I'm stuck on level, although I really enjoyed playing a mahjong game with innovation. It gives you star ratings which are necessary to purchase the power ups( multiplier, undo, step reducer, unblock tile or switch tile. And one more I cannot seem to earn enough stars to purchase). Big Problem is being able to finish the game.
Instead of giving you the next level automatically when you clear the board, you will be stuck at level if you cannot obtain the required points in designated steps. It gets higher and higher as the levels increase so at level 43 I'm just puzzled how after clearing every piece it is not enough to move on. (points are only option to obtain star). Guess I'll have to restart and invest only in upgrading the multiplier an see if that works. ughh! I would recommend for an expert in strategy of obtaining high scores only.

Stunning graphics, different modes of challenge, and lots of levels, that's all I need. I have penguin rescue and it is similar. What makes this different is it has an added relaxed mode, and this game's beautiful candy graphics and ribbons of color. Yummy.
I love the relaxed mode feature because sometimes I don't feel like strategizing with moves or time. This mode is the perfect one to start or end a stressful day.
Or, if you prefer the challenge then play in NORMAL mode. It will get difficult in later levels and there are lots of them. You can't base the difficulty on the demo. You can switch back and forth in the settings menu at any time if you get stuck which is great, or just make 2 profiles to play depending on your mood.
At the end of each level they add bonuses to the board equal to how many moves you had left and your points will rack up hopefully to 3 stars. I can't get enough of that, it's like 4th of July. Wow.
I recommend this game!

This game has everything for the person who likes typing, mazes, and discovering using their brain to try to figure out what is next? It will unwind a delightful poetic story as you ride your fox through different landscapes. Knowing how to type, at least a bit, is a must. NO one finger typists.
You can put on easy mode so challenge does not advance as you progress which makes it more of a fun adventure. Also upgrading KNOCKBACK bonus as quickly as possible makes it doable for a slow typist. This game not only helps improve your typing but has fun vocabulary words as well.
The gist of the gameplay is to spell words to break down impassable barriers and other landmarks while trying to navigate to key points that will progress the story. You'll have to find the openings using your spacebar if you come across areas you can't access. That's the maze part.
To improve your typing skills some areas are blocked until you obtain enough points by typing. You will come against battles where bugs come at you SLOWLY with words you must spell to kill them before they reach you. Sometimes you can RUN if not in the level arena, so you can approach them from a different angle that might give you extra time to type . Does not matter if you don't succeed because it will restart at place you failed. So don't fret if you are not up to par with your skills. The main thing is it will help you improve your skill by redoing without having to restart. It says, oh that didn't go well, lets try again. I love that feature, so it is no pressure and enjoyable.
If you are great in typing it still can be a challenge if you put on the harder mode that will make you type faster as you progress. Check the box in the options menu.
It also gives you a map with a legend that lets you know all the key points you need to find. You will go back and forth in the realms as more of the map is uncovered. Get enough typing points indicated by this blue bar that denotes your score until you can activate a reveal spot to open more of the territory.
I found it difficult to ride the fox with the keyboard (kept forgetting which keys to use ) so I just used my arrow keys. I had enough time to replace my one hand to the qwerty keyboard to begin spelling but you should try both to see which is more comfortable.
The puzzles are not very difficult but you will have to ponder to figure it out since there is no explanation. FYI, gibberish words means you cannot access that part of the map yet. I spent too long trying to get past an area before I figured that out. Access the map if you ever get stuck and don't know where to go, it will help.
When you progress in the chapters you will get fire and ice that you must spell before banishing the different words depending if they are red or blue. Very fun advancement. Personally I just love the way the land unfolds and having to recognize barriers so you can get those extra typing points.
I recommend this game!

