Annie has been challenged by her Uncle Dave to spend one million dollars faster and wiser than her cousins. The problem with this game is the items to find are "hidden" in a distant area, no up close finds. You are expected to recognize and distinguish items that are so tiny that there's no way to tell what an item actually is. You have to play mini games to receive extra hints (you'll need them in this game!) There are 4 different games, Price Builders, Sort It, Price Match and Price Guess but to be perfectly honest none of them were very fun. This game is just okay in my opinion, a way to pass an hour or two.

What a great seek and find adventure for young kids and the young at heart who just want to enjoy a ton of assorted games. I can't think of any mini games this game has left out, there is something to please just about anyone. There are hidden object games such as finding 40 eggs located both inside the house and outside, you need to click on items to move them and open up drawers, some are hidden in the trees and bushes and you basically interact with items to find all eggs. There is a cute game of "blocks" where the eggs need to go into the nest by moving around bales of hay of assorted sizes until the eggs have a clear path to the nest. You can put together a jigsaw picture of each scene in the game and you can even download your own picture for a personalized jigsaw puzzle. Once you play a mini game in the adventure, you can replay that game as often as you want in the puzzle section. The characters voices are a tad bit annoying but other than that, this is a great game to play along with the kids, enjoy!

Admittedly this game has a few flaws, but it also has some really unique features and for that "out of the box" thinking, it deserves 5 stars! I was a wee bit disappointed with the graphics, the cinematic trailers were really well done but the game itself had so so graphics. This game does have a good, spooky story, with plenty of creepy crawly bugs and giant rodents with glowing red eyes that are capable of igniting fire balls! There are 45 extremely well hidden pumpkins to find and several achievements to earn and store in your trophy room. This is the part I liked: KARMIC CHOICE! You get to choose what you want to do and your decision will influence the subsequent course of events! You choose what inventory item to use, do you want to kill the scorpion with bug killer or simply don some gloves and gently move him out of the way? Do you want to help the ghosts move on in exchange for their help or simply do it alone? There aren't a bunch of HOS (in fact only a couple in the demo) but they are interactive list finds where you have to find a pot full of water and place it on a burner, then find an egg and put it in the pot to boil for a boiled egg. The mini games are fun such as lighting all the bulbs on a panel with the correct number of connections as shown on each bulb, the wires can connect vertically, horizontally or diagonally. You are a detective searching the abandoned Unicorn Castle for a young girl named Sophie. I'm still trying to figure out why this game revolves around a Unicorn, the castle is supposed to be grim and creepy, full of rats, roached and evil entities, and a beautiful white Unicorn kind of takes the edge off of creepy. It doesn't matter, this game has a ton of active areas, a good map, entertaining mini games and well done hidden object scenes, enjoy!

This is a timed seek and find game with 20 available locations, which could make for a short game, but in all fairness, I just played the demo. You start out by choosing between two characters, Justin or Anna. There is a puzzle mode feature which allows you to replay any locations you have visited in the story mode. The hidden items are list finds as well as finding the item that matches the silhouetted shapes. Each scene has bonuses to collect that are not on the list. The search bonus is simply a hint toward the location of a single item. The speed search aid bonus briefly shows the location of several items. The stop bonus stops the clock for a while, the time bonus gives you extra overall time and the final bonus will give you double the points on all items found in a certain time frame. Most of the locations are centered around animals such as barns and all of the scenes have items that relate to animals.

Angela Young has entered the dreamscape with her faithful feline companion, Felix, who get's spooked and run's off. The Lord of Nightmares is causing chaos in his quest to corrupt the dreamscape but a quirky wizard steps in to help Angela find her cat and leave the dreamscape. Although this game has an interesting story, there's nothing interesting about the hidden object scenes. In fact, most of the items are so small it's nearly impossible to tell what the item actually is, leaving you no choice but click and hope. I actually thought that Angela Young 2 was much better than this one.
I don't recommend this game.

