Glad I didn't. The first 14 levels I couldn't understand the low ratings. The music is great. The story is really good for a match 3. The amount of bang and pop and fast moving tiles I was getting was really good. I was willing to overlook the limited moves. I was even willing to overlook not being able to make matches while other tiles are falling. Then came level 15. Collect 39 lamps. Ok, no problem, or is it? After 4 tries, I exited and uninstalled.
You can't collect 39 lamps if you never get 39 lamps to collect. 4 tries and never did get enough lamps to fall. So with limited moves I'm not going to waste any more time on the game.
I don't recommend this game.

I want single difficult boards to clear. Is that so tough to manage? Jewel match wonderland and Jewel match 1-2 are excellent.
Arrows everywhere in this game, go here, go there, a few gold squares in this room then click the arrow for another room.
And then to annoy me even more they want me to hitch a rope to something so I can climb up and get a red key. Well I tried hitching that rope to every area on the screen and never did find it.
I'm an expert match 3 player. I expect a true match 3 game when I download a game that claims to be match 3.
Sorry I wasted 35 minutes of my day on this drivel.
I don't recommend this game.

Not really sure where to begin for this review. This game is somewhat old school. Players have to return to the hut before each run and you can't click in advance. It's obvious there was no beta test of this game. I've finished the whole game and still don't know what two of the buttons do. There are no directions. So just jump in and take off and learn as you go.
This game is VERY repetitive and can be VERY slow while you wait for berry bushes, lots and lots of veggie and berry bushes. In fact I had to wait so much I was doing my crafting while playing this game.
This game is basically like building your own business. You start off slow and small and you build slowly and keep working at it and it grows little by little.
The graphics are cute, characters are cute. The buildings are unusually built and they provide corn, peppers, grapes and various other veggies to harvest.
Several tips:
The speed up button in the bottom right is essential. Just press it at the beginning of every level and play in relaxed mode so the timer is of no consequence.
Harvest all the trees you can at first as it costs zero energy.
Don't just start off building things or you will be starting over alot. Gather veggies and trees first!
Hover over everything to see what can be done. If you can click it then it will hover green, if not then red. Strategize your moves.
Level 19 (and a couple others) you think you are going to be short of lumber. It wasn't until level 10 that I realized 1 inventory item is issued about every 2 minutes so just wait for that last piece of lumber to finish the round.
After round 20 or so it is essential to build up your worker staff before doing anything else. The game will proceed faster.
This is not a game for a beginner of TM games.
I recommend this game!

This game was a fun 3 1/2 star game. Yes the graphics are from 1990 but overall this is a decent TM game.
It has the same music and style as Chase for Adventure.
Some unique items include a timer bonus you have to pay to use that costs 30 food so not really cheap and it makes the timer increase instead of just freeze.
It has portal buttons you have to pay for and push which only last a certain amount of time so be quick!
It also has buttons that you have to push to be able to run over traps. This will tie up one worker because they have to keep holding the button.
It has puzzle pieces to collect, but no other hidden items.
I did finish 19 levels before the demo was over so it will be a short game, but for $2.99 I felt it was worth it. Also it's low in download data which is a plus for those of us without truly unlimited internet.
Overall I'm glad I gave it a chance. I think if they make more there really is some potential for a great series.
I recommend this game!

I immediately bought this thinking they would be offering the hidden objects in the scenes like past collector's editions. Since they haven't offered CE for the past few in the series I thought this one would really be a gem. I was wrong.
Same great game. You start off with two minions which is great. Same great graphics. Long game, challenging if you choose that option.
Sadly disappointed in the "extras". There are a few dwarves to find and two buttons as mentioned in the previous review I can't open. They do nothing when you click on them. Perhaps further into the game I'll be wildly surprised and thrilled if I can access them, but I miss the little hidden objects. My favorite ID was the one with the children's theme with lots of things to find.
Oh well back to picking up crystals and picking pumpkins. Perhaps the next one will be more thrilling.
I recommend this game!

It's just Laruaville and Cursed House all over again. You like playing those same games over and over then you will like this game.
It has no challenge. I made it through 30 levels by the time the demo ended.
The graphics are lovely though. Really cute and sweet theme, but if you've played one game from this developer you've played them all.
I don't recommend this game.

Apparently this dev thinks one celled amoeba evolved into algae, then worms, then shrimp in cocoons, then into starfish, which evolved into jellyfish, then clown fish, then pufferfish. That's the point I couldn't go any further.
If you believe humans evolved from monkeys, then this game is for you!
The graphics are terrible. The concept is terrible. You can't change from full screen and this is perhaps the most ridiculous game I've ever played. Believe me, space invaders was light years ahead of this game.
I wish bigfish had zero stars!
I don't recommend this game.

Once again I've wasted download data and precious time on a Jewel match game. Some of the early ones are great. My favorite is the very first one "Jewel Match Winter Wonderland". Love the snowball, the music, the hard patterns, the few powerups.
Then they change to this overly complicated style of game.
Take a clue from games like the "cradle series", "Imperial Island" series. Take a clue from these great games.
Jewel match is just too over dramatic. There is just too much going on. You can't ever upgrade the treasure chest. I don't even bother with the powerups. They just aren't that good. The music in this one nearly put me to sleep. Why are these devs creating "rooms"? Just give me an intricate pattern and I'll be happy. I have no desire to build static wallpaper cities.
I like to put thought into my moves. This one the pieces fall and the game basically plays itself. Clears much of the board on it's own.
I won't be purchasing this game.
I don't recommend this game.

The colors and graphics are nice, though for me there is way too much going on. This is a review from a finished demo.
The mummy workers are great and move really fast unlike other TM games. There are fairies that will steal your resources. Sadly Cleopatra and many of the other characters are just solid neon pink. A newer computer may not have these problems. I also had a bright pink neon square on the map page.
They won't let you see what you get with the CE unless you buy it, and I won't be buying it.
Many levels have useless twists and turns that can just purely waste your time and don't need to be cleared to finish the goal. I found that out the first time by making a bridge that led to nowhere, literally it was useless. I began to notice this on many levels.
I played on easy, but I do like the fact that the developer's record time is given. An incentive for trying on normal or hard.
The reason I won't be buying this game is the fact that Cleopatra has to worship at the altars of false gods. I know many will laugh at me, but I'm not going to do that in real life, and not even in a game and not even knowing Cleopatra did worship false gods. Unfortunately in order to play the game on normal or hard with a timer you have to make these offerings because they give you bonuses like faster speed etc.
Try it, you might like it, but I don't and won't be buying it.
I don't recommend this game.

Why bother playing if getting matches of 4, 5 or larger you get no benefit? No powerups? By level 2 the board was completely bogged down with few matches and the only way to proceed was to keep making pitiful matches until the power up bubble filled just to get a hammer to strike one tile to again have to fill up the power bubble until such time as you actually ran out of moves and finally the board shuffled.
I also despise those stupid changing bubbles you have to pop to get the tile.
No wow factor here, just dull serene music to lull you to sleep because sleeping is way better than wasting any more brain cells on this game.
I really wish Big Fish would clearly mark the game developer of each one of these games on each page. I would then know not to waste precious download data on games from this dev.