Everything but unlimited moves so far??, but it is just that type of game, a strategy M3. This type of limited moves game is fun because you just keep playing again and you get all the playing time you want, it is not based on levels like traditional M3 games. Game does not end NOR stuck at a level . Just go to a different area if you don't like that particular type M3. Even though if you know how to play M3 you will have no difficulty at least finishing board. It gives you plenty of moves to complete if you match with goal in mind.
The point of the game is to continue gaining more and more EXPERIENCE from playing to open the different AREAS. Each area you can gain up to 3 stars at a time to master the area if you choose, going from a novice type to master, even if it is only one star at a time. It doesn't matter, because this game is not based on how many stars you get at a time. It is a cumulative accounting of stars.
Each area there is different type of M3. Berry Meadow is based on points. Laboratory is matching certain vials. Library is bringing key to its chest. Mushroom valley you must clear background jelly. And there is a ton more of areas to explore, each one different!! It is not a get three stars for the level type game, so that is why there is no replay to get 3 stars. Replay any area at will. Each time you will earn ITEMS depending on how many stars you get, but even if you only get one star it is valuable. You gain experience, coins and some items for your collection also a completion of the many tasks you are assigned.
Tasks go along with the story line, urging you to play different areas or collect items. That can only be found in certain areas. This adds a lot of depth to the game and keeps you striving for finishing goals.
Collections are just that. Keep collecting items to either use them for banishing some creatures roaming on the board or turning them into a prized collection in the collections tab. You can gain coins, crystals or experience to convert these items.
Crystals are the prize to collect because they buy you the power ups in gameplay. So use them wisely. They don't come abundantly although you will gain one each time you complete a board. You also get some for leveling up to higher experience level.
So what else does this game offer, amulets, chests, stones and chains to break, bombs, color eliminators....and I've only opened up 4 areas so far so plenty more to uncover that will keep my interest.
This game is definitely worth a buy. Very long, great graphics, superbly developed in all areas giving plenty to do in this game, . I believe some of the earlier reviews were not familiar with this unique type M3 and some just don't like limited moves which is no reason to give bad review. You cannot have together an untimed, unlimited move game because then it's not a game!! So enjoy the less stress that comes with no time mode and think with a little strategy if that's your cup of tea to relax for the day.
I recommend this game!

This is a quality built game. All areas met or exceeded all the factors that go into building an excellent game. Graphics were beautiful and smooth , challenge for gold is to the second with the right strategy, entertaining storyline , game longevity with many levels, new things to explore in this genre and unique in variation from the norm.
As it was said in other reviews, this is like the farm frenzy genre but I am so glad they got us out of the farm and switched it to something new. Vampires and Zombies, hooray, I just love the concept; but they didn't leave it at just that. There are many differences from the redundancy of the frenzy line. Just the layout of the game and all the different rooms available to explore is unique. You'll have to find the keys first. I'm really wondering what's behind the balcony door. I was really pleasantly surprised to find out they offer rewards for COLLECTIONS in this game, so it's a lot more to strive for than just gold levels and trophies. I'm always glad to see something new in gaming and this fits the bill.
I recommend this game!

I guarantee if you stick with the game it gets you hooked. I love the graphics and three different modes to play. How many levels can you achieve? It keeps you wanting to get higher and higher. And having brain training with numbers make it a valuable asset to your cognitive health.
The timed mode gives a good challenge. They have little clock power ups on some numbers to extend your time. And the multiplier to give you more points so you can level up. Yippie, each level up restarts the timer bar. Trying to include the power up numbers in your sequence is a fun challenge. I've only made it up to level 6 in this mode.
The endless with no timer is my favorite. I made it up to level 39 before I tired out. The higher you level up the more complicated the sequences can go. I like taking my time trying to find all the valid combo's you can make on the board until there is no possible moves. It will then give you a freebie jumble.
Game incentives are that you only start out with number 123 but as you level up a number is added 1234 so then you have more sequences you can try for example 124 (that is double each number sequence, next would be 1248). At level 39 I only achieved getting number 1 through 7. How quickly you level up depends on how long your sequences or same number combo is which scores you the points. You will also get deterrents in game like vanishing numbers, ash blocks, ice blocks and so on, therefore never boring.
The puzzle mode is good fun too. Try to clear the board making your sequences and combos which by throwing in the deterrent blocks makes it good puzzle solving.
This is an all around classic game to own that will never go out of style like Sudoku but a lot more fun.
I recommend this game!

Bring down the royal family from pedestal blocks, beat enemies and press your luck with a little slot action. Yes, believe it or not this is High, Low Solitaire!! I'm glad devs occasionally think out of the box. This is a five star change that adds a new flavor to the genre.
I found it pretty challenging since the power ups are not too easy to come by. They are very expensive compared to the coins you earn in game, so can't be too quick to use them Willy- Nilly. To progress in the levels you will need specified quantity of stars; therefore be ready to battle many enemies and replay levels to earn the coins they drop. Try not to be caught without your sword and shield in a fight, they really help to win. Luckily you can delay fight until ready. I only wish I had more power over the outcome instead of spin of a wheel.
Often when you have so many games they start to become monotonous because developers have no imagination to change up the game play and only change the skin of the game. So I just love it when something new comes along.
This is a definite buy for me.
I recommend this game!

