I actually purchased this game in the collectors edition, the differences are no achievements, no hidden faries to find, no strategy guide, and bonus content such as wallpaper etc. other than that this is an awesome game. With beautiful otherworld graphics and a great story you will find it hard to stop playing. The mini games are good, such as finding hidden crows in a gate or matching the flight pattern of two crows. There aren't to many HO's, this is more of an adventure game, but they are a bit different such as Fiona tells you a story and you must find that item related to what she is saying and continue this until all the items have been found. This is a great series and this one doesn't dissapoint.

The jest of the game it to feed Nog as many gems as you can. After a quick tutorial (not much to learn) You go to the farm and stroll through the vegtable garden to look for obviously hidden gems, click and drag the gems and various other items like fuel and xray vision into his mouth. That's it. Would make a good phone game but way to slooow.
Two human factions are at war, and Rick’s best friend and girlfriend have been captured in the turmoil! Can Rick save Vanessa and Yuki before it’s too late?

I spent about 15 minutes of the demo reading the text of each of the characters in order to understand the story behind the game. The story basically begins with aliens invade earth, God disguised himself as a rocket and creates 7 angels (revelations???) that take the chosen few to another planet to live and humans being humans, we are divided between those who want to stay and rule the new planet and those who want to return to earth and conquer the invading aliens. Now all this sounds epic and the gameplay finally begins, and this involves nothing as epic as the story simply small avatars each with a different set of skills, that you crudely shuffle about the area and use your skills to overcome obstacles. I think you just have to try the demo for yourself, but for me it was boring.

Not a challenging game, very basic game to play. If a girl driving down the road in a pink cadallic with her cat and singing horribly doesn't convience you to exit the game then you might be okay with the rest of the game which in my opinion was boring. All you have to do is click on an object such as, a neatly cut and stacked firewood pile, (which is highlighted and blinking) your character leaves a tent picks up the wood and goes back to the tent until you click on the next pile of rocks etc. and off he goes again. Sorry a no go for me!

This is an amusing game you will have lot's of fun playing with or without the kids. Bright clear and cheerful animated graphics, easy game to navigate, and several different mini games to play that you will have a hard time quitting. To begin with a farmer invites you to help him repair and improve the barn he just purchased. In order to make the necessary repairs and upgrades you and the farmer will hold yard sales in various places around the yard and house. These sales are hidden objects of items that each of the customers are needing and how much they are willing to pay. The scenes also have hidden coins as well as butterflies to collect for extra hints. The more money you make, the better improvements you can make such as a new furnace, or beams for support, and it's cute to see how your virtual barn looks. Skip the demo and just buy this game and enjoy!

If you like frustrating challenging games.....this one's for you! There are two levels of gameplay, relaxed and timed (I would have timed out alot so I chose relaxed) You can choose the color of the balls as well as the rings that encase the balls and how many moves to solve the puzzle. The gameplay is simple, to make the two rings with balls match the exact pattern as the sample by rotating the right and left rings. That's all there is, no other games, just the balls, and it gets old quickly so a no go for me and I would strongly recommend you try the demo first.

To be honest with you I enjoyed the collecters edition better because of the achievements and collectables, but if you can do without, then this is a definate buy! I have an imac and let me tell you the graphics are supurb! The cutscenes are HD movie quality, and the developers did a wonderful job with the details and giving the atmosphere that spooky, ye ole feeling that makes for a good game. The Mayor of the town had a young man killed over jealousy, and he is back to seek revenge as an organ grinder handing out ill fortunes. As you scavenge the town collecting various items and fixing everything in sight, you will encounter fun and sometimes frusterating mini games (skip available) and search the HO scenes (slightly interactive) for useful items, all of which are well done. There are three modes of difficulty to choose from and you get a map for traveling to different areas as well as a task list. Enjoy!

Suddenly you awake from a dream about being the chosen one, to find out you actually are the chosen one! It's off to Azada to save the precious elements, wind fire etc from the evil forces. I was not blown away by this game, although a good game with good graphics and voiceovers that finally match up to the characters lip movements, I found a few things to be useless or annoying. You get a map to travel as well as telling you the tasks for each location, and the hint system is good. Three levels of difficulty to choose or change at any point, and lot of bonus material with wallpaper, screensavers, mini games and more. The parts I didn't like were: When you click on a different location in the map to travel it asks for conformation...are you sure???
You have to look at the scene in front of you with your magic potion bottle when it glows (really) and again when you zoom into the scene.
You recieve a strange creature in a box that you can interchange arms, legs, wings, tails and even it's face. Then you find coins which are in places you have to look anyway like when you open a box, and you get to buy clothing and play dressup.
There are lots of simple mini games that can be solved with the clues you find during the game as well as HO's that are slightly interactive. This isn't a bad game to play and is definatly worth a credit.

Sorry I can't do it! I was bored and the music irratated me. I made it through the first three scenes and I guess if you like to play puzzle after puzzle. the old school kind, than you will like this. No voices, no movement. Beautiful clear still pictures with he said, she said, next to continue blah blah blah.

I thought the CE was a good game because you got to find butterflies and golden blimps as well as achievements, this SE doesn't have any of those features. There is still a lot to do in this game, with the same storyline as seen before, an artifact found, good vs. evil, both sides fighting for the artifact and you going around an ancient city crumbling apart trying to restore all the complicated mechanical secret enterances! There are many HO's the first time you visit it is a list of items to find, then you are given a riddle to figure out and choose the correct item. The second time you revisit the HO's are find 12 items of the same such as find 12 hammers. None of the mini games were to difficult such as jump frogs over each other until only one remains. There is a map that shows you where a task is available, but you must travel to that area on your own and towards the end of the game there are many rooms making it somewhat difficult to remember how to get to some areas. The hint button does take a little while to recharge and there are two modes casual and hard to play. This is worth a credit at the very least because it is a long game with a lot of activity. I also want to tell jquick that I hope all went well and a speedy recovery!
