If you are under 18 or just love fairytales, you may enjoy this game. The level of challenge is very basic, but the animations and graphics are beautiful and artistic.
The first hour of the game is awesome and that's why I purchased the full game. But after the gameplay moves out of Venice, it becomes quite boring. The Venice scenes and games are simply stunning. There is a thin plot about a criminal with a few twists, but needed more action and adventure. I recommend playing the demo, but not worth the purchase for rest of game.
I don't recommend this game.

I'm a big fan of the TV show Psych, but the game is disappointing. The script is okay and in keeping with the series characters, but the gameplay is slow moving and dull. It feels very old-fashioned, with no animation and cheap cartoon scenes and characters. Minigames- boring and unimaginative Gameplay - slow No interactive map No attempt to show change of location when driving between scenes, which feels very cheap.
Full Collectors Edition- Advanced Level Amazing story & voiceovers! The quality of storytelling and script in this game is truly exceptional. The narrative will grip you and the mini-games are fun and challenging. There is an option to play Match 2 instead of HO which is a welcome break. Only cons: 2 of the lead characters look similar, so I thought it was just 1 person. Lots of references to first Enigmatis game, which I hadn't played, so best to play that first.
Great graphics and visual style, but gameplay lets it down. I found it very slow and the mini-game descriptions unnecessarily complex. Very atmospheric world to explore, but boring game to play.
Played - advanced Great game with lots of fun mini games & characters. Beautiful graphics and game play had lots of twists & turns. Needed to use hint a few times as some objects are difficult to find without sparkles. Prince & princess pronounce fairy's name in different ways, which sound designer should have sorted before final edit.
Great adventure game with exciting gameplay, nice mix of puzzle games & HOs. Lovely graphics and excellent VOs. Only downside is length- played full game in advanced mode in under 3 and half hours. Recommend for beginner/intermediate who prefer adventure & minigames. Great break from horror type as it is more detective with a hint of fantasy.
I loved Dark Parables Briar Rose, so bought the Snow Queen, but it's not half as fun. Sadly I found this game confusing and repetitive. I got completely lost at one point and even in casual mode with help of a walkthrough and using hints I couldn't find my way. After painstakingly clicking in every scene I discovered I had forgotten to pick up a prop earlier in the game. If you love wandering around magnificent fairy tale palaces (which I do!) then you'll like this, but the gameplay lets it down. On the plus side the interactive mini-games are excellent, I would've preferred more of these to the boring HOs.
A new breed of virus has spread throughout the City of Oxford. You must search the city for a missing girl who holds the key to stopping the global epidemic!
Interesting game with good forward motion. Excellent graphics & sound. Best part is the HO games with multiple levels and ability to customise difficulty levels. Would have liked more mini-games for variety. Storyline is ridiculous especially the ending. Recommend to teenage boys intermediate/advanced level
