This is such a unique kind of Jigsaw, let me rephrase that, this IS a Jigsaw Adventure, a journey that will take you on an incredible adventure searching for the source of power...in the future!
There are 45 beautifully Hand-drawn puzzles to complete between sets of stories to help your imagination to visualize this brutal alien world, a way of life that you'll soon realize, has become incredibly lonely for the narrator.
Each puzzle can be customized with several options. You can play in a Story Mode with no time limits and receive 3-Hints per puzzle, you can choose the Puzzle Shape (Traditional-Mozaic-Arrow) and the Number of Pieces (28-112-220-500-1000) You can choose where you want the puzzle pieces to be displayed (top-bottom-left-right-or any combination such as top & bottom) and where you want the cursor to grab the puzzle piece (such as the center of the puzzle piece)
The options don't end with the puzzle pieces! You can choose to display Grid Lines on the puzzle and then adjust the color, transparency, and thickness of the grid lines. You can choose the Background and then adjust the transparency and sharpness of the background. You can Ghost the puzzle's Image and adjust the opaqueness.
We're still not done with the options folks! You can Show/Hide the Timer, select the Zoom Speed (1x-2x-3x) choose to Outline the puzzle pieces (Soft-Medium-Hard) which makes the pieces more defined and easier to see. They have now labeled the option feature icons when you move the cursor over them such as Change Background, Hint, Shuffle, Restart, and the Exit icons.
This is an Indie developer who works extremely hard to bring us quality games. He has always listened to our review comments and implemented changes for the better. Indies are really struggling to keep afloat against the corporate giants nowadays, so please keep in mind that Indies started this business, and they will always work longer and harder to bring us a better game to the table. They are constantly tweaking their games as they read our comments and suggestions because they have everything at stake,, everything on the line, so join me in supporting this Indie who is just a fantastic developer with fantastic games! I used to adore this series, now they are just tedious games with boring tasks! Every level just seems to be more of the same, they just added more clutter to pick up along the beaten path. How many bridges does one have to repair before they lose their mind? Seriously, what person in their right mind would build a path that takes twelve, 45-degree angle turns that each requires a bridge when a couple of simple paths would accomplish the same outcome? Why am I underwater and picking up trees? Okay, I get that when you zoom out there's a giant bubbled dome to allow me to breathe in this biodome but that doesn't explain where the trees came from??
All the usual TM tasks are available, and nothing new has been brought to the table. You can play in an Easy, Classic, or Hard Mode, and earn up to 3 stars per level There are 49 Levels, plus 10 Levels in the CE version. The CE version also has 15 Achievements, 6 Music Soundtracks, 10 Concept Art Pictures, and a Strategy Guide, but the only thing the SG does is place numbers on the tasks in the order you should queue tasks, and then you have to click the X to exit out of the SG!
Every level is packed with the same boring tasks, they just make you do more of them by adding more piles of wood or more piles of food, and so many broken bridges and ridiculous path scenarios that you'll want to hijack the bulldozer and blaze your own sensible path!
There are a bunch of spelling and grammar mistakes but the graphics are colorful and there are 5 different worlds to visit, Undersea Kingdom, Harpy Kingdom, Magic Monastry, Troll Caves, and the Sloping Shores. The CE version has a Room of some sort, but there is no explanation of its purpose in the demo, nor is there an explanation on the BF synopsis...doesn't that seem a bit odd? Especially given the fact that this "room" is only a CE feature?
Bottom line is that Gnomes Garden used to be a game I looked forward to and was delighted to see appear as a new game. Nowadays they are just jam-packed with boring, repetitive tasks that can be found in every other average Time Management game, there just isn't anything special about this game anymore. It's not enough to make the player run along a beaten path doing the same tasks we were tasked with doing in the original Gnomes Garden back in 2015. I have opened my own forum and you can find all my series lists at thewoodsforum.boards.net :)

At first, I thought I was going to really like this game because they have a couple of new features, one of which is where you earn red gems to purchase 5 sections of each piece of equipment, each of which gives you a bonus ability, and when all 5 are purchased, you get an even stronger ability. They also got creative with the Achievements which unlock various tasks and award you with red gems when you reach various milestones.
The problem I ran into, however, was that the music was hideous, it sounds like organ music from an old movie and it gets really loud in an attempt to make the game seem more dramatic than it actually is. Okay, I can turn the music off and play in silence if I have to (who wants to do that?) but then I noticed that the game seems to lag, resources wouldn't appear on the platforms for a split second after it had turned green, not to mention that a farm showing wheat being harvested would produce grapes, and gold mines produce shiny gold coins in mint condition? I found myself having to click on some resources a few times before the click would finally be accepted, and sometimes it would let me click on a resource that was blocked, but then it wouldn't let me remove it from the queue? I talked to several people who have 32-bit computers and they can't even play this game, they get nothing but a black screen! I have a 64-bit computer, so I'm not sure what the issue is?
