This is not the best game in the series but it is very good. Like always the graphics are top notch and the authenticity to Conan Doyles work is nice. The story has more of a horror element this time but I find it weaker than some of the other games.
I recommend this game!
Saddle up for fun and become a sheriff in Golden Trails: The New Western Rush. Find the culprits behind a bank robbery!

Quality western games are not very common on BFG so this is a very welcome hidden object game. All the western elements are there. Graphics aren't great but they do the job, and so does the music. Decent story and nice extras. Overall the game is a bit short. Warning, the hidden object scenes are extremely challenging.
I recommend this game!
After a suspicious accident, you find yourself stranded at a run-down motel. But you soon realize the area hides a terrifying secret...

This is another solid effort from Eipix. Good story, graphics and music. One minor quibble is that it didn't really seem very authentic to me. I'm no expert on ancient china but I'm sure any historian would have a field day with this game. Also make sure you get all the cranes, because you can't go back to get them after you finish the game unlike some other Eipix games.
I recommend this game!

This is a good entry in the Sherlock Holmes series by Frogwares. Not as good as Sherlock Holmes vs Jack the Ripper but as good or better than the Awakened. The puzzles can be tedious so thank goodness for the strategy guide. I'm hoping that BFG releases Testament sometime soon.

Awesome graphics and decent soundtrack. The look is very Lord of the Rings -esque but with more of a horror tinge. Was somewhat disappointed with the story and surprised at what a wimp Death is. It seems all I did was rescue him from one situation after another and he can't seem to win a fight. The extras are decent but somewhat disappointed at how pedestrian the wallpapers were considering how great the game looks. Nice screensaver.
I recommend this game!

The graphics and music are terrific. This page comes with a warning for graphic images but its really quite tame. There is a nice period gothic feel. The story combines several horror themed cliches quite nicely, a demon possessing a child, the main character finding out about his past, a small town with a dark secret, a secret order tasked with fighting evil....
Some of the puzzles can be a bit frustrating and long compared to other games but overall fun to play. The CE provides good bang for your buck with not one but two bonus chapters.
I recommend this game!

You explore a creepy house and go between the real world and the ghost world, which is a pretty cool concept. The soundtrack is great and the house looks very creepy and gothic. The game is a bit on the short side and the extras are somewhat sparse on the CE. Graphics are decent for a 4 year old game. Overall a good gothic horror themed hidden object game.
I recommend this game!

This is the shortest out of the 3 Danse Macabre games. Most Eipix are great visually and soundwise. Fun to play and with good extras.
I recommend this game!
Tragedy strikes a popular Parisian cabaret when their star dancer is murdered! Gather the suspects and unmask the killer.
