Firstly, this game should probably be 3 1/2 stars, as it wasn't quite the same calibre as some of the games around. It was also a tad on the short side. Everything about this game was smooth and steady. The hidden object games, puzzles, tasks to complete - all at a nice even pace. I played on the harder of the two modes, where no hints or skips were allowed...but none were needed. You had a journal but no map, although the map wasn't really needed as the game was divided into sections, where you only need access areas around you with each section. The storyline itself was probably the strongest part of the game, (although still full of holes) and at the very end I thought "finally, a bit of meat in a game!"...and then the last sentence was spoken and ruined everything. Take that very last sentence out, which didn't fit in with the general plot, and you have a semi-decent story. No edge of the seat suspense, but still has you guessing. I found this game to be a great filler-in, and definitely recommend it.

Take 'Azada' out of the game and you have a nice, typically ERS game. Put 'Azada' back into the game and prepare to be disappointed. Beautiful graphics, cut-scenes and voice-overs. All so very typical of this dev. Hidden object games were marginally interactive and were mostly very easy, although a couple had very obscure items to find, even after being shown them. They also had annoying sparkles. Puzzle games were very easy, and very standard rather than the typical Azada style. No achievements to earn or bonus items to find, although you could collect coins along the way. Storyline was...once again, very typical ERS. Existed but was predictable and not very riveting. Game play was an okay length. Bonus chapter followed on from main story but not essential to it. More of the same calibre of play as the main game. Was probably a bit of a waste of time, but still pleasant enough to play. To collect all the coins and complete the book that has all the animals in it, you need to also complete the bonus chapter. This game is enjoyable if you expect to play a typical ERS game, but not if you are expecting Azada. Still, I enjoyed it, and recommend the game.

Typical of most ERS games, this game has stunning graphics, lovely cut-scene and good voice-overs. Bu the downside to most of these games is that they all sort of meld together - and this is no exception. There is nothing that really stands out, or is particularly memorable. The hidden object games were only marginally interactive, and generally very easy. A couple had you looking for an item when there was another of that item in the main background - which was very frustrating. Hidden object games also had annoying sparkles, even on the hardest mode. The were no achievements to earn or extra hidden items. There were fans to collect, but that was only for your hint bar (which I didn't use). Puzzles were far too easy, and nothing really original. The story itself could have been great, but i found myself losing interest when we discovered who the culprit was only half way through the game. The bonus chapter followed on from the main story, but wasn't essential to it. If anything it seemed 'tacked on'. It was the same calibre as the main game, but was quite short. Whilst this game was still very enjoyable to play, I'd recommend the SE version as the bonus chapter was poor, and the game too easy to need the strategy guide.

Would prefer to give this game 3 1/2 stars. Lovely graphics, cut-scenes and voice-overs, and catered for wide-screen. Your fiance gets stolen by a succubus [named Lilith, which to me was a poor choice] and you need to rescue him - by saving other souls? It just didn't sit well with me. Seemed rather disjointed and poorly put together. The hidden object games were marginally interactive and fairly easy. The puzzles were easy to moderate, with nothing new. You had bonus objects to find but no achievements to earn. There was a map which you could use to jump scenes. All rather average and ho-hum.... The bonus chapter was from another character POV, and was either a sequel or a prequel. Was a bit confused as it started with the release of the succubus but ended in her demise - maybe a bit of both? The bonus chapter was mostly spent in the world of the dead and was far more interesting. It was also a reasonable length. I found the level of challenge to be slightly harder than the main game as well. I recommend the CE version of this game, as what lacks in the main story is forgotten with the bonus chapter.

