you should, at least, enjoy this game to some degree. If not, probably best to skip this.
