Your colleague and friend, detective Peter Larrabee has stolen very powerful artifacts and is using them to travel to different time periods (Ancient Rome, Renaissance, Middle Ages) in search of a Mask, gloves and belt which has the power to restore life. It is his belief that these objects will be the cure for his supposedly terminally ill fiance, Debby, but Peter may have just been duped because the maid saw Debby use makeup to make herself appear ill.
Surprise! You find an Amulet that can speed up or slow down time for short periods of time, you first try it out on a door mechanism that has chomping steel teeth moving at lightning speed. I don't know about you, but I'd wanna test that amulet out on something a little less life threatening first, how long do the effects last? Do I really want to risk losing my entire hand first try? The Collector's Edition has an overabundance of collectibles to find in just about every scene, 41 Puzzle Pieces, Character Statues, Magical Artifacts, and even Journal pages tucked nice and neatly into every nook and cranny you uncover. There are also a ton of Achievements to earn, nearly 40 of them. You can answer a few questions in the Personality Quiz section to find out which era suits your personality best, mine was the Middle ages, brutal!
The Hidden Object Scenes aren't terrible, but are super simple, and nothing out of the ordinary. There are Silhouetted shape finds where you have to find multiples of each shape, and Morphing Object finds, interactive list finds. You can opt for a Match 3 game instead of the HOP's.
The Mini Games are for the most part way too easy, or just annoying. Here are brief descriptions of some of the games you will encounter during the demo:
1) Arrange photos so they match the positions shown in the main picture.
2) Complete images by sliding tokens to correct slots.
3) Arrange figurines according to their historical periods. (difficult to see images)
4) Click on a net to catch birds in the numbers and colors shown.
5) A multi-layered puzzle where you find map fragments then arrange them in various puzzle styles, swap strips, sliding pieces, and swapping upper and lower segments.
The Collector's Edition has 19 Wallpapers, 39 Achievements, 12 Concept Art pictures, 5 Music Soundtracks, 12 replayable Mini Games, 19 replayable Hidden Object Puzzles, 18 Magical Artifacts to collect, 15 Character Statues, 41 Stained glass Puzzle Pieces, a Personality Quiz, a built in Strategy Guide and a Bonus Chapter. I was almost annoyed with all the collectibles in the CE version so in my opinion, this is the better version with less distractions, enjoy!
I recommend this game!

Aboard the escort vessel with Captain Woodhouse at the helm, a strange fog begins to roll in. This is no ordinary fog, and those are no ordinary pirates! The pirates have a new weapon, and they call her "The Siren", this pied piper of the seas has just called for backup, a giant tentacled Kraken, that rips through the hull of your ship and sends her to the bottom of the sea. You crawl to the shores of Puerto Valiz, but the pirates are relentless, as they attempt to cut off all sources of communication. Surely you can outwit a band of pirates, Dr. Norton, your life depends on it!
This is another great addition to The Sea of Lies, although none of them seem to hold a candle to the original episode. The graphics have improved, but I just found myself a little bored with the motions at times, there's just no real wow factor to make me want to purchase this game, it's a take it or leave it kind of game. There are plus signs on some of the inventory items requiring an extra step before using, some of which are in the form of a small simple puzzle to solve. There are 12 Achievements to earn as well as a Hidden Sign (ship's wheel) in each of the 45 locations throughout the game.
The Hidden Object Scenes are not bad, but again, there's no wow factor. There are small zoom zone HOP's and there is an optional Match 3 game to play. Most of the HOP's are interactive list finds, but there are silhouetted shape finds, descriptions of items to find and even scenes that require you find 5 of the same objects on each side which gives you a tool to unlock the list of items.
The Mini Games are sea worthy, but rather simple to solve, which isn't necessarily bad, just not very challenging. Below are brief descriptions of the games you'll encounter in the demo:
1) Complete the picture to use the spyglass by selecting directional arrows.
2) Use arrows to rotate the ship's wheel and avoid the monster's tentacles.
3) Collect the correct roots by pulling flowers until you find a match.
4) Use the ship's log to select and place ships correctly on a map.
5) Lead the wheel on the left to the ship on the right through obstacles.
6) Use levers to move flags to match the diagram, selecting one affects others.
This Collector's Edition has 12 Achievements, 45 Hidden Collectible Signs, 9 Videos, 8 Concept Art pictures, 8 Wallpapers, 9 Music Soundtracks, 15 replayable HOP's, 17 replayable Mini Games, a Souvenir Room, a built in Strategy Guide and a Bonus Chapter, enjoy!
I recommend this game!

