True Adventure Game
NO HOS HURRAY!!!
I found the game more Challenging than many point&click
as your items must be assembled or disassembled
For instance
If you think you need some gears
You will have to figure out what needs to be Disassembled
in order to find gears
The Game Really puts you in the story
I felt the Entire Gameplay that i was actually living the story
SO MUCH FUN!!
Wish Big Fish would offer Many More Games Like this one

i just didnt take to this game in the series
It seemed short without the Bonus Game
the mini games in the main game are super Easy
mini games in the Bonus Game are Challanging
I felt bored playing this game
i might replay it with a family member
but i wont replay it alone
this game seems more suitable to a child
however the bonus game portion the child would need help

I Realized How many HO scenes were in the game
and that the Bonus Game was Annoying and Tiring
IF there were not so many HO scenes and
IF the Bonus Game had not repeated
the SAME EXACT mini games
Over and Over
I would have def Rated this a Four..

I like stories and games about New Orleans..
but not this one..
Found this game tedious
My sister on the other hand Loved it
in fact its one of her all time favs..
Sooooo..in spite of many bad reviews
some will enjoy it and even love it
Suggest trying the demo first....
For some Sure Fire New Orleans FUN
buy Cadenza Music Betrayal and Death
which is one of the Best Games you can buy on BF
and also buy Deadtime Stories based on a TRUE STORY
Neither of those games will dissappoint
but not this one..

JUST LOVE THIS STORY!
I purchased this game based on playing the demo..
i didnt have the funds to purchase it when my demo time was up
i thought about the game all the time until i was able to purchase

AMAZING GAME!!
If you have a love for Jazz..a love for New Orleans...
a love for any of these Decades in America..
twenties thirties or forties...
You are likely to Love this game
if you love all three you are likely to Really Love it..

What i look for in a Game and this Game has it ALL..
1)Creative and Interesting STORY that draws me in
and keeps me Engaged
2)Fantasy Atmosphere that makes me feel i am IN THE GAME...
3)NO HOS..i Loathe HOS in my Adventure Games..
However if the other elements are there i will be forgiving
and IF ..like this game..the HOS are made bearable
and even Enjoyable because they are different
and interesting and dont make me feel like my Adventure
is being continuously interrupted with something i hate
and find Irrelevant to the gameplay.....
then i am Very Pleased...and this game does just that..
4)Beautiful Graphics Created by Sincere Talent
5)Beautiful Music that sets the Tone and prevents me
from being able to escape the game world even with distractions from my RL environment...
6)and if i am lucky..a game that lingers within my consciousness..one that i think about daily for weeks to come..one that i randomly think about even years later..
one that i have to play again at least once a year
because i Miss It...i want to experience it again....
7)Story has elements that personally interest me..
in this case...American History from the golden era of Jazz..
which i guess ended in the thirties but lingered a bit into
the forties and fifties...
competing with big band to stay on top
as pop and then rock n roll were making their way into
the hearts of the youth

Totally Enjoyed this Adventure Game
I even liked the HOS in this game and i normally hate them
Pretty Good Story and it never feels interrupted by the HOS
which are very interactive
The only negative i have to say about the game is
it was not as long as i would have liked...
If you are an Adventure Gamer
or you Like Nancy Drew type Games
You will have fun with this game..
If you want to feel creeped out..
Play at Night with lights out and headphones on..

I got this game on a Free Credit
from when i purchased some CE games..
it was worth it for a Free Credit.
Most of the mini games are easy..
some are intermediate...
it would be a good game to play with a child or grandchild
