This game for me is challenging almost to frustration! I'm playing in Expert mode so the hint charges very slowly. I find myself going back and forth trying to figure out what to do at times and unfortunately when I've used the Hint, it tells me time to move on - grrrr!!! The graphics are really nice and I like the music, it changes with the scenes at times which is good. The HOS are nice, not a lot of clutter and at times interactive. There is no guide and so far no walk through so I'm stuck but will go back and keep going back and forth until I find something!
I recommend this game!

As with the other Spirit games, this one has beautiful graphics, clear, crisp and colorful. The scenes are pretty and the music is upbeat. I have played the first 30 minutes of the demo and am buying. The storyline is different, the Princess is trying to find her stolen magic animals. Mini games I have played so far are fun, not extremely challenging but enough to make you think. Back and forth seems to be minimal which is nice sometimes also. A short review because being an animal lover I am anxious to buy and continue the adventure and save the animals!
I recommend this game!

I was so excited to see a new BCA I bought it immediately. I have all of the BCA games and love them, however, this one does not rate as good as the previous ones. The scenes just aren't as likeable to me as previous games, the items seem very small and at times in such cluttered places you really can barely see them. I don't mind a challenge but it's a game and I want to relax and enjoy it. I do love all of the mini games (except the jigsaw puzzles - just don't like those!) and the music is nice, it has a little of a French feel to it. In the previous games you also picked which character you are, in this one you don't. All in all a good game just not up to par with the ones they've done in the past.
I recommend this game!

I'm a little late playing the Drawn Series but I'm a HUGE fan! I have bought and played all three, am almost at the end of this one and am prolonging it because I don't want the adventure to end. The artwork is amazing in these series, all three. The dimensional book pages are the absolute coolest the way they pop up and you move around and do things in them. Playing croquet in the book with the lamplighter was so fun! I can't say enough about how different and wonderful this series is. I soooo hope they do more becaue I have not tired of the adventure and feeling like a part of a complete other world!
I recommend this game!

I am still playing but am close to the end and have very much enjoyed this game. The graphics are crisp, the scenery beautiful. The music of course is beautiful being the original music for the Nutcracker. The storyline is on spot and interesting and the cut scenes are done very well - it actually seems kind of like you are part of a movie and are helping to defeat the Rat King! The HOS have some interaction and are nice because the artwork is so well done. I found some of the mini games to be challenging which I like, however, one that should have been fairly simple I had to skip - cups, bowls and plates on shelves, put all cups on a shelf, bowls on shelf and plates on shelf, in order of indicated color - easy enough - however, I could not figure out how to get them to exchange with each other - made no sense to me so finally skipped! Great game though and would highly recommend if you want some beautiful holiday entertainment.

After only a few minutes of gameplay I'm buying this game. The graphics are GORGEOUS!!! Even the M3 pieces are pretty!! After so many dark games this is such a nice change of pace. You can play timed or not, music is good. I highly recommend this game!!

Based on a lot of reviews I really expected a great game but I couldn't last through the trial - the girl's voice was so whiny and annoying! What I saw of the graphics was okay, the mini games and HO easy. Just not my cup of tea.
I don't recommend this game.

Loved the graphics from the start - beautiful, clear and brightly colored. The HOS scenes aren't hard but are fun because the artwork is so nice. Mini games are interesting - not extremely hard but still make you think. Putting things together and moving through the game is memory and common sense - not a lot of hand holding but easy enough to put together and do. The music is upbeat and goes with the individual scenes. All in all, appealing artwork, relaxing paced game, bright and fun. A nice change from all of the dark and evil!!!

I didn't even try the demo because I wanted no play interruption - I knew from the previous games it would be awesome (and was not disappointed)! I bought and immersed myself into this wonderful game. It's a perfect balance of mini games, HOS and moving around and putting things together and figuring things out. The graphics are gorgeous, the music beautiful and relaxing and the storyline interesting. Challenging but not incredibily difficult, just enough to make you think!!! There is some back and forth but not enough to get annoying. Altogether a great game.
I recommend this game!

I have played a lot of games and this ranks in my top 10. I don't usually think the stories are that great, this one is good. The graphics are in my top 5 favorite, they are beautiful, especially in the fantasy type portal - gorgeous. There are a lot of HOS but I like that - they are challenging so not boring. The mini games are challenging - I rarely use the skip but I did on some of these because I don't do well on the ones where you have to move the squares around inside the square. The music was a flute type music, I found it relaxing so I kept the volumn up while playing. Overall this is a great game.
I recommend this game!
