A very lovely, well done game. The things you collect change with each grid, which also changes each time. You gain coins to buy your power-ups, gain materials for rebuilding your world and you can build each part until it's done or you can build on a few different parts at the same time. It isn't your same old match 3.
The demo was over before I knew it and that's always a good sign. This will be a nice game to have. It's cheery and pretty, even the music is good.
I recommend this game!

I really liked this one. It recognizes a lot more words than the normal word games and for one who knows a lot of wordes, that's wonderful.
The music isn't obnoxious, either. It's very unobtrusive.
There are points for longer words and they begin with four letter words instead of the regular 3-letter. There's lots of blank letters (no points for these, or course); letters you can swap one for one or a group at a time; groups of letters you can move over; "on fire" letters that have to be played where they lie and bonus multipliers for lengthy words.
I found this to be an adult-oriented game worthy of purchase. If you like word games, this is one of the best that's been offered in a long time.
I recommend this game!

I started my game playing with the match 3 genre so I have a fondness for it still. This game doesn;t do it for me.
The storyline is fine, though a bit overdone. The game play is different because you open lockers ( squares ) and then you match fruits (3 together) and there are cute power-ups, including a bug spray for the worms that eat your fruit (they leave behind stems and peels in their wake) and the game really is cute.
But... there was a lag in the action when the fruit fell and I'm not sure if anyone else had that problem; kind of a slow motion fall. The instructions just sort of popped up on the screen instead of having a help log where you could read at your leisure and there is no provision for an un-timed game. Some of us are just not that fast anymore.
I would like to see it go back for a fix-up and then re-released because I think it could really be a great game. (it needs better music, too)
I recommend this game!

What a wonderful gsame ! I enjoyed the demo very much and can't wait to play the whole thing
The graphics are really good and the sound effects fit the visuals There are voice-overs and readable text; not too much of either one
There is a hint that lets you know what to do next or at least that you've missed something in a location.
There is an automaton who has developed emotional problems (shades of Hal# and an inventor who communicates by phone so you only hear him. You have to rescue both him and you.
The only thing missing is an organic atmosphere. It takes place in a mechanical world so everything is metal #hence the name House of Brass)
Even so, this game is great fun ! The adventure aspect of the game is stressed and the HO scenes don't take forever to do and are not everywhere. The puzzles are pretty cool. I didn't find a ball in time to play the one and thought the demo did not last anywhere near long enough but that just made me want to buy the game more.
This is a definite "must have".
I recommend this game!

This is a really nice game. The graphics are a mix of amazingly beautiful and a bit cartoony. The music is very apropos and wonderfully unobtrusive. There are no voice-overs; you have to read the dialogue. That's not a bad thing, though, you can imagine how you want them to sound.
The story isn't a new one; witch casts spell on town and turns everything to ice and you have to save the day. It doesn't really matter, it's fun anyway. Between the snow and ice and the winter weather sounds it is literally a "cool" game.
There is a bit of hand-holding in the very beginning (casual mode) and an automatic tutorial. This disappears after a few scenes. The HOs are clear and uncluttered for the most part and you have a hint that is easily seen for stuff that is hidden too well. The puzzles are different and with a little playing around you can figure them out.
I like this kind of game and will add it to my collection.
I recommend this game!

Loved the opening graphics and music. Storyline interesting. I played the demo and didn't get into much of the story but it piqued my interest.
The time it took to recover between scenes was too long; it made you wonder if the game had stopped working. It also took time away from the demo. The HO scenes were crowded and I had to use a hint for almost each one but the graphics were crisp and clear mostly.
I missed the music in the body of the game. It was done rather methodically so you didn't lose sight of where the things you picked up were supposed to be used. There weren't as many puzzles as HOs and the one I came across was different but simple It was easy to know where to go next and I don't know if it gets harder but from what I played I don't think the strategy guide is warranted.
A nice, interesting game. I will wait for the SE to come out to purchase it.
I recommend this game!

Cute graphics, nice music but monotonous. Gather food, stone and gold; achieve the tasks set before you in the time allotted. Nothing new here. There was some "outrunner" bonus I was suppose to use but I never could find any explanation as to where it was and so I couldn't move on beyond that point. If you have one TM game like this you don't need another, but it's good to at least demo this game. It could end up being your favorite.
I recommend this game!

The graphics are excellent in this game; the sound is good without constant annoying music but there is a serious lag between the spoken and printed dialogue. The character is long through speaking and the printed speech is still being displayed on the screen. There is no way to skip it, either.
There are lots of things to pick up (hand) and look at (magnifying glass). I play slowly so I don't get far fast but I found several different puzzles in my short travels.
There are bunches of places to hunt for clues (more than most). You dust and pick up fingerprints as you go and there are pieces of jewelry to pick up also.
The HO scenes are a little dark for me but the hint gives you the placement of an item so you can search in the right spot.
Very different. All in all a good game.
I recommend this game!