I wish there were more hidden object adventure games like this one. Enter an abandoned house and discover Wonderland, beautiful graphics, exciting locations and a unique take on the classic Alice In Wonderland, will keep pushing you onward to meet the Mad Hatter and the creepy Cheshire cat! This is a game for all ages, easy enough for kids but exciting enough for the "grown up" kids too. I definitely recommend this game, enjoy!

Put on some garden gloves and let's grow some giant beanstalks before the Sky Kingdom comes crashing to the ground! (what kind of Kingdom would it be then?) Admittedly I'm a huge fan of the Dark Parables series and Jack and the Sky Kingdom is no exception, however, I'm also a bigger fan of the Collector's Edition because of the morphing objects. Only Dark Parables can put this kind of twist on a legendary classic, Jack and the Beanstalk! Jack has grown up in this fable, a well known fortune hunter, his assistance is crucial because of his vast knowledge of the Sky Kingdom. In classic Parables fashion you will be collecting several "parables" and once an entire group of parables have been found, you get to read a story about that tale. As with all of the Dark Parables games the hidden object scenes are actually FROG where you find fragmented pieces scattered about the scene and you must find all of the fragments for 3 separate items that go together to make one object that will be used somewhere in the game. One thing to keep in mind with this game is that you have to read in order to know what to do in the scene. If you get a magnifying glass cursor, a scene may not necessarily zoom in, but if you read the black bar caption it will tell you what is needed usually. There is even a twist on some of the mini games, such as connecting flowers of the same kind with a line that cannot cross over an existing line, in DP fashion, you have to accomplish this in a certain amount of moves! In my opinion, this is an excellent game, however I liked the CE better! Enjoy!

The townspeople of Riddlestone has always been known for their virtues until the seven deadly sins take up residency and seed those sins roots deep within the citizens and the Royal Family, making chaos the norm. Fighting sins such Greed, Envy, Jealousy, and Gluttony won't be easy but you have found a powerful crystal and you are learning how to recharge and use this powerful weapon against these sins. This game has been professionally produced, the quality of the graphics and gameplay are excellent, the HOS are well done although they are far and few between! This game is all about the puzzles, puzzles all over the place and I love it! There seems to be a game to please almost everybody, turning rings to complete a picture, drawing lines between several colored tiles without overlapping, to it's matching tile and even painting a picture correctly of the Royal Family. There are Royal Family statues to collect and if you visit the room, you can read a short bio on the characters you have found. There are also Royal Crowns hidden opaquely throughout the game. You also earn achievements and I always suggest reading the achievements before playing the game to make sure you earn every one possible. I'm loving this game, so I'm off to fight some sins, enjoy!

This is actually a surprisingly good hidden object game. Each location you enter has several rooms or areas to search for hidden objects. Some of the items you find are used for your inventory items. Each scene has a few different areas that need to be interacted with by using the appropriate inventory item such as finding a gear and placing that gear onto a machine part. Once you fix the item you are rewarded with a crystal and you need to find all 10 crystals before going to another location. The graphics are good but they are cartoon style graphics so nothing looks realistic, My favorite mini game was rebuilding a dragon statue by placing different shaped rocks in the correct spot. This game is actually quite relaxing, enjoy!

I am a huge fan of this series and Call of Atlantis is by far the most interesting yet. The story goes that Poseidon was upset with the people of Atlantis when they no longer worshiped him. The controls have been sealed and the powerful crystals have been given to 7 countries and it's up to you to find the crystals and restore power to Atlantis. You will learn actual facts about the citizens of Rome, Greece and Egypt as you play this match 3 game. The object of the game is to make matches of 3 or more in order to make pieces of artifacts and weapons fall off of the board. There are bonuses such as bombs that need to drop off as well and you can collect multiples of these and use them whenever. If you make large matches, Poseidon's Amulet of destruction will charge and you want to use it as often as it recharges to destroy several tiles because it starts new every game. The mini games involve finding fragmented pieces of several items, until all pieces have been found as well as replacing those items back into the scene in their correct places. Each crystal you find opens up a new screensaver and you can play this game in story mode or challenge mode. I highly recommend this game and you should give the others a try as well, enjoy!
