Discover the fabulous secrets that a jungle hides in Adelantado Trilogy: Book One! Help the brave and noble officer, Don Diego De Leon, to find and save the lost expedition.
I had incredible fun playing this game...and incredible guilt.
I love how it's your choice where to place the buildings. Placing sawmills near trees and quarries near rocks will be the difference between winning the game or not. I played in relaxed mode so I had all the time in the world to strategize. Sometimes you'll have no room for a building you desperately need and then enough trees will be chopped down to make room for it. Be sure to chop down every bush and rock and tree since most of the "secrets" will be underneath them.
But, as others have said, it's a bit cringe-worthy. The conquistadores and natives are playing nice but once you smash all their pots and take away all their resources, the place looks worse by the time you leave. Also, there's the issue of not being able to save in the middle of a level. I had to check out the old Big Fish forums a couple of times, but otherwise, it was pretty easy to finish on expert level.
A zoo employee has been found dead, discover the sinister plot behind his death!
I enjoyed this game...but not quite as much as the first in this series. The ending was a bit anticlimactic and I had to skip several puzzles because a lot of math was involved. That being said, I really enjoyed the huge world, the fascinating discoveries and all the hidden object games. Also, the hints were easier to come by in this game in the form of batteries left in every room.
A ruby pendant has taken you to another world! Discover the secrets of this family to get back home!
This was a pleasant surprise for an older game! It was a big world but on the easy setting the transporting map tells you where you need to go. There were very challenging puzzles that thankfully you could skip.
The hint system was different. You have a limited number of hints to begin with and you have to pick up a hidden rose in each room to add hints. I have no idea what happens when the hints run out because there are so many rooms and roses that I finished the games with around 10 rose hints left.
The world is out of balance and you must obtain the orb of purity to set it right again!
To be perfectly honest, I wasn't crazy about this game. The story felt uneven and defeating the antagonist in the end felt rather unsatisfying. I gave the game 4 stars because of the beautiful artwork and the very challenging puzzles. Voice actor Lani Minella (the voice of Nancy Drew) was also a bonus.
This is the last of the 7 Wonders series and the absolute best! I enjoyed all the previous versions but they really outdid themselves with this one! It's hard to believe it's 10 years old!
Similar to the other 7 Wonders games, you're rebuilding famous monuments around the world...except these were made with alien technology! You can play without a timer and the power ups are plentiful and very cool! My favorite part was decorating the valley with all the nifty alien decor. The graphics were excellent!
Your husband is in a coma! Enter his mind to discover the truth about your kidnapped children!
I loved the original Echoes of Sorrow and this game was equally as great. I loved all the puzzles, the intriguing story and the doors of the mind. Unfortunately, there's a glitch that kept me from progressing in the game.
Important Note: When you enter the prison, there's a small safe behind a gate locked with a code on the left. When you enter the code and open the gate DO NOT GO OUT until you either solve or skip the puzzle. If you go out before you complete it, you will not be able to go back in and continue on with the game.
We return to Ravenhearst Manor to save even more ghostly inhabitants from Charles Dalimar's evil clutches!
This game is incredible fun. There's a huge world, lots of fun puzzles and many hidden object scenes. The story is engaging, as well. A few puzzles you unfortunately won't be able to skip, but there are many helpful online walkthroughs. Sadly, I've never been able to finish this game. Years ago I played it and was stopped short by the infamous twin coffin glitch. This time I made it nearly there but was stymied by yet another glitch at the jeweled heart door. Very disappointing.
Helpful hint: When you finally find all 10 jeweled hearts to put in the door...DON'T PUT THEM IN YET! Find the locket and put it in there FIRST. If you put the hearts in before the locket, you will go no further.
A mysterious fortune teller has foreseen her demise at midnight this very day. Can you find the soul who seeks to kill Madame Fate? You be the detective.
Help Madame Fate discover which carnival worker is trying to murder her!
I really wanted to like this game...but my old peepers just couldn't handle the strain. The objects are difficult to see, you have limited hints with no way of refilling them and on top of that you have a timer. If you enjoy a challenge and have great eyesight I'm sure it's a good time but this game simply wasn't for me.
You're summoned to a town where a princess is missing and covering the world in deadly salt. Can you save her and find out the truth behind her lineage?!
Blue Tea brings it again!!! Like other reviewers stated, this is reminiscent of the earlier Dark Parable Games. The world is HUGE! At first I didn't like not having the teleporting map but after a while it felt like a nice challenge. Even in this standard edition, there were lots of goodies to find, like fragments of fairytales and morphing objects. The hidden object scenes in these games are of course always filled with beautiful shards of jewels and the puzzles were lots of fun!
We get a sad ending, but honestly, the story was very gripping! I truly enjoyed this one.
Another great Gourmania! Your uncle is about to lose his burger joint to a greedy landowner. You'll help him save not only his restaurant but open up 5 more across the US, France and the Maldives.
This game had a lot going on...my favorite part being that you could play in relaxed mode. With each restaurant there was a different theme and different types of yummy food. You'll buy, clean and then fix up each restaurant. On top of all that, you'll be solving mysteries to help your uncle find his restaurant title.
With each restaurant, you can easily obtain full stars. Just be sure to pick up coins, sunglasses and thermometers when doing the hidden object scenes. Also, when you're fixing up the restaurants, be sure to click on all the question marks.
