Although this is your typical TM game, it has just enough differences to make this a stand out game. First of all it has a good storyline about an adventurous man who sets sail on a hot air balloon that crashes into an island where the Moai live. They believe he is the hero they have been waiting for to save their island and their people from self destruction. They have used up most of their resources especially wood from the dwindling trees. The graphics are superior even though it is cartoonish. you will have a task list that is easy to read and it includes such things as building 4 fields for food and collect 100 pieces of wood, and there is a timer. When you click on an available action such as an empty lot, a circle will appear with a few different options such as food or stone so everything is easier to accomplish rather than clicking on several options spread all over the board. After each level completed you earn stars that will carve the stone around an idol that when completed will allow you to unlock more areas. A really fun game so start building and enjoy!

Monica Smith was willing to do ANYTHING to save her twin sister Anna so she bought a magical mirror at an antique store and summoned the wicked witch Sybil. Sybil agreed to cure Anna in exchange for her youthful soul, but the newly cured Anna goes after her sister through the magical mirror portal to a beautiful and magical world. She meets a hansom Prince Addris who is willing to help her defeat the witch, find her sister and restore his kingdom and gives Anna a magical Amulet of the Elements to protect her against evil magic such as smoke and fire. You will have plenty of tasks in each scene to keep you busy and you will help animals along the journey and occasionally help a clever rhyming troll who can't seem to stay out of trouble! The HOS are a bit different some will require you to pair alike items such as a stamp and an envelope, others will have you find 12 toys and some are continuing finds where you find a silhouetted item then you place that item where it belongs to find the next item. The mini games are clever twists on familiar games such as a scorpion in a maze of doors with the goal of getting to the finish line but when you go through the doors, some close behind you and others only open one way so put on your thinking cap! The only complaint is with the map, you have to open up your journal and then click on the map and by the time you do that you could have just walked there. Cudos on this game it's a winner, enjoy!

That's right hidden object puzzle adventurers this is a superior game with a great story that ties into the previous Witch's Legacy yet stands well on it's own to allow those who haven't played the other game to enjoy this one. The graphics are crisp and the voiceovers well done and there are 4 settings to choose from including a custom setting to opt for sparkles or how long the hint button recharges, and that's just the beginning! At the start of the game you will find and name a tiny little imp that will help you during the game but don't worry you don't have to dress him but you will earn achievements for interacting with him as well as using him to complete 11 different quests. To all you morphing object fans (myself included) there are a whopping 42 very well done morphs to find some of which are in the zoomed in areas so pay attention. To all the fans of collectables you will find 45 puzzle pieces which will be used in the bonus AND if you don't find them all the first time around you can replay the game and just search for the puzzle pieces, how cool is that! There are 27 hidden object scenes and they are interactive or you can opt to switch to a matching game instead. There are 29 mini games to play and so far none of them are too difficult and most are fun. You will also get an achievement for overcoming 5 different magical objects such as getting through a door that has been sealed with magic. As I said before this game is chock full of extras there is no way you won't like this game and the CE has wallpapers, screensavers bonus play and puzzles so stop reading and download the game, enjoy!

This is a slow moving typical slots game. I will say that the graphics are HD, very colorful and crisp but two of the games are almost identical (7's) one of which I never lost a single hand on max bet and if you win every hand what's the point it's only fake money to begin with. The Cleopatra game did give you several lines to choose from and the game with the lions roaring was a little more fun but had less of a fake payout.
I don't recommend this game.
Gather evidence, interview witnesses, recreate the crime and catch the killer!

This game is definitely thinking outside the box so for that reason alone I am giving it four stars. You are given the choice of several murders to choose and then you interview each witness individually as they give you the first part of their sentence you must match the item they are talking about by picking that item out of several items scattered about and drag that item onto their quote. Then after all 9 items have been identified you will review the completed statement and once again match those nine items back into the statement. After listening to all of the witnesses statements you can review everyones statements or choose the person you think is responsible by clicking on that person. According to how many mistakes you made during the interviewing you will be given a rank such as Sargent. Like I said before this isn't your typical HOG so keep an open mind and enjoy!
I recommend this game!