Your mission, should you decide to accept it, will take you to Sigiriya, Sri Lanka to find out why the agency has lost communication with an entire team of H.E.L.P field agents. These agents were deployed to supervise the restoration of a very important archaeological dig site, the site that may contain the Fountain of Youth. H.E.L.P isn't the only team trying to find this snake venom, Dario Sabas Aturnin is using his wealth and questionable ethics to obtain the age altering elixir. To make matters worse, he has hired Dana Creed, one of Sam's proteges who suddenly turned rogue, Sam warns that she is ruthless and dangerous! Hidden Expedition has another great action packed adventure in store for us, but searching for the Fountain of Youth could prove to be the age altering liquid that we won't live long enough to use.
Hidden Expeditions just keeps getting better and better, I do grow weary with the topic (fountain of youth searches) but I must admit, this one's the most interesting, the holy grail of all fountains! This game offers all the features you could ask for including Plus Sign inventory items, and scenes that allow you to pan left and right, or north and south. The Collector's Edition of Hidden Expedition has the famous H.E.L.P. box and the 20 collectible Fact Cards that give us insight with facts about the area, the why's, what's, where's and when's so to speak. The CE also has 41 Hidden Sign's to search for and a whole slew of Achievements to earn as well, either edition is fantastic and well worth the bucks.
The Hidden Object Scenes are multi-layered puzzles with a variety of styles, silhouetted shape finds, listed items, fragment finds and mini games within, the CE has the addition of a Morphing Object (17 total) but I prefer the morphs to be within the game scenes because I always forget to look for them in the HOP's usually because I'm trying to earn an achievement for finding the items quickly and without mistakes.
The Mini Games are really entertaining, but I've come to expect fantastic mini games from this series. The following are brief descriptions of some of the games you'll encounter during the demo:
1) Select and drag a fist through a maze, stopping at power points along the way, before delivering a power punch.
2) A zoom zone game where you find the correct three emojis previously seen.
3) A zoom zone puzzle requiring you to place three gears on red points on a lock.
4) A zoom zone puzzle where you find 3 numbers on a combination lock that equal six.
5) Click and drag color coded token chains of various lengths until they are in their matching color coded slots.
6) Shoot a slingshot when the red dot lines up in the green zone.
7) Create a continuous path of light by rotating arrows in the correct directions.
8) Select pairs of matching symbols by clicking on two candles at a time.
9) Spot the 10 Differences in a scene with a photo previously taken.
10) Move numbered tokens to reflect numerical order.
11) A multi layered puzzle using codes, matching tokens, sliding cylinders, moving tokens by either two or five spaces at a time choosing the correct path for a ship to sail, all as you try to escape impending danger!
The Collector's Edition has 18 replayable Puzzles, 17 replayable Hidden Object Scenes with 17 Morphing Objects within the HOS, 12 Videos and 1 Bonus Video, 12 Concept Art Pictures, 8 Wallpapers, 20 Collectible Fun Fact Cards, 41 Hidden Signs, 9 Music Soundtracks, a Souvenir Room, 13 Achievements, a built in Strategy Guide and a Bonus Chapter, enjoy!

The small town of Glanville has had more than their fair share of problems lately. It all began when Ronald Marlo, known throughout the world for his clay creations, presented his latest masterpiece, a clay Golem. When the Golem opened his eyes, the townspeople became frightened, even though Ronald assured them that the Golem was harmless, the townsfolk destroyed the abomination and turned their anger upon Ronald, in front of his young daughter. This wasn't the end, but rather a new beginning, and now the Golem's have returned, each day a new Golem a little faster a little less clumsy, and a lot angrier. It's time for the Royal Detectives to pull up their sleeves and get to work finding a way to defeat these stone giants!
The graphics are really good, but the features I love the most are finding the 14 Collectible morphing Figures and each scene has a Morphing Object to find. The best part is that your cursor doesn't change, and some of the morphs are difficult to find. You are hired by a wooden leprechaun character that also gives you some insight to what is happening in Glanville as well as it's past history. Eventually you will piece together your own Golem which is supposed to be a Dwarven Miner, as well as one that looks similar to a doughboy.
The Hidden Object Scenes are varied and pretty well done. There are smaller zoom zone HOP's, silhouetted shape finds, progressive interactive list finds and even story type HOP's where you find items matching the words in bold print as a story is being told.
The Mini Games are quite entertaining, the following are brief descriptions of some of the games you'll encounter during the demo:
1) Connect the dots.
2) Scroll through different parts of cakes to replicate the picture shown.
3) Press a total of 15 buttons connected with a particular item in the square window.
4) De-mine the board, the figurines show how many bombs are around the open cells.
5) Alter the letter using positive words.
6) Interact with the game elements in a super puzzle.
7) Select symbols from each of the two disks so that they combine to create the creature displayed on the amulet in the center.
8) Roll the dice and move the baby Golem figure along the board, completing the tasks from the game cards. (each card is a mini game)
9) Shoot an arrow when in the green zone.
This Collectors Edition has 15 Wallpapers, 13 replayable HOP's, 12 replayable Mini Games, 5 Music Soundtracks, 3 Screensavers, 14 Collectible Figurines, 25 Morphing Objects, 12 Concept Art pictures, 19 Achievements, a built in Strategy Guide and a Bonus Chapter, enjoy!

