The story of this game is very confusing. It's very disjointed and doesn't make sense to me. I only played the demo but that was enough. The collectibles were very difficult to find to the point that it wasn't fun. The tasks were the same old same old. There were glitches in the game that should have been fixed. I'm supposed to fan smoke, but theres no smoke to fan. I do not recommend.

I did not care for this Dark City game as much as I did for the previous ones. The story fell flat with me after New York. It seemed very repetitive and ho hum. I was very happy,, however, to see a game from this developer, instead of the usual 2 we always see. I played the game late and it's already been described in detail. I would recommend. The bonus chapter is short but cute.

I just got around to playing this game. It's certainly not up to par of Christmas games of the past. Basically doing basic HOS tasks for 3 diffferent people. And then making dads favorite sandwiches. Which means you can't open the oven without a pot holder for some reason, but you can stick your hand in the oven to take it all out. I would think making ONE Christmas game a year should mean a fantastic magical game. This misses the mark on it all. I don't recommend.
I was excited to see a new Northern Tales game out. But saddened when I played the trial. Northern Tales has always been one of my favorite Time Management games. It was like a familiar house to come home to. And that was perfectly fine. I still play the old ones. This one can't even compare to the older ones. The graphics are awful and too small. The CE is a waste of money as basically you get 5 extra levels but no locations for the hidden objects. I also didn't get any sound while I played. Sadly I won't be buying this one. Why make changes to such a great product?
I don't recommend this game.

What a wonderful game. This was so well done with great HOS and puzzles. I loved the puzzles bc I could actually do them, as I'm not really a puzzle person. This game is pretty old but it stands the test of time. Eipix hit the mark with this one. I difinitely recommend if you haven't yet played it.
I recommend this game!

League of Light: Dark Omens Collector's Edition
The mysterious League of Light has chosen you as their newest member. Are you up to your first assignment?
Coming in very late with this review, by a few years LOL. I loved this game. Developed by MariaGlorum all of their games are top of the line. This is a lengthy game with a great bonus chapter. Quite a few HOS but they are very short and well lit. Fun puzzles that I was actually able to do. If you haven't played this series yet, give it a try. It's a fun time.

Another awesome game in the Edge of Reality series. I really loved this game. All about cute creatures needing a home safe from humans. The characters were very likable and the story was fantastic. The bonus chapter finished off the main story. The puzzles were fun as were the HOS. Nothing too difficult, but not running back and forth for a quill to write a letter or a fan to dissipate the smoke either. I'm going to finish playing this series. I am fully enjoying it.
I am so glad I finally played this game. Wow. Talk about a great story line !! The entire game was fantastic. HOS and puzzles were fun. The bonus chapter concluded what was going on in the game. I didn't get bored once. I tryly wish they still made games like this. Try it out if you haven't yet.
This was such a wonderful game. Just the right length, with great HOS and puzzles. The story was very easy to follow and delved into monsters which was kind of cool. Lots of collectible masks, 2 in each scene. This had a good bonus chapter. If you haven't played this game, or this series, give it a try. I loved it.

There must be a big bluepring Do games works off of. They simply change the story a little, but leave the rest the same. There is zero challenge in this game although you do get to choose to do additional tasks. That was the challenging part. Should I say yes and prolong this game or say no and get it over it. I did get to collect the cork screw to open the drawer, the fan to disperse the smoke, the feathers to dust the sand. Other than that, you have the same amount of collectibles and morphing objects and coins to buy things for your room. I have been playing older games and I sure miss them. This game took awhile to play because I kept stopping to wake myself up from falling asleep. If you are looking for a repeat the tasks over and over game, you have found it. If not, I would pass. BFG please bring us some other developers !!