This game doesn't have the quality that we HOG lovers have come to expect. This isn't a bad game, but the graphics are just okay, there are no voiceovers and you will do a lot of reading, the mini games are just okay not exciting and certainly not challenging. I will give them credit on the HOS that are interactive and there are a lot of them. The story begins as an aging Katherine remembers how and when she met the love of her life, Steven, and then switches over to a young Steven's memories whom is now in the Navy and about to propose to Katherine. So if you are a romance novel fan this will definitely be the game for you. Enjoy!

I am a really big fan of this type of TM game, but this game moves too slow for my taste. I hate the fact that you can't click on available actions until the worker actually delivers his last load. Other than that this game has good graphics, but slightly cartoonish. It has your typical tasks where you must collect wood and food and clear paths to get to the tree of life or whatever your goal is during the allotted time. It's a good game just not a super game but still fun to play. Enjoy!

The Prince must travel back in time with the help of Lucio the wizard, a time before Alura was an evil witch to collect her mothers 4 amulets and protect her from corruption! This is a beautiful fantasy-magical themed game with crisp colorful graphics and excellent voiceovers. You have the opportunity to catch fireflies and put them into the hint meter but they are pretty quick and sometimes difficult to catch. The HOS are a mixture of list finds, fragmented objects and placing items back onto the scene so that should cover everybody preference. The mini game aren't new but they are fun such as turning light discs to connect with the main light and turn on all the lights. You will travel to different times and interact with magical plants and creatures, this game is sure to please so give it a try. Enjoy!

I am giving this game 5 stars because so far every mini game I have played was different and fun to play. In one game you must step across a narrow ledge, there is a meter at the top and a skull that goes back and forth, you cannot step until the skull is in the green zone and the green zone gets smaller the further you go and the skull travels faster. A young couple travels to Mexico to get her fathers blessing for their marriage and they arrive on The Day of The Dead, her father nowhere to be seen. The young man finds a talking guide book that warns the couple to leave, but it's too late the Dead has already claimed her and we must now find her! This is definitely a new storyline, and the developers are trying to make everything about this game unique. You will search for hidden skulls as well as earn achievements. The HOS are slightly interactive list finds and they double up the same scenes. There is a map for traveling and it does show you areas of interest so there is little need for the hint system, however it does indicate where to go with an arrow as well as telling you what area to check out next. Again the puzzles are entertaining and I didn't feel the need to pull my hair out or use the skip button! Even familiar games have a twist such as untangling those famous ropes only this time you tangle them to touch all the light buttons until they are all lit. I like this game and I think you will too. Enjoy!

Wow I LOVE the fact the you still get very well done morphing objects (some items don't morph until you re-enter the area a couple of times, so be on the lookout# even though this is only a SE. You also still get to collect parables #stories or fair tale info) and you also get to collect clothing ensembles for cinderellas around the globe which will get you special items after all 4 pieces of the wardrobe are collected. The only thing you don't get with this version is the use of the strategy guide which you won't really need because the map shows areas of interest and the hint system is good and recharges faster with each morph found, and there is no bonus game. I purchased this game in the CE because I didn't think morphs would be in the SE so this game is certainly worth purchasing! The evil fairy godmother is searching desperately for the last Cinderella, the one with a pure heart, leaving beautiful women entombed in stone along the way. You are once again a detective sent to find and protect the real Cinderella before the evil godmother finds her. This isn't really a challenging game but it is a very entertaining and fun game to play and the storyline will keep you playing to find out more! The HOS are actually FROS where you need to find objects that are fragmented or broken and when you find all the parts they will connect to become a complete object, there are no list finds in this game. Mini games are fun and easy to complete such as switching tiles to complete a picture, then another puzzle opens up beside that picture and you need to flip those tiles to complete that picture. The graphics are fairy tale beautiful, music and voiceovers very well done, making this another Dark Parable winner that you will want to add to your collection. Enjoy