Really would prefer to give this 4 1/2 stars... Beautiful graphics, voice-overs and cut-scenes. Catered for widescreen. Had all the things I find essential for a CE game. Achievements to earn. Hidden bonus items [I somehow missed one!]. Journal. And map. Hidden object games were only slightly interactive, and mostly very easy. There was a click penalty, that was a pause, but only after quite a few wrong clicks. The puzzles were mostly very easy, although there were a few that made you think. The only place the game fell short was the storyline, which was a bit weak, and didn't seem to flow well. The topic was Pandora's Box, yet I never felt as if the box had been opened and things were in dire straits. It just didn't sit well with me. Was also fairly predictable. The bonus chapter was a bit of a disappointment. It was more of a mini prequel - but even then it didn't really match with the plot in the main story. It also wasn't very long. But the bonus chapter playing and scenes were on the same calibre as the rest of the story. If you aren't one for strategy guides, then maybe wait for the SE version. However, I still think the game was worth the CE label, and definitely recommend!

Lovely graphics, cut-scenes and voice-overs made this an enjoyable game to play. It had all the goodies I expect to see in a CE game - including achievements and bonus hidden items. But what the game lacked was that little extra something that makes a game memorable. Hidden object games were only slightly interactive, and puzzles varied from easy to moderate. Game included a map for easy jumping from scene to scene. Storyline flowed nicely, but wasn't really edge of your seat captivating. Bonus chapter was more of the same calibre, with the storyline not being essential to the main game - more of a mini-story that could have taken place at any stage after the main story. Definitely recommend this game, but am on the fence as to getting the CE or SE version. But if you like getting CE games then this would be one to add to the collection.

Lovely graphics, voice-overs and cut-scenes make this game enjoyable to play. Hidden object games were only minimally interactive and very easy. The puzzles were mostly very easy, although a couple were poorly explained - and one I had to change play mode to skip as I couldn't figure out what to do. There were no bonus objects to find, and no achievements to earn, which was a major disappointment. The map could be used to move from scene to scene. There was no journal. The storyline was was there and flowed nicely, but no edge of the seat drama. The game was a fair length.. The bonus chapter was of the same lovely calibre as the main story, and followed on from the main story, but not essential to it. This would be one of the better bonus chapters I've played. Whilst it did have its shortfalls, the game was still very enjoyable to play. Definitely recommend.

Stunning graphics, voice-overs and cut-scenes make this game very appealing to play. Rather than the standard hidden objects, this game had fragments of objects to find. Something I thoroughly enjoy. However, this game fell short in that the hidden object scenes had no interaction whatsoever. The puzzles varied from very easy to moderate, with a good variety although nothing new. There were bonus 'cursed' objects to find, but no achievements to earn. The only map available was the one with your 'compass' to take you to different areas. This could have been excellent, but you were always told where to go, which took the challenge away. The storyline was was there and flowed nicely, but no edge of the seat drama. Some of the mini-stories within the game were sad, and the overall story wasn't the happiest of endings. The game itself was a tad bit short, but not enough to really be noticeable. The bonus chapter was of the same beautiful calibre as the main story, but not essential to it - more of a prequel. Whilst it did have its shortfalls, the game was still very enjoyable and worth the CE value. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful graphics, cut-scenes and voice-overs, and catered for wide screen, which made this adventure game pleasant to play. However, like the first game, I found it a tad too easy. Storyline was there but a little confusing at times, almost as if bits were missing from the game. I think the main thing to note, however, with this game, is that the bonus chapter is actually part of the main story, so without it the tale will be incomplete. Still, I recommend this game and consider the CE version worth the price.

When I saw this game I bought it straight out as I knew I would like it - and I was right. Stunning graphics, good voice-overs, great cut-scenes, and catered for wide screen. My computer stalled a bit between scenes, but not enough to be annoying. Hidden objects were with basic interaction and were easy to see, and puzzles were average to easy, but with a couple requiring thought. There were no bonus hidden items. There were achievements to earn - although I didn't receive 2 of them. The first being for using the tutorial - I wasn't asked about it and could find nowhere to access it. The second being if I played for over 5 hours - which means that it isn't a long game. The bonus chapter was a sort of prequel rather than following on from game, and was very short, boring, mediocre and easy [bar one puzzle that I used the SG to complete as it was somewhat cumbersome] and really was a waste of time. CE or SE - really depends on how much you depend on the SG, as it wasn't worth the CE just for the bonus game. But definitely recommend this game!
