What a fantastic game! The story will captivate you as you are an apprentice that must find and stop the evil queen who has escaped after 500 years of captivation and she is angry! The queen believes she must destroy the land of Enchantia with her fire because humans have poisened the earth (good moral?) There are many things to collect throughout the game, beautiful butterflies, fantasy figurines, potions and more. Great characters to help and recieve help from, colorful flowers and mushrooms, caves, waterfalls and animals! You will recieve a travel device (map) at the beginning of the game to travel from area to area and it also shows you areas of interest. You will find items in one area to be used in other locations but most of the items are easy to figure out where they go. The HO's are pieces of an object scattered around and when you find all the pieces they join together to make an object like a sword etc. Most of the puzzles are simple but fun, like putting two elements together to make a new element such as snow and water equals ice! Good game to buy.

Esther is a descendant of Merlin, whose uncle has invented time travel. Esther must travel back in time to prevent Vivianna, Merlin's love. from accepting an amulet that had turned her evil and is destroying the world. The graphics are good but the voiceovers, not so good. When the characters are talking the lips just move open and closed no where near in sync with the words. Esther's voice is annoying and she screams everytime she uncovers something. The game itself isn't that hard, your time machine shows you where you have tasks to do and you do have to travel back and forth between times to get items from one time to use in another time. There are HO scenes that are slightly interactive, pick up one item to use on another etc, but there are more puzzles than HO's. The puzzles aren't very hard, mostly switching tiles to complete picture. There are no achievements and no collectables or morphing objects. It is still entertaining and you won't become bored.

I played for 15 minutes and quit. It started out with no intro I was facing a building wondering what I was supposed to do. When I entered the building (turns out to be a dorm) it was dark and I had to exit right away and when I would enter a different area the screen would turn black until I double clicked, I went from room to room and everything had question marks and nothing to do! The 1 HO I did come across was a horrible pile of junk and impossible to tell what an item was. In 15 minutes I picked up a broach in one room, a hammer in the next room, and the key I got in the HO opened up a locker for a dustpan and broom! Don't bother.

I am absolutely buying this game! Let's talk about graphics first. Nobody can outdo this developers talent when it comes to creepy eerie towns! The cars and building look HD and real enough to be on a movie. You feel like it's actually you searching room after room and interacting with the ghosts. There is a good mixture of HO's and mini games, which are fun not frusterating to play. The hint system is unlimited and recharges quickly in casual setting. The music is great, again making you feel like you are alone and looking over your shoulder with creepy footsteps and sounds of an empty house creaking! There is no map, but I love having to search room to room site to site manually, that's part of the adventure! The only thing I wish this game had was morphing or beyond objects! See for yoursef, this is a must have!
Unravel the mystery of Griffin’s strange experiment in this suspenseful hidden object game and find your beloved scientist before he disappears for good!

I was confused by the story but apparently you have been haunted by reoccuring nightmares of your boyfriend writing you a letter and sending it as the hotel he is staying at catches on fire. The story then begins with you recieving that letter you dreamed about and you set off to investigate the hotel that has been burned down. Nothing was really explained so that is the conclusion I came to. The game itself has a lot of different features. During the HO's (there are a lot) a random phantom pops up for you to click on, it's not hidden you don't have to search and it pops up at the beginning every time so there is nothing exciting or challenging about that. The HO's do however show you an image of the list item if you scroll over the list items name. When you click on an item of interest, an item name appears by your inventory list that you will need to complete that task such as a rag, or a key, or pliers. The graphics are good but very dark especially during the HO scenes which makes it difficult to find the items. Because of the fact that the game tells you what you need on every item I was bored, nothing to have to think about just use the item it tell you to use! A no go for me.

This is my kind of game! The developers have done an excellent job with the graphic quality even though the atmosphere is dark and eerie. Some games tend to be hazy or just to dark to see any detail but this game has paid attention to even the smallest details, from gates to signs, dragons to people and cute little animals. With that being said the game itself has good features such as a map that shows a tasklist for each explored location and allows you to quickly navigate to any area. You get to collect "lost pets" throughout the game and it has a stratagy guide and a good hint system. There is a good mixture of HO's and puzzles and although they aren't anything new, they are still fun to do and some of the puzzles are challenging but you can skip them after a little bit with no penalities. Great game....have fun!

The game itself is good, the only complaint I have is that you have to place or click on items on the actual spot not just close or in the area. There aren't many HO's and they are a mixture of list items as well as sillouettes where you look for an item that matches a dark shape, some of which are slightly interactive (click on a bag and it opens). Then there are the puzzles! The puzzles I thought were somewhat fun, a little challenging on some but if you are a puzzle fan like myself you will enjoy trying to solve them. I loved the lockpick puzzle where you had to shape a bar to hold open the pegs, sounds easy, but you have to work out what the end result will look like. You can always skip the puzzles if it becomes to frusterating. The hint button is slow to recharge even in the casual mode. This has a good storyline but nothing new, the graphics are crisp and the cutscenes are movie quality. A good game for the weekend!

I found this game fun to play, but I wasn't blown away. Good graphics and voiceovers, and plenty of interactive things to do. There are a lot of simple puzzles but not a lot of HO's and they are a mixture of list items and find the silloutted items both of which are interactive such as dig a hole, put a flower in the hole, water the flower etc. A new feature in this game is a Neufoundland dog named Arthur that travels with you and a paw print alerts you that Arthur has some work to do sniffing out clues! Good game to have fun with.

This is an entertaining game that is fun to play. Although it's not a fantastic game, it has some nice features. The graphics are good, they have done a nice job of keeping the items of the 1700 period. The voices are dialog boxes that simply shows the character's face and you click to continue so you can move through it at your own pace. The HO's are a mixture of list items, slightly interactive (click on a vase to spill out contents) and showing you the picture of the item you need. The puzzles are pretty simple and you can skip them after a little while without penalities. Another feature that I personally love are collectable golden horseshoes throughout the adventure and SPOILER ALERT: they are also hidden in the HO scenes! No map, no achievements, a journal that logs minimal clues and notes and most of the items you find are used within a couple of scenes.

The graphics are okay, how hard can that be when everything is covered in snow? Storyline is typical, two women skiing one stays longer and injures herself the other must find her (in a manor again) There is no achievements or collectables, no guide, the hint only tells you to look elsewhere. The HO's are silloutted shapes, no interaction. Many of the items were hidden in the dark, but you are able to use a brightness level in the menu. Not a bad game, but nothing grand either.
