I was Enjoying the game fine until about the last 30 percent of the game which i found so Tedious and so Boring that it ruined my positive experience...
Getting this game on a Free Credit might be worth it I dont suggest paying good money for it..
if you think of this as a HOG its a Great Game if you think of it as an Adventure Game..not so much.. There is HOS after HOS in this game.. which is i guess.. just how Elephant Rolls.. all their games seem to be HOS Heavy...
The story is pretty good The Best part for me is.. The villain looks strangely Similar to Uncle Sam He also has an almost Identical personality to Uncle Sam.. you find out about this by reading the Journal Coincidence? i think not haha Twas a good story anyways even without that clever little detail...
Mini Games are not particularly challanging but i found them fun.. Loads of mini games also
Bonus Chapter is fairly generous and you actually get to play the villain at that point
Overall pretty Great HOG.. most likely will play it again...
I Totally Enjoyed the first game in this series.. This one is Almost as Good... I found the HO scenes a bit more annoying in this the second game... For the most part though .. the game Plays like a True Adventure Game...
The mini games are not that challanging and similar to the ones in the first game However i think they are fun..
Very Happy i purchased the CE... it includes a Generous Bonus Chapter which reveals who the main characters parents are...
This is a continuation of the story from the first game it was not near as exciting as the first one.. but still a pretty good story...
Game is very easy including mini games Great for a Beginner or youngster in this respect.. but in spite of it being so easy it is So Much Fun!!
The Sci Fi Fantasy Story drew me in from the start.. and not only that I remained intrigued and constantly uncomfortable not knowing what would happen next..
The ending left a lot to be desired and was the only aspect of the game i didnt care for... Otherwise Lovely Game I even enjoyed the HO scenes which is rare for me..
Will be playing this game in the future Most likely several times...
What storyline?? Sooo Bored Mostly the game is going all over kingdom come trying to find SHAPES thats pretty much it There is a map which transports you but i really dont like using maps in this game however i used it Frequently Because there is so much going from waaaay over here to waaaay over there also you have to remember a ton of shapes you wont find a lot of them right away B O R I N G
The Bonus Chapter was Generous and i liked it better than the actual game i believe there are also 4 extra HOS in the Bonus
I could have liked this game quite a bit more IF it did not have all those HO scenes in it and the story had been more well developed and the game itself were longer
some of the mini games were fun some were much too easy and one would not even allow me to place the objects on it so i had to skip it
This game is really for HOG fans which i am not one...
This is one of the BEST Games i have ever played from BF i do Love Halloween and spooky stories and.. The story is Fantastic!! The mini games are in general fun... Fun... not necessarily super challanging though..
I dislike HOS in my adventure games but these scenes were only a very Minor distraction They are the best type of Interactive HO scenes you have to play them to understand why..
I do Recommend this game to any Adventure Gamer one of my sisters and i played it together and we were hooked and entertained the Entire Game!!
Game has a map and is a Long game
If you scare easily dont play alone in the dark .. BOO!!!
but then led into Too many HOS and Too many Industrial scenes none of the mini games were super challanging although some i did enjoy overall game was not to my liking at all...
Prepare for a mind-bending journey into the realm of the weird in Haunted Halls: Revenge of Dr. Blackmore! Brace yourself for the unexpected in this exciting Hidden Object adventure!
I did not care for either of the previous titles in this series This one was better than the other two seemed a bit less HO scenes However Still HO Heavy.... The gameplay was much improved making it seem More like an adventure game Graphics were better than the first game i can tell a lot of effort and work was put into this series but i do not like the atmosphere in them nor the story which is so very boring and i really Really Dislike all the HOS in this series and the mini games are all basically extremely Easy.. Conclusion.. it did not bore me to tears like the first two but i didnt find myself having fun either... The Bonus Chapter is Generous in all the CEs of this series so if you liked the first two you will most likely enjoy owning the CE.. i cannot recommend this game so thats the best i can say...

This game is along the lines of the Westward Series but it is missing Loads of elements that Westward has there is nothing really beyond building buildings and waiting while your resources build up no warring or real fighting no side quests no challanges really just Waiting..that in itself is the challange can you wait without falling asleep!!
This is gameplay in a nutshell... build buildings Player Waits sims gather resources Player Waits hero sim chops down bushes and bashes vases Player Waits Staring at a screen Waiting is not my personal idea of fun.. Two chapters are devoted to your hero fetching items for the natives..while there is no waiting in those chapters i found fetching items also Boring...
While the first game in this series had several challanging chapters even in normal mode this one was not a challange at all the conclusion chapter i replayed just to see if i could make it a challange the only way i could was to spend time building up too many resources And to Not build the cobblers shop even then.. my hero beat his competitor on first try.. i was so bored with the game i did not play the hard mode perhaps it does offer some sort of challange i dont know..
i suggest trying the game out Before purchasing and i also suggest that the first in this series is better than this one... i doubt i will play either one again in the future...