The only thing I didn't like about this Time Management game, was the constant interruptions of cutscenes, which are not only between levels, but within the levels themselves. At first I thought it was kinda cool that the story was unfolding as you were playing, giving meaning and explanation to the tasks you were accomplishing, but it did start to get old after a while and I found myself skipping through most of the cutscenes. On the other hand, this TM game has excellent graphics, really good layouts in each level with plenty of active areas to interact with. This isn't an easy breezy game however (unless you are playing in Relaxed mode which is untimed) and I will admit that I had to restart a few levels to "get it right" by slightly altering the order in which I queued my tasks, otherwise I had to waste time waiting for the necessary resources to be available because I used them on a different task that had more benefits. You can earn up to 3 stars in each level, but like I said, you will have to use strategy to earn all three stars. The Developer's score is shown on the map above each level, but beating the score of the person who designs the game and knows what should be done when and how seems impossible, so I didn't bother with that attempt.
The goal is to help Lady Aerin restore her Elven Kingdom from the enchanted roots of The Tree Of Life, which are attacking the villages, farms and even the Capital Building. Some of the levels contain Gold Petals which are gathered just like a resource, these petals can be used to rebuild the Capital Building (which you get to choose the name for) but this feature is optional from what I gathered.
There are the normal resources to collect, food, wood, stone etc. and the same tasks of clearing the roadways, repairing bridges and filling in pits along the way. Princess Aerin will do all the magic work, once she has enough magical crystals to charge her staff, but she gets a helping hand from a Healer who heals plants and animals, and her trusted Griffin has joined her once more to chase away the Trolls, once his house has been built of course. There are several Altars of Resources available in each level that will produce resources over a period of time and each level has a Bonus meter that recharges to give you temporary boosts such as faster workers, more resources, or extra workers. Enjoy!
I recommend this game!

This is purely a quest driven HO game requiring you to gain experience points by searching unlocked scenes several times in different modes. A fallen tree has prevented you from continuing your travel plans so you enter the nearby asylum to make a phone call and get side tracked by patients who ask for favors. In order to progress and unlock other rooms in the asylum, you need to accept a quest from the patients, locate the room where the item can be found, and then search the room for the items shown either as listed items or silhouetted shapes, some scenes are dark and require a flashlight to search with. After completing the timed HOS, you claim your reward from the patient who will give you coins or energy. Energy is basically food, and everything you do requires energy,
There are two different ways to roam the asylum, you can choose the map mode where you click on the unlocked room to be transported to, or you can choose to roam the asylum corridors and enter the rooms at will. The HOS, start out with just a few listed items to find and get progressively more difficult each time the same scene is revisited with less time and more items to locate. As I said before, you will have to search the same areas several times to gain the necessary experience points to unlock new rooms, so if you don't like repetitive HO's , this isn't the game for you.
You can purchase Tools in the shop to help you within the HO scenes such as an EYE to find an item for you, a Bomb which blows up three items from the list, a Clover which will successfully complete the HO, and a Clock to freeze time temporarily. You can purchase Potions that can increase the amount of coins you find, increase experience points, help you find necessary items, or increase your health temporarily. Weapons can be purchased or found and will defeat the Wandering enemies, ghosts, or maniacs that will wreak havoc in the Hidden Object Scenes by jumbling up the words or they will steal your coins or diminish your health.
This type of game is similar to Midnight Castle, Dark Manor and Found, it's not a game for everyone, but if you like quest driven games, this one isn't bad, enjoy!
I recommend this game!