If you can get this game to work smoothly, and you don't mind the hideous music that gets unbearably loud at times, it does have some interesting features. The Puzzle Runes (50) are a bit hard to miss, and they refer to them as "hidden" but they are neon green and quite large? I did enjoy the creature that could Petrify you, but one of the "abilities" you can purchase with the red gems is to lower the probability of being petrified!
I'm not crazy about the value of the CE, I will wait to see if the Standard Edition version still offers the achievements, which often times they do, and most of the time they offer the puzzle runes on the SE versions too. There are 50 Main Levels but just 5 Bonus Levels according to the Strategy Guide, as well as 10 Concept Art pictures and 4 Music Soundtracks which I guarantee I will not be downloading! I have opened my own forum, so you can find all of my series' lists at thewoodsforum.boards.net :)

Completed Game approximately 4.0 hours (including completion of all mini-games & CE Bonus Chapter) 18 Main Game Scene Locations +7 Bonus Chapter Difficulty Range: Beginner
Restville is a picturesque, quaint sleepy town where time practically stands still, the ideal place to settle down and raise a family. Everyone knows everyone here, and everyone is proud of their unique flora. This is the town Agent Brown grew up in and his family is particularly proud of the rare blue rose hybrids they created, which has made Restville a town like no other. The problem is, you do not...under any circumstance, want to take the time to stop and smell these deadly little blue buds!
Helper/Gadget There are no Gadgets, however, you will be playing as all three characters from Elephant Games popular series, eventually. James Blackthorn from the Haunted Hotel series, Anna Gray from Grim Tales, and Agent Brown from Mystery Trackers...without Elf it just doesn't work for me :(
Morphing Objects/Collectibles: (CE version only) The Big Elephant has really been skimping on the CE bling lately. With the exception of their annual Christmas game, they have barely added ANY additional content, the chapter lengths have been remaining the same, but they never have had lengthy games. As for the Morphs, and Collectibles, those have dwindled to almost nothing, in the past 26 morphs were standard (1 in every scene) This game has a measly 13 Morphing Hats, so what they are doing now is combining the Morphs with the Collectibles, instead of offering a morph and a collectible in every scene, now they just make them morphing collectibles! There used to be a ton of Jigsaw puzzle pieces, now there are only 20 Zoom Zone Jigsaw Fragments, (which allows you to set 4 Screensavers w/o actually assembling the jigsaw) let's keep in mind that they haven't changed the number of scenes they offer in their games, they always have 18 scenes in the Main Game, and 7 scenes in the Bonus Chapter so we ARE getting less, way less, so unless I just sniffed one of those blue roses which clouded my thought process, we are paying the same amount of money, getting way less bang for our buck, lower quality (I'll get to that part) and they expect us to give them a good star-rating?
Video/Audio Quality: Elephant Games has always been one of my favorites when it comes to graphics, hands-down, and their story-telling abilities are phenomenal. I cut my teeth on Mystery Trackers: The Void and fell in love with HOPA games because of this developer! With that being said, recently, I have been able to count on multiple instances of game freezes or music that seems to get stuck on the same track loop. This game, in particular, actually quit and exited out to the GM when I woke up in the jail cell, again when James donned a disguise, and a third time when I finished the "bend the key" mini-game and entered the shed to meet Agent Brown. (how much you want to bet this visual/audio quality blurb section gets added to someone else's review next time bwahahaa)
Hidden Object Scenes: There are only 9 Hidden Object Scenes +5 in the CE Bonus Chapter, not including several smaller zoom zone hidden object scenes where you are tasked with finding 1 object at a time that matches the silhouetted shape (usually 5 objects) For some reason, they have gone back to their old ways of making the objects really noticeable, or perhaps this game was just made a long time ago, but I could easily pick 95% of the items without looking at the list! There are Interactive List Finds, Silhouetted Shape Finds, Matching Pairs where you move items two at a time to find a matching pair hidden behind the object, Multiples of the Same Object Finds, and Swatches where you find areas on a bulletin board that matches tiny swatches.
Mini-Games: There are 17 Mini-Games +4 in the CE Bonus Chapter. (less is more?) I was really happy that they include a lot of mechanical types of puzzles which is my favorite type, a feature Elephant Games has perfected! Here are a few of my personal favorites:
1-Enter the correct letters on the safe by searching for subtle clues located on the safe...in the form of various codes! 2-Guide colored water drops from the top to the flower of the same color at the bottom using colored buttons to turn pipes. 3-Swap lock pieces on the top and bottom so they will interlock correctly with the teeth on the center, sections can only swap with highlighted sections so you may have to move them around into the desired position. 4-Bend each section of the lockpick to match the teeth of the lock.
