I just love the artwork in this beautifully crafted building-match 3 game. I don't know which I enjoy playing better the building of my city or the 3D matching of this relaxing game. It has both casual and timed. Even for someone who doesn't like timed play you won't mind this because I think the timer is perfectly matched for this game. It doesn't make me feel a pulse pounding arcade type rush, which I hate. Maybe the young generation love that hair pulling action but for anyone middle aged that enjoys a strategic play, I would recommend this game. It is easy going but strategic playing on this type board which the pieces fall off and move in different directions per board which they will periodically indicate showing arrows. I don't know what all the fuss about the slightly slanted board in 3D is all about. You don't have to make any awkward movements to see it clearly, just use your brain. It adds to the puzzle of clearing the board which makes it that much more appealing to me. I love the feel of picking up the pieces to move them and the power ups that you earn are unique. I've never seen a match 3 with jokers which is cool. You are rewarded for all kinds of matches so there is plenty of bombs exploding and extra supplies picked up in play which is so fun. They also give you unlocks, time, shuffles and a few more I haven't bought the building for yet. I'm only half way through and I am just loving my purchase. This game offers over 50 levels in Quest mode which is plenty coupled with the building side, required to earn additional supplies to build your power ups buildings and earn manna. You will love abundance day when all your supplies come through. The artwork is so beautiful and life-like. It offers so much creativity in how you put the pieces together to form buildings. You'll have level requirements to build some but the rest is up to you. And I love laying the brick pavements and landscapes; it all looks like a picture I want to hang on my wall. I just wish I had more and more space because I just can't stop developing it. The storyline is good going along with gameplay. It also offers an Arcade mode too. Even the arcade mode is easy going. They give you a certain amount of time to earn as many points as you can. Any amount is acceptable then they equate you with the amount of stars earned for the level. If some boards you are not good at it is ok because you can make up the stars in other levels which they give in sets of three. You can keep playing them to earn up to 5 stars a set. Earned stars will unlock more levels. Everything about this game I love. It offers various resolutions to fit different screens. I play on a big 32 inch tv and it is awesome. Other things are also offered in options like turning off tips. Trust me, buy this game if you enjoy the features I described. You can't put too much value on some demo reviews. I own this game.
I recommend this game!

This is an awesome game for match two cards solitaire. Some don't get the premise of this type of strategy. I get tired of the old higher-lower types and this match two cards is refreshing to play. The strategy involves getting all the GOLD pins before your deck runs out. They are the only cards that count in your score even though you do get cash for other matches. This game involves a bowling attitude. You get 2 balls per frame just like in real bowling. Your ball is represented as a complete deck of cards which is your draw pile. Try to knock down as many pins which is represented as the gold cards as you can. When you strike, the next two balls will be added to your score in the present frame. When you spare, the next one ball will be added. A perfect score in bowling is 300 which means you have to strike in every frame. Don't worry though because you only have to bowl a 100 in order to unlock a new level. This is fairly easy in junior bowling because you can repeat each frame as many times as you need to improve your score. In the professional mode you will have to restart at the beginning of your game and forfeit any previous frames at that resort. Each game has 10 frames and your score will depend if you get a strike which is matching all the gold cards on your first turn of the deck or whether it will take two turns of the deck which will give you a spare. If you leave any pins on the board after two turns of the deck you will just complete that frame and no extra points will be added. After the 10th frame your final tally will determine if you can travel to the next resort playing if you pass the required score. Don't worry they give you plenty of money to earn to buy some useful power-ups each time you replay a frame if you want to improve it's score. So there is a range of difficulty to master in junior vs. professional and tons of fun trying to get strikes and spares. Try not to throw a gutter ball after one of those coveted strikes or spares because that makes a big difference in your score. I understand some of the low reviews only because it might be just like the previous strike solitaire one and two, but how can you improve on perfection? Well I guess they could of varied the game to a higher, lower type in one of their games or maybe added some trophies for strikes and spares. I'm not sure if this game offers trophies, forgot to check since I'm just having a blast just bowling. Glad there aren't any useless stories attached to this game or annoying goals per frame. I can just concentrate on achieving a perfect score because sometimes I'm not in the mood for booby traps and a lot of reading. I just want to bowl. I think most will enjoy this game if they know bowling, If you don't, it's easy to learn, I hope I explained the gist of it in the review. I did purchase this game but don't remember if they have a help section in-game explaining the rules because I already knew how to bowl and how the scoring is tallied so I didn't look for it. I hope you try this game enjoying it at the perspective of being in a bowling alley trying to bowl a perfect game, whoo hoo, lets get some strikes.
I recommend this game!

