Okay, I could be wrong but to me this game was very very slow. Everything worked out just a little too easy, there are three modes of play and I played part of the demo in the hardest level which didn't seem too hard. I don't like games that are so hard they are frustrating but I do like a challenge and this one does not offer that, at least in the 30 minutes I played on the demo. I was bored so quit. Graphics are good enough, music upbeat, mini games super easy and I only encountered one HOS which was interative and very easy. Probably a very good game for beginners so I will recommend it based on this but not for people that want a nice challenge.
I recommend this game!

I'm very behind in my games so this review comes a little late but I wanted to write it anyway. I LOVE this series of games and have enjoyed them very much, however, this one is a grave disappointment. I found myself very bored, didn't like the real actors, wasn't crazy about the graphics and the lack of music. The graphics seemed small and cluttered, very dark and just not what we've come to expect from these games. Based on reputation of these games I bought the CE without even playing the demo - wouldn't recommend doing this again! All in all, this game is a disappointment.
I don't recommend this game.

I give this game just an okay because it's not the best game I've ever played but certainly not the worst. The graphics and some of the scenes are absolutely enchanting. The HOS are regular HOS, ones where you find objects that have to be used to find other objects and ones where you place objects into the scene. At times I would have to click an object a couple of times to get it to accept my choice. There are not a lot of mini games but the ones I played are okay. I didn't like the puffball one because I couldn't get enough movement from them to be able to complete the game. All in all an okay game but not worth the CE price to me.
I recommend this game!

Unfortunately I purchased this game without playing the demo. It's not a bad game for just passing the time but it is far too easy in my opinion. It has 3 levels of play and I'm playing on the hardest level and it's easy. I've not been stumped by any of the mini games. The HOS are many and the objects are not hard to find. Everything falls into place a little too easily and conveniently and there is no back and forth. This game has the "observers" which are eyes in each scene that you click on, they become a little animal looking thing then you have to click on it again and it keeps count of how many you find - I don't care for this type of addition to a game because it's silly and to me distracting from the adventure. The graphics are okay but nothing special, storyline the same. All in all okay but not worth CE price.
I recommend this game!

Played the demo and had to have this game to continue the adventure. Graphics are excellent as always from this dev, music moves along with the scenes, storyline is good. It's a fractional HOS, mini games are not hard but a fun challenge although right now I am stuck in the dungeon type prison and have to figure out the mini game to get out. I'm playing on the hardest of three modes, this mode shows no hints, no skips etc. so yikes!! For me so far this has been a very fun game.
I recommend this game!

Based on the demo -didn't play the full demo because I got too bored - I think I will wait for the SE - or possibly pass on this one - rather than buy CE. I've liked these games okay in the past but this one really wasn't great so far. The graphics are good but scenes are very detailed and cluttered so when looking for items, acorns for example, they are small. There is ALOT of talking but you can click through which I do. Cut scenes are okay, nothing great. I played three mini games which were fairly easy. Probably not a bad way to pass a rainy day but for me the SE price will be better for this game.
I recommend this game!

I was late getting to play this but still wanted to review it because it is a really good game. The graphics are what draws my attention to most games and to me this one does not disappoint. I really like the animated fantasy type graphics it has. The cut scenes, voice overs and music are all well done. The story line is routine but with new games each day how could you come up with something different?! There are notes and a map - one reviewer stated they never could find the map, it's a tab on the top of the notes. The map will transport you to locations you have been to, notes are as usual and HOS are good - they do have morphing objects. I did find that sometimes I would click on objects, nothing would happen - for example the straweberry in one HOS I clicked several times and it wouldn't take but finally it did - this was a little annoying. Mini games are good but unfortunately the devs decided we didn't need instructions so there were some I wasn't sure what to do so had to skip. Hints don't recharge, you have to win coins through mini games and buy hint recharges from the store - didn't overly care for this either. All in all though a good challenging game with graphics that made it all worthwhile.
I recommend this game!

Because of the mixed reviews I had to try this one for myself. The graphics are beautiful, the music is soothing and the storyline is probably good but unfortunately there is just far too much dialog that you can't click through - you can skip it if you choose. I didn't make it far into the demo because it moved entirely too slow for me. There were constant cut scenes where the evil black smoke moved through, the little helper guy talked ALOT and I thought having to find the snoop-sees (or whatever they were called) was a little childish. Just not for me.
I don't recommend this game.

I didn't even demo this game, just went straight to buy. I LOVE these games for destressing after a work day. This one doesn't disappoint - some of the scenes are a bit of a challenge, music is good (I always like the music in these games) graphics are good and as always you are seeing sights in a new city! I would like to see somewhere in Italy as the next adventure! Another hit for Jolly Bear as far as I'm concerned!
I recommend this game!