Bonus Chapter (Collector's Edition version only) A new Mayor, Andrew Stevens has been elected to Restville and he has even bigger problems than the previous administration! No, they aren't having issues with blue roses, these roses are totally a different color...I so need a rolling emoji, lol! You'll play as Andrew Stevens the Mayor as well as one of the previous mayor's minions in this short Bonus Chapter spanning over 7 Scene Locations. There are just 4 simple Mini-Games and 5 Hidden Object Scenes, and you will search for the remaining 3 Morphing Hats and 5 Jigsaw Puzzle Fragments which allows you to "set" (no assembly required) the final Jigsaw Puzzle Screensaver.
Collector's Edition Version Extra's 5 Wallpapers, 4 Music Soundtracks, 23 Achievements, 13 Replayable Mini-Games, 14 Replayable Hidden Object Scenes, a Secret Room to search for 40 Hidden Objects (objects shown on SG), 13 Morphing Hats, 20 Zoom Zone Jigsaw Puzzle Fragments to "set" 4 Screensavers (no assembly required) Expedition Room (allows you to return to scenes to pick up collectibles) 4 Main Chapters +Bonus Chapter, and a Built-In Strategy Guide. I've opened my own forum! You can see all of my Series' Lists at thewoodsforum.boards.net

Shopping Clutter is an okay Clutter type HO game, but the clutter just isn't that appealing to me personally. The objects are always the same uninteresting objects scene after scene, and there are a ton of "transparent" object scenes that were just annoying for me personally.
Why is it that when reviewers disagree with features in a game by this developer, they get an unusual amount of no votes and then the developer himself writes a review which is against BF guidelines? Then when they get low ratings, there seems to be an odd number of new reviewers that pop up that only seem to review games by THIS developer, and they always write the reviews in decending order of each of ther series like Shopping Clutter # 6, # 5, #4, #3, #2, #1 (and I do mean ALL of their series and the ONLY games they review are for this developer's series games!...hmmm at least try to make it not so obvious?) Did I mention they were all 5-star reviews? This is blatent review fraud, I've noticed it over and over, so hopefully someone reads this and starts paying attention too!
It just get's boring doing the same thing over and over, a feeling I never get when playing the original Clutter games or even the Hiddenverse games.
There are two modes of difficulty, Easy Mode which has no time restraints, and a Difficult, Limited-time Mode that gives you extra points for removing objects fast. There are 140 Clutter-type levels that can be replayed if you want to earn a better score. After playing 7 Clutter levels, you can play a Jigsaw Puzzle variation such as Square Tile Swaps (adjacent, diagonal, etc.) or Sliders (20 Total Puzzles)
Some levels have objects that can be moved out of the way, some levels don't allow you to move any objects. Some levels add unpaired objects every time you remove pairs, and some levels require finding the correct half of items that are cut in half.
Each scene has a ton of GIANT Sun Emblems scattered among the junkpiles to recharge the Hint Meter, seriously, what's the ratio of the number of objects required to find versus how many Sun Hints there actually are? The only reason I click on them is that their presence annoys me and they are in the way, they need to be smaller, much smaller!
Sometimes, brother, we just have to play by the rules, sometimes we win, sometimes we lose, but it always feels better when those wins are true and sincere.

I love it when developers listen to our comments in a review to implement changes and that seems to be the case with Fables Mosaic: Cinderella! The colors were much more appealing as were the created images. I found the progression of difficulty to be very subtle, and there is a really nice selection of tile choices (including my favorite Lego style) I'm still not a fan of the Grimm Tales version of fairy tales, so I was a tad bored with the tale itself and some of the colors were a little too close to each other shade wise which can cause you to make mistakes (it did me anyway, but overall, this game had noticeable visual improvements over the last few Fables Mosaic games.
As I said, there are 12 Tile Variations to choose from including my favorite Lego-style, and there's a Duplo lego style for the tiny tots lol. There are also 3 Crossed-off options which basically vary in the size and font of the X and the design of the crossed-off cell center (diamond-dot)
You can play in a Normal Mode which crosses off the cells one by one or an Advanced Mode which only crosses off the numbers when the entire row or column has been filled in correctly. There are 100 Mosaic Puzzles and you can earn up to 3-Stars per level with a maximum of 6 Mistakes allowed per puzzle, but stars are deducted when you make a mistake or use the available Hint feature.
The Magic Wand will correctly fill a cell of your choice and The Magic Mirror will correctly fill a 3x3 grid area without penalty. Both tools recharge by uncovering icons located under various cells.