When you try the demo don't think that all levels will be as easy. This game has 300 levels. In an hour you don't make it past the USA which is the only very easy levels, therefore you may be led to believe that this will be just for children. No, it is for adults too and will offer you the challenge you seek.
USA levels can be a good starter and teaching game for children wanting to learn match 3 games, so if you are thinking of getting for your children it will still be a good family game and they can play the first 20 levels.
France levels you will start needing to buy power ups to complete levels so for a little more experienced player. As you progress you will get things like candy chains, needing to make cotton candy, growing strawberries, making matches next to drums to collect, bringing down animals off the board and beating bosses at end of each level by decreasing his meter with specific tokens matched. And this is only by 3rd country.
This is level of my review, 3rd country, Great Brittan and I have to play levels over a few times managing my power ups and trying to get 3 stars. The quantity of stars you get can earn you additional coins by letting you open the presents placed on the level board. Level board lets you select any level for replay and also by clicking circus tent to go back to previous countries.
As far as all the other challenges in this game I am sure it will not disappoint. Each country has about 20 levels and trying to beat them with 3 stars you may need to play over a few times but if you just want to get through them it is not too difficult for the relaxing gamer if they are satisfied with one star. Each level you complete you will earn coins based on how many stars which is a second incentive to get more stars. All coins won help purchase power ups.
This is a move based game, no timer. It doesn't allow you to make multiple matches before tokens finish falling but it doesn't interfere with pace of game. The exploding power ups are fun to generate and you get good cascades.
It is nice to get a game that is new in every way and offers a different variety of gameplay instead of purchasing series of a game that will give you the exact same game with nothing but a different title. Yeah, I like Mystika, Lauraville and Jewel Match but their series are repeats. This is a new refreshing game and I am so glad I purchased. Looking forward to continue my journey and see what other new delights are in store in Brazil, Spain, Germany, Italy, Canada, Japan, Austria, Argentina, Russia, Norway, Netherlands and Australia. A long game well worth the money.
I recommend this game!

I love tangrams, however I like to play in a relaxed mode.
Since this is the only game of its type on this site I bought it anyway.
I agree with the other reviewers about the frustration this game delivers. The mini game in between the tangram levels are frustrating and can't be skipped, but it's not very difficult. It doesn't come with much instruction so it can seem hard at first. You just have to get the hang of what each piece does and not build down to the bottom level where you will run out of space to shoot them. It's a three of a kind match you are after but it's tricky in that you have to sometimes shoot off 3 pieces at a time and that can interfere with you matching. The fire will burn off one and the gong looking icon is a free match. This game is timed so if you're having difficulty lining up the matches you will get game over. Another game over is if you build down your columns and run out of space to shoot off a piece. Usually you may not succeed on the first try. One horrible feature is once you do pass and get your playing pieces for the next level, if you don't pass that next level and have to retry it, you must also go back and play that match game over, ugh!!!
The other frustrating thing is in the tangrams game you are rushing against a clock while birds keep stealing your pieces. I hated that feature.
I would not have bought this game except it is the only one out here. It has 250 levels so it is decent game for the money. I just do one level a day because that's all the frustration I can handle; but at the same time I do enjoy tangrams a lot; a ying and yang experience for me.

This is an arcade type matching game. You must fill boxes with specified type and number of items before it reaches end of conveyer belt. They do offer you power ups that will stop the belt, help you fill orders and repair items which does help a great deal in passing the levels.
It is a fast pace clicking game so if you have any problems with speed or clicking, you should pass on this game because there is no leisure mode. If devs only added an additional mode stopping the conveyer errors, this would of satisfied more buying customers. I guess they don't want slow folks money.
Instead they offer a survival mode where you can compete for how long you can keep it going in an endless mode of shipping items, but still only 3 mistakes until game over. This mode would be ok if they opened up access to all shops at the start. You must enter the shop in the main game first before it becomes available for play in survival.
I do love the variety of shops, therefore anticipate different tokens in each store. It does give you the incentive of getting through the main game to acquire all features, but expect a hair pulling experience.
I also love this type of gameplay. You must master identifying the broken items from the shippable ones so it is fun test of ability to pay attention to detail against timing. The power ups are delightful when they appear. Unfortunately they don't save up.

I only wonder if I will get stuck on a level and be unable to complete the main game because it doesn't have a skip level so I can play in other shops. It also does not offer replay on levels to get better score which will give you a gold star; although it does have unlimited replay if you fail a level in the main game.
This game is similar to the game Super Stamp which I bought and enjoy except you fill with matching shapes. That is also fast paced but you can skip some levels to unlock a new type of book. You might want to compare. See Current Favorite. I'm not sure if this game will be easier than stamps because shapes are more difficult to fill, but path to unlocking levels are non linear in stamps. I just hate buying a game I may not be able to fully unlock. I still will purchase this game but on a discount day because my speed is not what it used to be anymore even though I still enjoy timing.
I recommend this game!
