The music is excellent. It has several levels that are extra challenging. The 3 stage hammer is super helpful. My favorite part is seeing how many snowballs I can make to clear the board. I have owned this game for over 20 years? I keep moving it to new computers. I've played it so many times. The overly blingy jewel match games I really don't like. This one is great.
Fun game, cute music, love the clapping villagers. It's not hard. Some levels to get gold are harder than others. It's a great game to de-stress. Definitely a little old school, but that's what I liked about it.
Game is really short and just way too easy. This is similar like Emerald Tale which is very long and can be difficult. I was really disappointed Oriental dreams ended so quickly. It has slide to match, matching tiles and some hidden object. Storyline is lame and graphics are mediocre. Claws and Feathers is 1000 times better.
The pieces are very clunky and have a strange sheen over them that makes all the colors sort of blend together. It's not challenging, and the power ups are pretty useless. I think Fishdom and Big Kahuna are much better match 3's. There is an aquarium building aspect of sorts, but I don't pay much attention to that or storylines. Give it a try, you might like it.
This game reminds me of online slot machine games where you mindlessly pull the handles and really achieve nothing. In fact, watching paint dry would be infinitely more fun that this game.
This is a match 3 game where the object is to play the game as fast as you can and make as many matches as you can in 60 seconds per round. That's it.
There also appear to be some mini games as I played one during the demo. In fact I was pretty sure I had used up the hour and couldn't stand it anymore so closed the game, only to realize I had 26 minutes left of complete boredom. Needless to say I won't be buying this game.
I really don't understand some of the negative reviews. The graphics are super. The characters are cute, and yes there is a story line all though out. In fact it's all explained when you first click on each level. The goal is to get all the "rune books". Then a king wants you to use the books. It doesn't go well and you have to complete the bonus levels. In my opinion, MKFTP is the standard by which all games should be judged. The best game ever! So no, this one is no MKFTP, but it is lots of fun. I like the eyeballs and flowers that auto grab your items. About 1/2 way through it takes a turn, and becomes much more challenging. Though I did make 3 stars on all levels the first time. I have to say some were not easy! I think my favorite levels were the ones where the players have to go around and around and around. Just trying to keep up with that was challenging.
I downloaded the demo based on so many over the top glowing reviews. Sadly, I don't feel the same way. To try and get the shields I spent at least 30 minutes of the demo going through the first scene over and over and over 25 times! And still only got 2 shields. Then I knew that I would have to play the same scene at least 100 times to find all 5 shields. So then I changed strategy. Since a shield showed up in the first scene on the first round, I then proceeded to just play the first round of each scene. That way I would get to see many of the scenes and start to get some of the shields. That's when I started noticing that many of the hidden objects are misnamed. Then I got annoyed. So many of the objects are misnamed that you have to click a hint just to see what the object really is! Also many of the hidden objects are similar. Find a dolphin that is drawn exactly like a shark and a whale. They could all be the same thing. Overall, based on the demo NOOOOOOOO I will not be buying this game. Very disappointing.
After 60 seconds I felt like I'd sunk to a new low. I know there are different games for different people, but this is really lame. A real coloring book would be more fun! I waste time already that I shouldn't waste, but I can't imagine spending any more time on this type game. I'm embarrassed to say I spent 5 minutes. Seriously this must be for toddlers. It's just using a mouse to click on colors.
I played 45 minutes of the demo thinking it would get harder and more interesting. It didn't. It's just too simple for me. Basically you put the scales across the board trying to make matches of 3. The boards change and sometimes you can only put blue scales on blue squares which I thought would make it harder at some point. It didn't. I also don't like the wiccan type symbols and the demon "host".
If you like playing the same exact game over and over and over just like cursed house 2-6, then I guess this is your game. Saw another reviewer say this is like Lauraville? That's sad that this developer simply changes the name of the game and just rehashes the same thing. Do people really pay for that?