I'm enjoying this particular Fables Mosaic much more, the directions are much easier to understand, the colors are more vibrant, and it seems to have a bit more challenge than the last versions, so well done, the slipper fits! FYI: I have opened my own forum so you can find my series' list at thewoodsforum.boards.net

It has been ages since you have visited your Godfather, Drosselmeyer, and best friend Fritz and you are looking forward to spending the holidays with them. Maria and Fritz used to spend hours pretending they would open the gates of a Castle built by their godfather, which would allow them to enter the magical land of Speilland where toys ruled the kingdom...but that was just make-believe, right?
Collectibles/Morphing Objects: This developer has my second favorite collectibles and morphs and they really add the perfect touch to this Christmas-themed game! There are 54 Morphing Objects which allow you to unlock Mechinacal Toys (at 4-10-22-38-54) and 54 Snowglobes (which they refer to as Snow Balls lol) which allows you to unlock the Snowglobes as you discover them (at 3-7-13-20-30-42-54) You will also unlock a Maze Puzzle after completing the Collectibles.
Gadget/Helper: Mouse Claus to give you bits and pieces of the background story when you feed him, used 5 times.
Hidden Object Scenes: There are 18 Hidden Object Scenes +7 in the CE Bonus Chapter. There is a repetitive HO where you have to feed a Santa Mouse in exchange for a background story where you replace items into the scene. This feature is used 5 times during the Main Chapters and is basically the same feature this developer uses in all of their games, they have just given it a Christmas-theme. There are also Interactive List Finds, Keywords in Sentence Finds, Multiples of the Same or Similar Object, and Silhouetted Shape Finds, and several of the HO scenes have small puzzles to solve as well.
Mini-Games: There are 29 Mini-Games +14 in the CE Bonus Chapter. There isn't really anything new presented here, they are mostly the same games that this developer offers with Christmas graphics added, but they are all doable and light-hearted. Here are some of my personal favorites:
1-Place chess pieces so that they don't share the same horizontal, vertical, or diagonal lines. 2-Navigate a map while avoiding tin soldiers. 3-Untangle the ropes version. 4-Triangular Jigsaw Puzzle
Bonus Chapter: (CE version only) Maria has been invited to a Christmas party by the Mouse King when Pinniccho's quest to become human begins to create havoc and of course, it's up to you to save the day! There are 14 Mini-Games and 7 Hidden Object Scenes and you will continue searching for the final 16 Morphing Objects and 16 Snowglobes which will unlock the final Mechanical Toys and Snowglobes.
Collector's Edition Extra's 8 Wallpapers,17 Before & After Concept Art Pictures, 5 Screensavers, 6 Music Soundtracks, 25 Movie Video Cutscenes, 27 Achievements, 25 Replayable Hidden Object Scenes, 14 Replayable Mini-Games, 54 Morphing Objects, 54 Snowglobes, a Maze Puzzle (after completing the Collectibles) 6 Main Chapters +Bonus Chapter, and a Built-In Strategy Guide. Bell has fallen out of Santa's Christmas bag and it will take a Christmas miracle to make the Journey to Francise's house before Christmas morning! But this is Christmas Eve, and Bell is no ordinary doll, and she will find little miracles along her journey from unexpected friends who want nothing more than to see Francis and Bell together on Christmas Morning!
Collectibles & Morphing Objects (CE Version Only): There are 15 Morphing Christmas Presents,15 Christmas Treats to purchase with 70 Zoom Zone Coins. You can opt to show/hide a collectibles tab on the inventory bar that will open a specific icon when there is a collectible available.
Hidden Object Scenes: There are 13 Hidden Object Scenes +5 in the CE Bonus Chapter and an alternate Match 3 Game available. There are Interactive Listed Item Finds, Replacing items into the Scene, Silhouetted Shapes, Multiples of Item Finds, and even Spot the Difference Finds, all of which of course is Christmas-themed and they are actually nicely done with a nice variety of objects and colors.
Mini-Games: There are 20 Mini-Games +6 in the CE Bonus Chapter. You can choose to play them in an Easy or Hard difficulty mode and you can choose which mode to have them start out in the Custom Setting (you can still switch between modes for each individual game) Here are some of my personal favorites:
1-Connect Christmas lights without crossing colors. 2-Fit pieces in a grid without any gaps between pieces. 3-Plot a course on the map for Santa's sleigh while avoiding obstacles.
Bonus Chapter (CE Version Only) Toymakers, Carlos, and Mrs. Tolevare decide to bury the hatchet and let bygones be bygones but jealousy causes Mrs. Tolevare to cast an Enchantment spell that may ruin their newfound friendship if you aren't able to work your magic or anti-magic? This is a cute Bonus Chapter but it paled in comparison to the fabulous story presented in the main chapter. There are 6 Mini-games and 5 Hidden Object Scenes and you will finish up the collections with 9 Zoom Zone Coins to purchase the final 3 Christmas Treats and discover the last 4 Morphing Presents.
