This is an extremely enjoyable game and I could have played many hours more. The main game is about your brother Randall Harding and the bonus is about bringing Badrik to justice. There is:
* Voiceovers (with dialogue); * Casual, Advanced, Expert and Custom modes; * Interactive map; * 18 Achievements; * 14 replayable mini-games and 14 replayable HOPs; * Find 29 morphs in main game and 11 morphs in bonus.
The graphics are very good and each scene is clear and precise to find the items you need. Colours are muted with lots of greys and greens (no garish blues or purples).
The music is orchestral medieval and lovely to listen to throughout the game.
The hidden object games are straightforward, silhouette and find one item to use to find another, etc. These are easy to do because items are clear to see. Each HOP takes only a few minues to do.
The mini-games are mainly very easy and it doesn't take long to get back to the game, which is good because I was enjoying the story.
The morphing objects are huge and are impossible to miss. Get them all and you get an achievement.
There are fighting scenes where you have to pass through all of the lines of complex grids. These start off easy but get harder as you progress through the game. The last one at the end of the main games took me ages. However, they are all very accomplishable.
All up the game and bonus took me about 5 hours. In all honesty I could have played 5 more. I loved the story line, the English accents were real and I felt part of the game, rather than just clicking my way through.
This game definitely comes recommend and so worth putting in your collection.
Well fishies, this really is a terrific game. I wasn't expecting too much, but I thoroughly enjoyed it. You play Ellen Grace and you have to find out what happened to your sister Amanda. There is:
* Voiceovers (with dialogue); * Easy, Normal, Expert and Custom modes of play; * Diary; * Interactive map.
The graphics are very good. They characters kind of look cartoony but each scene is very well defined and items are clear to see and grab. There are plenty of areas to explore within the mansion, outside surrounding grounds and in town.
Sound is good and the music is mainly fast orchestral. Ellen and Amanda's voices are supposed to be British, but you can forgive the devs for at least trying.
The hidden object games are straightforward and silhouette. These are easy to do and items you need are clear to see. Each one only takes a couple of minutes.
I've seen all the mini-games before but I enjoyed doing them again. They are all very easy to do and are great for beginners who want to gain experience.
I played on Custom and turned everything off, so no skip or hint. However, I did find that I couldn't use the interactive map at all throughout the game, so I had to remember where tasks were to do. That's no problem for me, but you may want to play a different mode if you want to use this.
Keep an eye out in your diary as there are things in there to help you progress through the game.
All up the game took me about 5 hours to play and I really enjoyed it. There is a sense of urgency to find out what happened to your sister - TRUST NO-ONE.
Overall a terrific game and definitely worth checking out. This is a new developer and I look forward to many more stories to come. Well done devs.
I love a sci-fi and this game is a true adventure. In the main game you play Amelia Huges who, along with your brother Reggie who is a Sentinal, have to save the world from aliens. The bonus carries straight on from the main game. There is:
* Voiceovers (with dialogue); * Amateur, Enthusiast, Operator, Assistant and Scientist modes; * Interactive map; * 9 Achievements (all with 3 stars); * Find 29 galaxy collectibles (throughout game and bonus); * Find 48 morphing objects (including the HOPs).
The graphics are gorgeous - well defined with plenty of colour (but not garish). Everywhere is perfect is see and items to find are clear and well precise.
Sound is good and the music is mainly orchestral, piano and chanting.
The hidden object games are highly interactive straightforward, silhouette, putting back items in their place and finding hidden items. These are all fun to do and none are too hard or frustrating. Keep an eye out for that ever elusive morph in each HOP. Get them all and you get an achievement. All the HOPs are replayable in the Extras, so if you took too long or made mistakes, you can replay them to get the 3 stars.
There are a great variety of mini-games to play, ranging from easy to medium. There were a couple that took me a while to do, but most of them only take a few minutes.
There is a galaxy collectible and morph to find in each scene throughout the game and bonus. These are very easy to spot, however if you miss any or wish to do them later, you can do them in the Extras.
At the end of the game and bonus, you can do the Treasure Hunt and the Ultimate HOP (my favourite).
