Someday I will learn that the Expedition series just isn't as good as it used to be. I do hope I didn't pay full price. Once again a tired storyline filled with tedious, time consuming puzzles (all of which I skipped) and HOS. Was very happy to find a custom setting which allowed me to set the refresh very quickly.
Transporter map was good as were the animations. Voice-overs passable, music annoying and characters stiff. Glad it was over when it was over. These games from this developer are getting more boring, tedious and same-o which is sad.
Very typical old school match 3. I skipped the entire storyline which had nothing to do with the mechanics of the game. More just filler. No bells or whistles like a builder game. Just plain match 3 with not a lot of challenge.
Music was awful and I shut it off, graphics animations OK. Power ups were easily purchased with money earned in gameplay. Game seemed short compared to some match 3 games. I certainly hope I didn't pay full price for it.
Recommended only for match 3 beginner players, seasoned ones will get as bored as I did.

Sometimes "long" works, but not when it begins to get tedious due to awkward gameplay which I am beginning to find with games from this developer.
Transporter map was very confusing and I resorted to using the HINT to move around and using it even more toward the end just to get the game over with. Good thing it had a custom setting which allowed me to set both the hint and skip to refresh VERY quickly.
A lot of HOS and very tedious and difficult puzzles. I assume those who like puzzles will love this game though. Storyline wasn't a new one. Voice-overs were good as were the graphics and animations. Actually characters were "stiff" though. Game was kind of a click, click, click game which got old...basically about half way through it was getting old.
Whether it was actually too long or just seemed that way because it got boring I can't tell...but a game that doesn't move smoothly irritates me...especially unlocking the mint safe; I actually had to go to a forum to figure that one out which I really dislike doing.

What an enjoyable stroll through Greek Mythology! Totally enjoyed this smooth flowing game with outstanding graphics and animations. Voice-overs and music were pleasant and an enjoyable storyline.
Transporter map was very good and needed as you did move around through this game quite a bit. Cut scenes and dialog were actually entertaining. At first I thought the HOS were going to be junk piles but quickly realized they were fully interactive and all parts were used to complete. Puzzles were OK (I'm not a puzzles person) and the hint and skip refreshed quickly.
Easy going, enjoyable gameplay which was not really a big challenge but fun. Not too long so you got tired of it, and not so short you felt you didn't get your money's worth. Highly recommend for just plain gameplay enjoyment.
As an agent of the Alliance, you’ve been given a mission to destroy an ancient artifact known as the Spear of Destiny. In the wrong hands, it could help conquer the world.

Again, another demo that promised good gameplay but turned out to be totally boring. Those who love HOS and Puzzles will love this one since that is what the whole game is one HOS after another and Puzzles, one after another. I totally lost track of the storyline as the whole gameplay was just moving from HOS and Puzzle.
I actually just started using the HINT to move around because the game got so monotonous. Scenes were dark and items hard to see hence a lot of clicking in dark spaces. HOS objects were very small and dark....puzzles tedious.
Voice overs and character animations very stoic. Finally just gave up and I totally lost interest and got tired of all the HOS and searching around in the dark. If you want an exciting game, this isn't the one. If you want to spend a couple of hours doing HOS and puzzles...then this one is for you.

I played the demo and thought it would be a good game, but after trying to play it and just couldn't get into it. Stopped and started a few times but it just moved way to slowly.
I found it awkward to play, not a smooth game. The hint was really foolish and I thought that "jack sparrow wanna be" pirate silly and annoying. Just couldn't bring myself to finish the game.
Animations and graphics were great, but the coloring was dark and made things hard to see at times. Cut scenes got annoying. HOS were pretty standard and the mini games tedious. Transporter map was good but didn't seem to cover the whole game. Oh well...
I don't recommend this game.

Good thing I demoed this first 'cause I would have been really upset if I had laid out full price for it. Very silly, old school match 3 game. What is so hard about coming up with a good match 3 game anymore.
Dorky sound effects, bad graphics and a nowhere storyline. What a waste of time.

The demo started out to be fun but soon found the power-ups to be confusing and awkward and acquiring these are a must for playing this game. Game also seemed to drag, not a very quick response to mouse movement.
The game is timed with no option to play relaxed. The one thing that really put me off was the slider mini game which wasn't all that easy with no skip option so if you didn't make it, you game was over. I found that ridiculous and almost stopped right there. I just didn't find the game fun..it got difficult quite quickly and beating the timer became difficult. So that was it for the demo for me.

I started out enjoying this game although I found the gameplay awkward and not very smooth. Scenes were dark so it was very hard to see things. I had set both the hint and skip to refresh very quickly and it was a good thing because I used them frequently.
HOS gamers will love this as there were A LOT of HOS which were interactive and varied. I like HOS, but got a bit tired of them. Puzzles were frequent, tedious, time consuming and somewhat difficult. I skipped almost all of them. Bad part is when you skip you have to sit and watch the puzzle solve itself which can be a real finger-tapper. Not needed. And the dialog puzzles...I really don't like those.
Color (although way to dark), animations, voice-overs were very good. Would have been a fun game if not for so many HOS and Puzzles, so if you are not into A LOT of those, I'd suggest you pass.
Transporter map was OK, but didn't always show the next step. The hint was also a transporter hint so I used it almost all the time...especially toward the end as I was getting a little bored and tired of trying to look into dark corners for things. Hint worked well to find those.
Ended well so no need for CE unless you like all those bells and whistles which are usually in them. I purchased this on sale or with a credit so I guess it was just an OK gameplay but probably would not play it again. Up to you.

Good grief, glad that one is over. Very boring and foolish. Voice-overs, constant cut scenes and lengthy narratives took up most of the time in this game.
HOS were OK, but the mini-games/puzzles were awful. Instructions were no clear and therefore rendered the puzzles tedious and confusing. Glad I had the skip and hint on very quick refresh. Transporter map was good, but I got so tired of this game I just used the hint to get me around to the end. Gameplay was tedious and at times just not very clear.
Color was dark most of the time....dumb storyline. Good grief, I can't believe I got suckered into this one!
