Five-BN is by far the best HOPA developer left out there who is still producing games. All of their games are high quality, good level of difficulty and good stories. Most of the other developers still producing games have seen such a huge drop off in quality over the last 5+ years, but not Five-BN. I only wish they were more prolific and made more games.
While the game is shorter than I would like, in my opinion, this is the best game Elephant Games has put out in a long time. An interesting story, good gameplay, etc.
As expected, another exceptional game in the series. Five-BN games and this series really does put the vast majority of other games released on Big Fish to shame. While the quality of the other developers games has rapidly declined over the last 5+ years, Five-BN games continues to out do themselves. The setting (wizards/fantasy/etc) isn't my favorite setting/theme, but the game is so well done and so much fun, it more than compensates for not being my favorite theme. If you have liked this series, you will continue to do so after this entry. I just wish Five-BN games was more prolific in this game genre, as they don't put out many of these HOPA games.
Nothing earth shattering here. Basic premise. Not too hard. Solid entry in the series. And now a days, with the steep decline in game quality that has occurred over the last 5+ years, I'll take solid.
I'm not a huge fan of Domini games, as I usually think the oversaturated/cartoon like appearance of their games is overdone many times. However, for this Christmas game, their presentation works perfectly. The story is interesting, the graphics fit the Christmas mood perfectly, and it's just the right level of challenge. The Christmas games from all developers have been mediocre over the last few years, and this game is definitely the best in many years.
I was bored during most of the game. As is the case for the majority of Elephant Games, this game was short. The story was so uninspiring, with very little if anything to do with Halloween. Unfortunately Elephant Games quality has been heading south for a while now. It seems as if the developers were on complete autopilot when developing this game.
Unlike some reviewers on here, I had no problem with installation and running the game. The visual basic prompted me to install and went smoothly.
Another great entry. If you have enjoyed the past entries, you will enjoy this one. Just what I needed at this time, a game to go on a vacation since I've been stuck in my apartment for 4 months.