All up the game, bonus and extras took me about 6 hours. I enjoyed the game and could have carried on longer.
Overall, definitely worth putting in your collection if you like a sci-fi. Happy playing fishies.
What a fabulous time travel game and I enjoyed every minute of it. In this game you once again play Susan who has to kill Cassandra in the past on orders from Maaron. There is:
* Casual, Advanced, Hard and Custom modes; * Voiceovers (with dialogue); * Interactive map; * Diary.
The graphics are gorgeous and very well defined. Each scene is beautiful and very clear to see. Sound is good and the music is orchestral and now well familiar as it has been played in the previous Lost Lands games to keep you company.
The hidden object games are silhouette where you have to find one item to use to find another, etc. I loved doing these as they had a pretty good challenge to them and you also have little mini-games in them as well.
The mini-games ranged from easy to hard. Some took me ages to accomplish, however they are fun to do and I was never bored or felt out of my depth.
The interactive map works well and it also shows what morphs or collectibles need to be found in each scene just in case you need it. This time I didn't need to use the interactive map, but I have used it before in a previous game.
Keep an eye on your diary as it shows things that you need to know to progress through the game.
So, do you get the CE or SE? In the CE, the bonus game is how it all began, there are 22 Achievements; 22 replayable mini-games, 7 replayable puzzles and 20 extra puzzles (after you complete the game). In each scene there is a morph and a collectible to find and 12 roses in the bonus. You can turn also turn the "hand" off to make it more challenging. This is the only developer I know who does this and I thank them from the bottom of my heart. Personally I think the CE is preferable because you can then get the full story about Maaron and Cassandra with lots of extras.
All up the game, bonus and extra 20 puzzles took me a good 10 hours to complete. I truly loved the story and mechanics of this game and that is why I have all this developer's games.
Overall a terrific game and so worth buying. Happy playing fishies.

All up the game, bonus and extra 20 puzzles took me a good 10 hours to complete, playing a bit each night throughout the week. I truly loved the story and mechanics of this game and that is why I have all this developer's games.
Overall a terrific game and so worth buying. Happy playing fishies.
This is the third game in the series and its quite good. There are:
* Voiceovers (with dialogue)' * Seeker, Adept, Master, Secret Master and Alchemist modes; * Interactive map; * Journal; * 11 Achievements (some with 3 circles); * Find 27 snow flakes and 48 morphs throughout game and bonus; * Replayable HOPs.
The graphics are gorgeous and well defined. Colours are muted and not harsh or garish. The music is mainly orchestral and piano.
The hidden object games are mainly straightforward and silhouette. These are easy to do because items are clear to see. Just keep an eye out for that ever elusive morph in each HOP. This time I didn't make it with 3 stars for every HOP because a couple took quite a long time with rotating arrows and I took too long to find the items. However, I just made sure I got 100% (without errors) which I suppose is good enough.
I liked the mini-games. Most of them are easy, but a couple were quite challenging - like the mine game. I ended up drawing the grid on paper and then eliminating each single grid until I knew where all the bombs were. I enjoyed this.
There is a device you will use throughout the main game which heats or cools items. You need to do a simple mini-game before you can use it. I found this irritating after a while because its the same mini-game over and over again. I wish there had been some deviance from this and been given a multitude of different mini-games to play.
In each scene throughout the game and bonus you will need to find a snow flake and a morph. Some of these had a good challenge and took me a while to find them. A hand does not hover over them, so thank you for this.
At the end of the bonus game you can play the Ultimate HOP (my favourite), play the Mines Puzzle again (in easy, medium and hard modes), collect any snow flakes or morphs you may have missed or wanted to collect later in the game and replay any HOPs again that you want to get 3 stars for.
All up the game took me about 7 hours to play and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
Definitely comes recommended. There is plenty to do in each scene and I liked all the charactors to the story.
The graphics are mainly good and items to find and use are easy to spot. Sound is good and the music is mostly electric guitar, which got on my nerves as it became grating after a while.
