I enjoyed playing the CE version - nice, long play, excellent artwork and graphics, and several different collectibles to hunt and find throughout. Though the tale doesn't rely too heavily on Irving's original story, the game was a nice escape that offered hours of enjoyment.
Plenty to do, and not too much traveling forward or backward through 'way back there' scenes to find and collect the objects you need to move forward.
All in all, another fine Dark Romance by Domini - and the quality is up there - with bad guys and witches and let's not forget the headless horseman, playing this game is a pleasant distraction for sure.
I recommend this game!

I liked the game - most of it anyway. It's nice and long, and it has some different and interesting tasks do complete while moving through the story. That said, the characters themselves could use a bit of an update. It's as if different teams worked on characters while another worked on scenes and objects. The characters themselves were very rough to me, graphically and artistically. Outdated, like a very early version of a game. If only the character graphics/artwork were a bit more refined I would give the game a 5-start across the board. For a CE, I expect a bit more finesse in the artwork. Other than that, enjoyable game.

While I'm a little behind in playing this game, I'm really enjoying it. And YES! There's a skip dialog button if you wish, but so far I've found the characters interesting, but if the dialog gets tedious I can now skip. Thank you developers, for adding this option! That said, love the graphics, the music is nice, the puzzles are different and the Christmas town atmosphere is lovely. A pleasant way to spend a few hours, not hard on the brain, just plain, relaxing fun.
I recommend this game!

I liked this game, at least to relax for a bit. Nothing overly challenging about the storyline, and at least it, and the bonus game that came after, were cohesive. Great graphics and artwork. Some of the mini games just time-chompers to extend gameplay, but overall, not a bad way to spend a few hours of distraction.
I recommend this game!

I enjoyed this second installment of Our Beautiful Earth. Took about 3 hours or so to play through. Pleasant, relaxing, and wonderful images and graphics. Some of the objects to find were harder than others, and only one scene did I have to turn the music down. Otherwise, a few peaceful hours of non-frustrating downtime. I got this one as a free game, so it worked out well!
I recommend this game!

I liked this game. The graphics and overall scenery were very well done, and I also liked the game play. Some of the collector's objects in the CE edition were challenging to find, but that makes it more fun. You can look at the map and see which scenes have the collectors puzzle pieces and notes though.
I felt the story itself was not particularly suspenseful, and the bad guy wasn't as challenging to track down as some, but all in all, enjoyable. A little on the short side for a CE, but even so, plenty of fun and a nice addition of new puzzles, HO type scenes, and fun characters.
I recommend this game!

I played the CE version and found it a nice, pleasurable excursion through the labyrinths to different worlds. The graphics were excellent and the dragons were well done - and cute. Some of the morphing objects were hiding well, as were the crystals.
Gameplay was smooth and some of the mini games harder than others. The plot flowed rather well, in spite of a couple of spots where I had to blink, but otherwise well done.
Sometimes, I just want a fun, relaxing game to play, not a brain twister or too much back-and-forth. This was just about right and played all the way through without any trouble. The Bonus Game was a good length and flowed from the main game.
All in all, a nice long game with plenty to do. The visuals were what attracted me to give this one a try and I was not disappointed.
I recommend this game!

An excellent remaster of this game that I played years ago. Fresh and with great graphics and storyline and in the CE edition, a v-e-r-y long Bonus Game, which was a treat and continued right where the main story left off, leaving the player with a sense of continuity and completion. I usually don't go for remakes, but in this case I'm glad I did.
I recommend this game!

I liked this game a lot. Neat plot, good characters, but wow, way too short for a Collector's Edition. Some of the mini games more challenging than others but you always have the option to skip. Not too much back and forth - if you follow the clues, you can get through each scene without too much trouble. As said, other than it being quite short for the CE price, I enjoyed the game and would recommend.

I liked this game a lot. I skipped through much of the story dialog because there was so much of it, but other than that, great game play. LOTS of hidden objects to find and puzzles to do. Some of them were very easy, but others took some effort to find hidden objects in hidden places. Nice relaxing music and hours of hunting, so worth the $ for the collector's edition. Nice and old school, which is a nice change of pace once in a while.
I recommend this game!
