Wonderful, stressful time management game! The graphics are lovely, the character art is nice, and the diversity of the character models was great to see. I felt immersed in the gameplay right to the end of the demo as it increasingly got harder and harder! But in a good way,
The gameplay itself is pretty simplistic and similar to other time management games, making the layout simple. I also enjoyed managing money and buying things for the clinic.
Overall it was a gorgeous addicting game and I can't wait to buy the game!

I'll start with what I liked about the game. The visuals were gorgeous, especially the opening graphics. I enjoyed the music that played in the hidden object puzzles, and the ghost & camera effects throughout the game.
I liked the option to do a jigsaw puzzle instead of the HOPs, which was cool when the HOPs were too hard, and that the puzzle pieces were unique every time, instead of the standard pieces. The other minigames were sometimes pretty difficult, but unique
Unfortunately there were a few aspects of the games I didn't like. For one thing, in my opinion, I didn't feel immersed in the story. It all felt too rushed, since there wasn't much background set up about any of the characters. I realize that perhaps if I played other games in the series I might care more about the protagonist (if she is a staple of the series), but having not played any other games, I don't. The story seems like your run-of-the-mill disappearance case up until the end unfortunately. But that's just my two cents, other reviewers liked the story.
Overall it's a beautiful game with lovely music and an okay story.

To start off with what I like about this game, I thought the music was fitting for the theme and upbeat. Though the melody became a little monotonous after a while of playing, it was not the fault of the composer. So kudos for that. The in-game sounds also were nice and not too in-your-face, making it an audibly-pleasant game. For the most part, the background and game piece art also wasn't horrible for a casual M3 game.
There were, though, several things that discouraged me from continuing to play. There weren't any cool new features this game offered. There wasn't too much variety to the boards. Similar to what other reviewers mentioned, having to wait for pieces to fall after you made a move before you could make another one was irritating. I also wish there was an option of what you wanted to spend your money that didn't involve saving up. It would have personalized the experience, in my opinion.
Overall this game wasn't the best, but it still had a few good features about it. It could be someone else's cup of tea, but it wasn't mine.

The wonderful world-building of this game was a great touch to make even a fantasy game feel more realistic! Details from the original source material sprinkled in (like Rabbitson's two twintails like a rabbit's ears and Cheshire's eye bracelet) were awesome if you watched the movie/read the book like I did as a kid!
The graphics were really pretty and had some good touches like the spit on the screen from the Bandersnatch and the smoke when using the compass. The voice effects were also really cool, like the trapped shadows and the sound of the music underwater.
The story seems a little bland for such a gorgeous game, the usual "normal person saves another world" trope but at least there's the good spins from Alice.
The gameplay itself was really nice. The puzzles were easy on the casual setting, which was nice to breeze through, and using the compass was a really cool feature.

Overall I thought this game was pretty solid. The beginning screen with the buttons on the buildings as neon signs was very unique. The art was great throughout, and the voice actors fit their roles well. The addition of a forensic kit felt realistic and made me feel more immersed in the character as I worked towards solving the case,
The alternative game for the HOPs was fun, and I liked the powerups. I wish there was some variation to the boards, but otherwise I liked that option instead of the HOPs when just couldn't find an object or wanted a change.
At times I felt that my actions were delayed, or the hints would lead nowhere (sent me to the forensic kit then after another hint would tell me to exit out of it without doing anything), but overall this was a nicely done game. Very enjoyable and felt realistic.

Wonderful game! I felt immersed in the story through the great voice acting and the psychology themes, making me want to never stop playing. The astrology-themed puzzles were a cool addition (though I did have to skip a few of them, lol), giving the plot a good feeling.
What also stood out to me was the beautiful music, especially in the hidden object puzzles. I almost want to buy the game just to listen to the music! The visual quality was also gorgeous in the hidden object scenes.
Overall a lovely game, definitely want to buy it after such a good demo.
Firstly, I'll start with the positives. Visuals are wonderful, the concept of playing two characters alternately is very interesting. The "interface shop" is also really unique for this game. Voice acting is, for the most part, good. The concept of the story is also an interesting take on vampires. The option to do match 3 instead of the puzzles is a relief.
However, that's about where the positives end for me in the long run. The biggest fault is that I felt there were much too many things to collect (like 4 clock parts, etc) which made finding new things and figuring out the connections seem like a chore. When it's not done in excess, collecting things isn't a bad element of hidden objects, but this was just in excess, almost.
There were also a few more minor flaws, as well. It was sometimes annoying that you couldn't just drag objects out of your inventory, instead having to click then use. My movements/actions were also a bit slow/delayed at times. I also wish the match 3 boards could have had a bit more variety in their layout.
Though there were many flaws, this was not the worst game. It still had many cool aspects that made this a unique hidden object game, for sure.

At the beginning I didn't quite feel immersed into Kansas because the background music was too poppy for the country, and the person on the morning radio didn't sound like I would imagine someone from Kansas. But the opening visuals made up for it, as they were very pretty and breathtaking, especially the clouds around the castle.
A detail that especially stood out to me was Toto, who moved very fluidly as if he were a real dog about to pop out of the screen! During a hidden object puzzle at the beginning involving him (which I won't spoil!), his little whimpers kept motivating me to hurry and help him! Great sounds for Toto.
The minigames and hidden object puzzles overall were also pretty realistic for the most part. I enjoyed finding objects that helped me with my journey, and I liked that Toto could be of help throughout the demo. Definitely interested in purchasing this game after such a gorgeous demo!
Overall well-done and beautiful. Visuals were lovely and creepy, especially the loading screens! Gameplay was smooth, no huge lags. Enjoyable and engaging story. Thought it was cool and unique they ask (from a basic list) what your fears are. Won't spoil how that comes into play!
I did the easiest difficulty (since sometimes I'm blind to the obvious) and it was a blessing at times to have the quick hints, but in hindsight it wasn't difficult. There were certain connections I couldn't make without the strategy guide but it just made me grateful to have it :)
The voice acting and characters were also well done. Overall was just a great game, would recommend!
I'm always looking for a new match-3 game and lately, there hasn't been a lot to choose from. Then, along comes Runefall! This was not what I was expecting at all, but I was very pleasantly surprised!
You must explore a huge map by making matches in the direction that you want to go, while collecting resources along the way that you will use to get more power-ups, upgrade resource collection, etc. There is also this awesome jump feature that allows you to jump to any spot on the map, once it is charged. This effect looks great and makes exploring much easier.
There is a lot to do within each level so it looks like there is going to be hours and hours of gameplay here! I can't wait to see all the power-ups, once they get unlocked.
If you're looking for a fun, fresh new match-3, you need look no further than Runefall.
