The only reason I gave this 4 stars is a lot of the pictures really don't look much like what the caption says it is. There were some I could not make out no matter how I looked at them. So almost as good as Fantasy Mosaics but not quite.
I have bought every Fantasy Mosaics as soon as it comes out. I only gave it a four because I think they need to step up the game a bit. Maybe give the player choices on what to decorate with? Maybe a way to earn gold and buy decorations? So many games offer choices now to build scenes with that I think Fantasy Mosaics might become stale if they don't up the game a bit. That said, I do love the colors and the penguins.
This is mahjong but called solitaire since it is played with cards. You simply make matches of cards. That is not a solitaire game. I played for a few minutes and deleted it.
The Jewel Match games are always a hit with me. And I love solitaire. Add in the great, beautiful castles and this game is a win. Fortunately, it is a very long game since the price was pretty spendy. $13.99 is more than I would usually agree to spend for a game but it is a collectors edition so I decided to go for it.
This game makes almost no sense. I have played very near the first hour and I still have no clue what I am doing. I get magic swords and shields but how to use them and when? I play a lot of solitaire games and I would love something different but this is just not it. The idea of the game was good. It needed a lot better tutorial.
This is another wonderful game from the Jewel Match makers. The only negative thing is the castles were so dark and dreary. I guess that was the theme but it would have been nice to have more color. If you like a good solitaire game where you absolutely get your money's worth- this is not a quick game- then buy this one. It is so worth the price.
Like Wolf stories this game is much more difficult than the run of the mill mosaic. You are given all the colors at once. However, a noticeable improvement over wolf stories is the filling in by white of the absolute dead squares. I loved the challenge of wolf stories and this game with it's improvements is even better. The graphics are good, the story is okay. A great enjoyable game. Just don't expect the easy style game of Fantasy Mosaics. There is a real challenge here.
This is an absolutely delightful game. The first time I played it through I made it as scary as possible. This time I am making it for little kids. My main suggestion- do not forget your power-ups. There are a few levels I played more than once and could never get more than two stars, which was a bit irritating, but if you remember to use your power-ups the majority of levels can get three stars.
I have always enjoyed the Far Kingdom games. Several I have played many times. But this one is lacking. First of all the colors. Too many seem to be close to the same. it's hard on the eyes after awhile. I applaud the developers for this, their first foray into mosaics but they need a better storyline and better contrast before this type of game play will come close to topping the king of mosaics- the Penguins. I think they can do it. I expect their next mosaic game will be better.
This is your typical up/down solitaire. Other than pretty background pictures it has nothing to offer that a 1000 other solitaire games don't already have. The ending is very abrupt. When you get to level 120 it simply ends. No point in buying it. Just replay one of the others you likely already own.