The hidden object games are predominantly straightforward, silhouette and undertaking tasks. A couple of the HOPs were hard to finish as I just couldn't see those last items - finding 12 pieces of paper as an example. Even with a hint (which I never use), I still couldn't see that last piece, which drove me nuts. You will need some patience here with these.
The mini-games are okay. A couple of them are quite hard. The third puzzle of drawing the red, yellow and blue grids had me stumped for a long time, which drove me bonkers. Most of them are easy to do - its only a couple of them which again need patience.
In each scene throughout the game and bonus there is a brain and a morph to find. Find them all and you get an achievement. The brains are really easy to spot, however the morphs are more difficult, which I enjoyed. If you miss any or want to do them later, you can do this at the end of the game.
All up the game and bonus took me about 6 hours to play (not including the tantrums). The story line has been done many times before, but I did enjoy playing Jan Patrick.
Overall, an average game, so please trial before you buy to see if it is for you.
Wow, what a game. This is the first time ever that I had a tear in my eye. If you love a great story line, then this is the game for you.
In this main game you play Mary to rescue your daughter Sophia.
There is:
* Voiceovers (with dialogue); * Casual, Advanced, Expert and Custom modes of play; * Interactive map; * Fully integrated Journal; * Find 28 morphs and 30 memories.
The graphics are gorgeous with plenty of colour and sharp well-defined scenes. I loved going through each scene, not knowing what to expect next. Sound is good and the music is orchestral and quite haunting.
The mini-games are mainly straightforward, silhouette and putting items back. Some of these had quite a good challenge. However, if you get stuck trying to find that elusive item, then you can play Match-3 instead.
There are a huge variety of mini-games to play and I loved every one of them. There are games in there for everyone - from puzzles to memory games, etc. I'm sure you will find your favourite ones in there.
Throughout the main game there are 30 memories and 28 morphs to find. The morphs change from a snake to an eagle and morph quite slowly - around every 10 seconds I think. Once you see the eagle, then you can click on it - you just have to wait. A hand DOES NOT hover over the morph but they are not too hard to spot. The memories are Sophia's toys, etc which are easier to spot. If you miss any during the game or want to do them later, then you can do them at the end of the game. The interactive map tells you what morphs and memories are in each scene.
So, do you get the CE or SE? In the bonus game you play Shukra, the Grand Master of the Indus School of Magic. If you are thinking about getting the SE of this game, I would reconsider because the bonus is integral with the main game, so you won't get the whole story.
In the CE, there are also 35 Achievements in the Hall of Fame, 32 replayable mini-games and 17 replaying HOPs and a comic book love story telling you all about the love story triangle between Anantha, Aneeha and Nagin - well worth reading.
The game is really long which took me most of the week playing in the evenings. Its a complex heart wrenching story that will tug at your heart strings.
Overall a terrific game and so worth buying. Well done to the developers. I am now a loyal fan and look forward to many more stories to come.
Happy playing fishies - most definitely recommended.

This game certainly has a good creep factor and I liked playing a guy for a change. In this game you play Rick Rogers who has to reunite Nicholas and Emily. In the bonus game you gain play Rick who has set up his own paranormal detective agency. There is:
* Voiceovers (with dialogue); * Casual, Advanced, Hardcore and Custom modes; * Interactive map; * Achievements Room; * Find 26 morphs, 12 Ravens and 12 collectives throughout the game and bonus.
The graphics are very good - most places are kind of somber and spookish, however items are easy to find.
There a good variety of hidden object games to play. All are very easy and you can get back to the game quickly.
The mini-games ranged from easy to downright frustrating. One mini-game (the flower game) took me a good 45 minutes to do. It wasn't because it was too hard, but there were so many variables that it was difficult to know where to begin. There were a couple of others that like that too, so you have to be more patient than myself and not get angry or skip it.
Throughout the game and bonus there are morphs, ravens and collectibles to find. It would be nearly impossible to miss any because a huge hand comes over them anyway, so you can just grab them as you go. I wish this developer would make it so that you can turn the hand off so you can find them yourself - that's the whole idea right? I know it can be done as another well known developer has this function.
Overall, its a good game with plenty to do and I liked playing Rick Rogers. I hope to see him again.