I don't mind a game with challenge but this game is just too darn hard. They claim they give you 99 levels which is a lie. If you cannot pass a level the game stops at the levels that had been unlocked. You need a certain amount of stars to unlock additional levels but it is very hard to get 3 stars on most because you have to clear ALL the cards and score high enough with making perfect matches. They say that you can buy a pass but the price in coins is high and they don't give you an opportunity to earn enough coins. You will only get a few coins per star you earned but if you replay level you won't get additional coins. So you are just stuck playing over and over and over hoping to get a better score but without jokers, shuffles and undo's you will hopelessly fail. Those power ups cost coins which you can't earn anymore. One of the levels is timed and if you are not super fast count on failing the level since it only gives you 60 seconds to clear the board. This is a terrible game but could of been much better if they would just unlock all the levels or just give you coins every time you replay levels. If you would like a similar game, I recommend Strike Solitaire 3. I will put it in my current favorite. Don't buy this game or you will regret it like I did.
I don't recommend this game.

This is an example of a good strategy game. In order to obtain a GOLD star you must figure out the exact combination of products to produce in the allotted time, since any combination will not produce output no matter how fast you work. Although game can progress if you do not opt for the gold you can settle for silver, bronze or just completion of goals in level without time being a variable. There is a decent number of levels to play and a lot of variation to the items so it doesn't get monotonous. Only fault is that it can get a bit clickity growing the produce where maybe a swipe for the field would of remedied that. 20 clicks each time you clear a field is strenuous on the fingers especially playing levels over and over trying to get that right combination for Gold. Other than that this game has all the qualities of an A game. I'm enjoying the purchase.

I like almost everything about this game. Very nice graphics, enough variety of items to keep it interesting and nice theme of growing and cooking interesting items from scratch to the final product. Only one very bad point is this games timing. The gold rating seems impossible to achieve after the beginning levels. You can't compare the timing to the hour free trial which I only discovered after the purchase . Even after trying different strategies over and over, most levels can't seem to be completed even close to the gold time. The silver is adequate to achieve but then the game will not present enough of a challenge because you will have plenty of time before it turns to bronze. Also it is a very clicky game so beware of carpel tunnel syndrome. I only recommend if you are not a stickler for ratings.
I recommend this game!

A lot of problems with this game is just bad English, so it's going to be hard to follow the story but you'll get the gist of it with reading in-between the lines. The gameplay is very unique and requires a lot of strategy so if you're a thinker you will love this game. You are an architect and must fill in the outlined grid with the falling building material. It moves slow enough so you get plenty of time to think it through. Knowing where to place them without error requires patience sometimes waiting for one certain piece which will only fit. I found that ALL the pieces falling will have a safe place to put them but it is up to you to move it into correct spot. So decide beforehand whether to put it to your right or left on the grid. Once a piece moves down its path you cannot move it back UP but can move it over as long as no building is in your way. You cannot block off a section that needs filling or you get a red x for every spot blocked off, or if you fail to create a ledge to stop a falling block needing to be filled. Too many red x's will cause you to fail the level. You will get many items in shop to help with successful building as you progress. It costs building materials which you earn in gameplay. You can always replay levels until you succeed. Sometimes bonus icons will appear on game board but be careful in placing current falling block over it because it might cause you to error therefore not always wise to claim it. As you progress further you can earn building materials this way also. There is a part of gameplay where you must destroy a building so this time you want to block off your pieces. It took me awhile to figure this out to pass level you only have to destroy the green blocks otherwise you will run out of time which is pretty generous in this game so it is not stressful. Anyways, if you are looking for a good relaxing strategy don't pass this one up because the trial time is not enough time to appreciate the gameplay. It starts out easy but gets much more strategic without being too brainy because of its simple rules. Just pay attention to the professor's lessons on how the shop items work because there is no review. You will just have to use them to learn if you forget and since they cost building materials you don't want to waste them. I bought this game because I like a good thinking game alternative to mahjong and solitaire. Other games I found good strategy are Empire of the Gods and Triazzle Island.
I recommend this game!

