I had to slow myself down, on clicking on things if I wanted to see things morph. It has 33 morphs and when you collect enough you unlock six items of a Thumbelina collection.
You have to collect all 27 keys to unlock a chest. You touch the chest when your done with the game. When the locks and chains come off, you have a mini-game. When you finish the mini-game you unlock the bonus hidden object scene which you can play again.
Has five chapters + bonus and if you did the trial it stops towards the end of chapter 2.
I found that you can interact with some things in most scenes and they were fun. A sample is like a rainbow, kitty and a paper boat.
Some hops are used more than once. I liked having played a flower hops twice. I didn't like matching pairs in my hops. I did like a mini-game where you find objects on a crocheted curtain. I used the guide to understand the mini-games and it made it more fun. I liked the throwback to Immortal Love. I liked the room with the teacup planter and wished that was one of the wallpapers but it's not. Has nice glass window hops. The tool vending machine was nice.
The bonus chapter is a prequel. You have two character that you change places with. I took my time with this game and broke it up into more than one day and I didn't feel it was short.
Replay 12 hops, 14 mini-games, 29 movies and 6 movies. You have 12 wallpapers (2 without game stamp) and 4 concept art.
I played the whole game and I really disliked most of the mini-games. It had too many fool with it puzzles. I did like Amax's relaxed puzzles and these aren't it. I don't like puzzles in my hops either. It needs more hops.
The story line was ok and then it wasn't. It's a good thing I got this game with a full punch card. So I didn't waste my money.
I thought the trial was ok but I bought this one on sale. I really started enjoying it. Mad head always has nice extras and that's why I always buy the CE of their games.
You have a morph and collectible in each scene. You have morphs in the hops. They have good indicators. You have replays of the hops. After you find everything you have a Treasure hunt which is like souvenirs. Then when you finish that you have a Ultimate hops. I keep their icons on my pc so I can play the Ultimate hops when I want to, as you can replay them.
I really enjoyed the Ice cream and greenhouse hops. I didn't play it all in the same day but split it up between two days so I would enjoy it more.
Replay 17 hops. Find 33 collectibles and 50 morphs. ( The 17 hops morphs are included in the 50 morphs).
I can see grids on the faces of people. They blurred the characters speaking backgrounds. Some of the story is in black and white. Some places have muted colors.
I liked the Scottish countryside but the color and details should be better. It would have been better if they interacted with Kelpie more. I didn't like some of the matching in the hops. The other hops were nice. I liked having animals help but I didn't like the puzzle that went with the pan flute. It has too many puzzles.
The bonus chapter has Vanessa (Nessie) looking for the Stone of Gormire which is a prequel. I thought the coloring of the scenes was better in the bonus chapter.
Liked the extras-12 video, 12 hops, 26 mini-games, 10 music and 30 souvenirs. The 8 wallpapers would be better without the game stamp. Eight concept art. Skipping stones are like a match 3.
I'm giving this game five stars because I Love the game. It's beautiful and it's fun.
Your in Prague, Czech Republic. I think the accents of the voice actors are spot on. To start out you have to find six morphs. Their are 3 long chapters and a bonus chapter.
It has two collectibles per scene with one that is morphing. They aren't the stupid transparent ones. The game has four pop-up story book hops that are fun and pretty. The story kept me interested. The gameplay was great. Some hops scenes were reused but I didn't mind, they are pretty.
I liked the relaxing mini-games. I've always enjoyed matching, jigsaws, painting, in the right order, Simon said.
Mostly in cut scenes but I've pick up some that aren't, are dragonflies that you can buy storybook collectibles. They are in the main game and bonus chapter. Mostly there are two per scene I was shine four in the end and I could go back and pick them up.
If you picked up all your collectibles and morphs in the game you have a little extra fun hops/mini-game.
The bonus chapter starts at the house of horrors.
The only thing I found wrong is counting up the dragonflies in the guide and not coming up with the right number but it worked out since I could retrieve the ones I missed
I would call this a adventure game. You find things to help you advance. No traditional hops scenes. A few puzzles, really not many. Pictures are very detail and beautiful. It a ghost and witch story that kept me entertained. I won't spoil your discovery with more of the story but will said you play as a male.
I'm pretty far as I found 17 morphs out of 22. I stopped to write the review. You have achievements and one of the achievements is finish the main game and another one is finish the bonus game. There is no indicator for the morphs so don't know which place I missed so far but I have a good idea. The map has all the locations and I counted them so I know I have a couple I need to find before I move on and open more locations.
The tool bar has plus items. The first time I had to have three of the items before I put them on top of each other to combine them at the tool bar. So far I didn't have a hard time finding things and getting around. You just have to search a lot.
I really liked this game. My only problem is with the collectibles. No indictor for the collectible puzzle pieces. I found 51 out of 52 puzzle pieces and instead of them letting you retrieve that piece you have a message " There is no place for lazy ones". I paid for this game!
Also you collect Zodiac crystals. You would think Tarsus would have a Emerald, but no it was a Blue Axe Stone Crystal. Never heard of it! Or a Cairngorm Crystal. I would stop and read each one but the last one and some I think are made up. The last one was orange and you could not read about it. I know all the traditional monthly stones and these don't match up.
Needless to say I played it again just to get the 52 puzzle pieces to play the jigsaw. It would be nice to have the option to replay the jigsaw over and over once you found all the pieces but you can not. I tried again to read the last crystal's name and info but you can not.
I do have to say I enjoyed the game the second time. I would have loved this game if I didn't have a hard time with the collectibles. Especially the lovely creative hops. Nice story and gameplay. Good balance.
Replay 13 beautiful hops, 13 mini-games, 8 movies and 4 music. You have 6 wallpapers and a beautiful hops for a screensaver. Collect 52 morphing puzzle pieces and 12 Zodiac crystals.
I liked the story and the artwork but the game play was hard. It didn't flow. I seem to pick up things and have no idea what for. So you either lay heavy on the hints or you buy the CE for the guide. Either way the gameplay was off for me.
The excitement and fun just withered away the more I played. To me the best part was the collectibles and the lovely hops. I was bored and tired of playing after the 3rd chapter out of 5 chapters. It's the gameplay that was not so good. I enjoyed the story with placing a star in the owl and bear. I liked the sheep. The morphs are iffy. Most times I clicked on it before it morphed so I didn't see it morph. They were too slow. That wasn't fun.
If you want to know the extras they are-replay 13 hops, 14 mini-games, 38 movies and 7 music. It has 8 wallpaper all but one with the characters so they are unusable for my taste. 29 concept art and 4 screensavers. After you find all the sheep it has play. It's a ultimate hops but they were too washed out of color for my tastes.
This game is very detailed and beautiful. I played as sister to Adrianne. We are aboard the Nightingale which is a Zeppelin.
If you like to repair things and you love hops with tools you may give it five stars. I only seen one hops that was lovely and it's golden metal and has nice things. The rest are all tools, drills, googles etc. I liked the twist in the story but didn't like the game play enough to purchase the CE. It has lots of places and a lot of back and forth. Up, down, this way and that. The map is good. It has 6 Chapters.