The plague ran rampant in Venice back in 1104, showing no mercy and no signs of subsiding. When the plague claimed the life of the Dage's eldest son and heir to the city, he blamed those of Venice's high society who lived sinfully and full of debauchery. He believed this lifestyle brought damnation upon the city so he gathered people together with similar beliefs, forming a secret society called "Redemption" who secretly kidnapped those who they felt personified the seven mortal sins. After the plague subsided, the citizens who lived in sin, remained fearful, and the plague has once again reared it's ugly head. The latest victims of Redemption are Karla and Lisa, two of Venice's bella donna's and you have been hired by Silvio, husband and father to the missing ladies.
Throughout the game you will collect gold Ducats which will be used at Giovanni's local merchant shop, to purchase a random assortment of needful things such as cheese blocks and oars. There is no map available, so you'll have to travel old school on this one, and there are only two modes of difficulty to choose from, Casual and Expert. Hints are limited but, you can earn extra hints by finding hidden fans within the Hidden Object Scenes.
The Hidden Object Scenes are all Listed item finds, some items require you to move an item or open up an item to expose the object you are looking for, but the interactions are easy to find because the cursor will change to a hand or gears if another item is required to be used on it. Most of the scenes are repeated a second time, so you'll have to check back often.
The Mini Games are fairly simple, such as rearranging gems so they match the smaller gem pattern on the outside, or rearranging letters to spell the word shown on the paper example, using right and left directional arrows and a take/ swap/flip button to position the letters.
This Standard Edition is a better value than the Collector's Edition, in my opinion, because the CE only has Screensavers, Wallpapers, a built in Strategy Guide and a Bonus Chapter, and you cannot access any of the Extra features in the demo with the exception of the Strategy Guide.
I don't recommend this game.

This is a detective themed mosaic game where you solve 10 different murder cases by finding 12 clues for each crime. The pictures the mosaics create aren't always perfect, but each puzzle has three different colors and you can choose between Casual (numbers are crossed off one by one) or Advanced (numbers crossed off when all numbers have been solved) The clues you discover will explain the victim's name, age and cause of death, as well as the murder weapon used, the killers gender, name and motive, how cool is that! To sum it all up, this is a really entertaining game with vibrant colors and a storyline that progresses with each puzzle clue found, enjoy!

The Spear of Destiny, the Holy Spear, the Lance of Longinus (named after the soldier who used the spear on Christ while staked at the cross), The spear with powers many leaders sought to possess in order to rule the world. It's no secret that Hitler ordered his men to find the Spear which he believed would end the war, in Germany's favor. Many conspiracies formed around the belief that Hitler did find the Spear of Destiny, but shipped the artifact to Antarctica along with other masterpieces when he knew the war was lost. The Spear is believed to have been in possession of General Patton as well, but the Spear is thought to be cursed, anyone who loses the Spear will die an untimely death, and of course both men were victims of an untimely death. Many churches and museums around the world claim to have the original Spear of Destiny, none of them however, will allow carbon dating to be performed, which means that the gems from the true Spear of Destiny could very well still be guarded by Colossus as interpreted in this fantastic WWII era game.
The graphics are absolutely fantastic, the characters are extremely lifelike, and the story is so cool (obviously I'm into this topic) My favorite feature is the variety of Collectibles, starting with Uniforms for the Army, Navy and Marines, Collectible Tanks, Bombardiers, Weapons, Ships and Submarines, and 17 Achievements to earn along the way. There's nothing boring about this game, and a must have addition to almost everyone's collection.
The Hidden Object Scenes are very interactive, with listed items as well as silhouetted shape finds, replacing items into the scene as well as progressive interactive scenes where you find the first item that matches the silhouetted shape and use that item in the scene interactively to expose the next item. You can opt for a Match Many game where you click on groups of matching tiles.
The Mini Games are really good, but not really anything new. The following are brief description of the games you'll encounter during the demo:
1) Use levers to adjust the mirrors so that the light reflects from all of them and create a beam that will hit the flowers, one lever affects others.
2) Choose the correct spike in order to climb out of the pit, choosing the wrong spike will take you back to the previous spike.
3) Click on the round spots to determine the path the cart takes, without intersecting the line path.
This game has the following extras: 8 Wallpapers, 5 Music Soundtracks, 8 Concept Art pictures, replayable Mini Games and HOP's 17 Achievements, Collectible Uniforms, Collectible Ships, Tanks, Bombardiers, Subs, and Weapons, collectible figures, and a war room headquarters, enjoy!
I recommend this game!