I read some reviews and started not to try this game but I like mahjong so I tried it for myself. First of all they have a magnifying glass in corner that automatically enlarges tiles when you move your curser over tiles so no problem there. Also they have a good size playing board so i had no problem seeing the tiles without it, if you are looking at pictures of tile and not the number they put in the corner. Also I did see when they asked you to complete a level in 0 seconds so I left trial and then decided to go back again because I loved the graphics so much and the tiles, with new moons, full moons and quater moons ect. When I played again i re-did levels and seen timer was set at 150 seconds to get an additional star. I really don't like timed either but if you can be satisfied with 2 out of 3 stars it doesn't force you to play fast as long as you complete one of the objectives like collect all the tiles you can move on. It has a story to it which I like, and it reveals clues throughout game getting certain items when complete level. They do have a skip button if you are not intrested in reading dialogue. Also, I like the power ups in the game which are needed if you do want that timed star. So it has a lot of challange to this game. They also have a bonus thingy that counts how many tiles you can clear in a row which you have to be fast clearing them or it resets. Some objectives require you to achieve this to get a star. You can replay all levels to go for perfect. I am a sucker for trying to acheive 3 stars so I do wish they had an untimed mode so I don't have to be bothered with acheiving stars for time. There is also objective to achieve a certain score to get a star. But like I said it doesn't stop you from moving on. So don't go by some of these reviews that were written previously. Try the game for yourself. I think most people will like it if they want a challenge or heck forget about the stars and just play for the story and nice graphics and fun power ups.
I recommend this game!

Wow, I was shocked about the excellence of this game without having those in app purchases that require one to buy upgrades, stars and whatnot to play. I am so thankful that they offered it as a one time purchase because the quality is excellent and full of details that are only found in those type games. Thank you, thank you and bless you for not being greedy. And for all you fishes out there you've just got to buy this game if you love tower defense. Its a one of a kind that combines a lot of genres, you will never get bored. It might seem overwhelming when you first start to play because there is so much to do. But just take your time and you will definitely catch the rhythm of gameplay. It is not hard but has all the ingredients for a pleasant challenge without requiring skills of quickness or leaving your heart pounding. Just a delightful sence of accomplishment. Your main quest is to attach all the islands back together and close the portals. On the screen there will always be two arrows pointing to either current portal to attack or past portals played that you can re-enter to complete for one, two or three star rewards. inside the portal in you will defend Tereony before her hearts run out. You will use the stars you gained outside the portal in your skills box to upgrade your abilities. On the main screen with the broken islands you have your quests denoted by a question mark for active quests and exclamation points for those yet to be started.Break up rocks for gold and complete quests for money and XP. Go into the lab to get potions by playing a cool match three game. It is so much to do and uncover as your gameplay progresses. I anticipate months of fun and believe me this game will keep you interested. Forget about the trial version because an hour doesn't even begin to give you the full picture. BUY IT and explore. You won't be sorry, it is so engrossing you'll wonder what happened to your day.

This game needs to be rehauled for a makeover. Total waste of time as it is. Wouldn't even call it a game since there is no reward of playing. It's like playing monopoly by yourself, what's the point?? You get unlimited shuffle and undo, no timer for how fast or slow you play, no stars for completing with or without hints or shuffles. Same tile set every board. Both modes are exactly the same except hint and skip take a bit longer to recharge, but why would you need it, just reshuffle without penalty. The mini games are cute but it's supposed to be a mahjong game. Wrong, they don't even have sets of interchangable tiles. This is the game in a nutshell, you just move along the levels playing matching tiles and you get an object when level over whether you completed it yourself or used skip option With the items you received you play an interactive board placing the items in the picture, which is very simple. Yes, its for a 4 year old. This game needs to go into the kiddie pile. I made a mistake and bought it in the wee hours of the night half asleep because i did like the color tile set and thought it was a mahjong where there is only one solution and would try to play myself without shuffles regardless if they rewarded me or not. What a mistake, after playing a round in the morning found out some levels you cannot get through without reshuffle. After only first tile removal, which was the only selection available, pop up came on telling me no more matches. Total garbage.
I don't recommend this game.

It is a challenge to figure out how to get from point A to B without loss of one of your furries. It's a physics based game with villains and deathtraps in the way that give it an arcade type of spin to the strategy element. The graphics in the game are fine it's just the cut scenes that gives the score which are a little old fashioned and reminds me of the spore creature. Great game if that's your cup of tea.
