I bought this game sight unseen because like so many I have always enjoyed MCF! I just finished. My review does not cover other things others have listed but only my opinion as the other reviews are spot on! Here goes...Bonus content is MINIMAL! It is added into the normal gameplay and only gives about 2 - 3 puzzles then unlocks the hidden objects - which I might add were normally just part of the other games...we didn't have to pay extra for them! I feel that the developers put alot of money into the game - using real actors, etc. but then decided that they would give us less for the CE content (not put the extra money into having a real extra chapter, etc because it would cost even more!)
Overall I feel cheated. If I knew this was going to be the case I would have waited for the normal version and NOT purchased the CE! Do I recommend this game - ONLY in the standard version...NOT the CE! Waste of money!
I don't recommend this game.

Even though it may have been shorter than some expected or wanted, AND even though the storyline has been done before...this game was fun and had enough differences from other games that I really enjoyed it. The HO areas were good - not too hard or too easy. I like abit of adventure game thrown in - and this did just that. I do want to know why I ended up with some cheese in the end...but I can live with that! lol! I didn't time myself playing the game so I'm not sure how long it took me, but I can say that it was an enjoyable time and I'm glad I got it.
I recommend this game!

I figured I'd try the demo just because I sometimes like games that are different....I should have listened to my gut on this one! WAY too much useless dialogue, ridiculous navigation and the two 'puzzles' I found were rather silly #one you had to type in a character's name!#. After about 10 minutes I quite and deleted the game.
I don't recommend this game.

I played this game years ago because it was a sequel to Syberia. IF you enjoy pure adventure games, this is for you! I was a bit disappointed as I felt there was a lot of walking around just looking for things to do. I remember the visuals as excellent, but the character movement was poor...maybe they fixed this in this version? If I were a first time buyer I would play Syberia (Part 1) all the way through before making a decision to buy...OR use two game credits. For those who love pure adventure games...this is for you!!!.
I recommend this game!

I really enjoyed this game. While the storyline was pretty much the usual thing compared to other HO games, the puzzles, HO scenes and overall play was very good and worthy of CE status (of course there was no extra gameplay). The length of the game was a LOT longer than I expected and I actually got stuck a few times and looked at the walkthrough - something that I haven't done in a long time. Graphics were good, voiceovers ok (don't really care about this). Have fun!
I recommend this game!

I really loved this game!! Plot line was interesting, HO areas were clear. There were some clever parts of this that I also appreciated - making sure that certain things were set up just so in order to proceed (don't want to be any clearer than that...you'll know exactly what I meant when you play the game!) The game and extra gameplay were both good length. While I did enjoy this game a lot..I thought the instructions for the puzzles were abit too vague. Also, the puzzles themselves were not that difficult. I still think this is a great game! Enjoy!
I recommend this game!

I have to admit, I had my doubts when I first started but I found that I really enjoyed playing this game! I thought the HOS were clear and the puzzles a good variety of difficulty. Voice overs were fine as was the music - neither of which I really pay much attention to. The storyline was interesting and I didn't feel there was much 'back and forth' to find items. The hint button was 'free' if you had to move from place to place only. For a regular game #not CE# this game was well worth the price in gameplay as well as length. Have fun!
I recommend this game!

I just finished the whole game (including bonus material) and enjoyed it very much! Games and HOS were good - some more challenging than othes the way it should be! the voice overs were well done although the talking skulls didn't coordinate with the dialogue...big deal! LOL! Not too much back and forth either (yeah!). Overall the length was good, the story was decent and the game play was enjoyable. Also, the extra gameplay was reasonable in length and not that easy as compared with other games' extras. Worth the CE price. Enjoy!
I recommend this game!

Fun game - very spooky! I kept waiting for something to jump out at me but was pleased when it didn't! It kept me hooked with the atmosphere, multiple puzzles and HOs. There could have been less running back and forth but overall it was a good game I got a bit lost with the storyline - why things happened...what it had to do with me...but oh well - I was playing for the puzzles/hos, not necessarily the story. Enjoy!
I recommend this game!

I really enjoyed this game - WAY more than the first game "4 Elements". While a pretty traditional match 3 game, I thought the levels were challenging and the overall speed of the cursor/braking blocks/etc was good. I didn't really get into the storyline and I actually did not like having to read the fairies statements but it didn't matter when the actual gameplay was so enjoyable. The only other thing I would have to criticise is the mini-games that are hidden object - some items were REALLY small and barely noticeable! If that's the only thing I can really say bad about the game - then I must really like it! LOL!
I recommend this game!
