That's an hour of my life wasted on another game by a developer who doesn't put forth any effort whatsoever. They never actually make new games, they recycle games with the same graphics, the same music, the same features, sometimes they don't even change the title they just slap a number after it and call it a series.
There's just nothing to talk about pertaining to this game, the tasks are boring, the colors are boring, the features are very boring. For example, on one of the levels in the beginning, the only task was to collect hoards and hoards of wheat, no farm required, just gather wheat, watch it grow back, gather wheat, watch it grow back, lather, rinse, repeat.
This Collector's Edition version is so not worthy of the SE price much less a CE price tag. The only difference is that you get 7 Music Soundtracks, 10 boring Concept Art pictures, and 23 Achievements, both versions have 100 boring levels.

First of all, this is not a Hidden Object Game, it's an adventure puzzle game. I've been playing for about 2 hours and I haven't come across any Hidden Object Scenes, it does have several puzzles to solve and it has 10 Hidden Elephants in some of the scenes. The computer-generated graphics are very good, and it has a superb murder mystery plot, certainly worthy of it's SE price.
You are abruptly awakened by the police banging on your door, demanding you turn yourself in. Dazed, and certainly confused you scan the room for clues, something, anything to jog your memory. That's when you notice the slashes across Sasha's portrait you had just finished last night! Has something horrible happened to your beloved? There's only one thing to do, go on the lam to solve a murder mystery and prove your innocence. The streets of Paris holds many secrets, including a mysterious Man with the Ivory Cane who may be your only salvation, but can he be trusted?
There are 3 modes of difficulty as well as a Custom mode (you have to click on the gears on the top left of the mode window to access) There are 11 Achievements to earn and 10 Hidden Elephants and eventually you will find a Map, so this Standard Edition has plenty of worthy features. This is the same developer who created one of my favorite HOPA games, Where Angels Cry.
As I said earlier, there are no Hidden Object Scenes, at least none that I've come across so far, but there are mini-games and puzzles available. Here are a few of the games I enjoyed so far:
1-Draw a line through each cell without intersecting lines x3. 2-Cast the fishing hook into the correct path and remove at the correct time to catch 5 fish total. 3-Jump elephant tiles to remove all but 1 tile which must land on the highlighted cell.
Restore the kingdom's mesmerizing castles in this enchanting Solitaire adventure! Travel the lands and collect resources to rebuild majestic monuments.
THIS STANDARD EDITION VERSION IS WORTH THE FOUR MONTH WAIT!

Review based upon: Completed CE version Demo only SE version
The Collector's Edition version of this Higher/Lower Solitaire game has a ton of extras, but this Standard Edition version still packs a punch, including 12 additional Bonus Solitaire variations. There are several levels that seemed impossible to beat and I had to replay them 20-30 times before I was able to remove all of the cards, other levels could be cleared on the first try, so it can be a challenging game if you are like me and have to keep trying until you get a perfect score.
You can play in a Normal Solitaire Mode, a Hard Mode with a Timer, or a Relaxed Mode which gives you more than one deal. Both versions include 24 Achievement Trophies to earn and I do recommend that you read the Achievements before starting the game because there are a few that are awarded for selecting specific options, such as, choosing a Custom Cursor, Watching the Credits, Setting a Wallpaper, Replaying a Level, and even for Removing 5 Cards in 5 Seconds.
The goal is to Remove Cards that are either one Higher or one Lower than the Deck Card, and you get to remove all of the cards, not just special cards like some games! Each level requires you to Collect Emeralds that are used to purchase Castle Sections. When a Castle has been completed, you can set it as a Wallpaper. If you don't have enough Emeralds to purchase a Castle section, this step is bypassed until you do. The Level Map shows how many Emeralds are available on each level.
As you remove cards from the playing field, you will earn Coins that can be used in the Shop to purchase a Deck Card Counter~Remove a Random Card~Remove a Specific Card~Reveal some Face Down Cards~Extra Shuffle and Undo features~Card Specific Wildcards~Jokers, and the Chance to Receive Wildcards and Jokers during the Levels. Combo's start at 5 Cards and each level gives you 1 free Undo. You can earn up to 3 Stars per level and you can Replay the levels as often as you want to try to remove all of the Cards.
There are several types of Obstacle Cards, such as, Locks that require you to remove the Key Card, Frozen Cards that require two Plays, Chains that require removing the Hammer Card, Ribbons that require removing Scissor Cards, Vines that require removing the Sickle Cards, Red and Black Seals that require removing Red and Black Cards, and Red and Black Suit Specific Cards that require removing Specific Suit Cards. As you progress, several types of obstacle cards may be included in a level at the same time.
As you progress, you will unlock 12 Bonus Solitaire versions: (available in the Collector's Edition & Standard Edition versions)
*Klondike by Twelves *FreeCell Two Decks *Spider Two Suits *Lady Polk *Ali Baba *Bakers Dozen *Acme Unlimited *Trusty Twelve *Giant *Lanes *Raglan *Twenty!
The Collector's Edition version has a ton of extra's and is well worth the extra price because it includes 120 Extra CE Bonus Levels (practically like getting a second game) It also includes 6 Castle Wallpapers (available on both CE & SE versions) +3 Extra Castle Wallpapers, 7 Castle before/after Concept Art, 10 Music Soundtracks, 4 Card Back Graphics, 3 Card Font Graphics (available on both CE & SE versions) +4 Extra Card Back Graphics, 24 Trophies (available on both CE & SE versions) +Extra Trophy Achievements, 3 Extra Castles to build, 6 Extra Bonus Solitaire types: Scarab~Spanish Patience~Diplomat~Double Line~Nestor~Thieves of Egypt, 12 Power-ups (available on both CE & SE versions) +4 Bonus Power-ups.

This is an old-fashioned Hidden Object Game (HOG) and a good one at that. I knew within 10 minutes that I was going to buy Hidden Magic, The Far Kingdoms are definitely better as Solitaire or Hidden Object games, and this one has a great variety of Hidden Object Scenes and mini-games, as well as an interesting storyline.
You can choose from 20 different realistic Avatars of Elven Princesses and Princes, but I'm not really sure why because they aren't really shown after you choose them. You can play in an Untimed Mode or a Timed Mode which gives you 3 Minutes to complete each scene, which is actually plenty of time (I had time remaining after each level) Each time you replay a level, the objects to find are different, and they vary as Listed Items or Silhouetted Shapes, so there's a good replay value.
There are unlimited Hints available but you only start out with 4 freebies that are instant hints, after those are used you have to wait for the Hint to recharge before using them again. The turtorial doesn't really explain any of the features, I had to use them all up just to access the Shop to see what was offered. There is a Jar of Fireflies that will find 3 Items in the location, you can purchase packages of 1,5, or 10 in the shop. The Lantern feature can be used during the Dark Scenes to light the entire scene for 1 minute, and the Timer feature will add 30 seconds to the timer if you are playing in the Timed Mode.
After playing a set of HO levels (finding all items to meet the level objections) you get to play a Mini-game that progress in difficulty (they are very easy and small at first) such as a Match 3 game, Mahjong, or Card Matching Pairs Games where you flip over 2 cards at a time to find all matching cards.

I used a coupon code to purchase the Collector's Edition version when it was first released so I'm not super disappointed in the fact that this version has just as much to offer. The Collector’s Edition version has 5 extra Hidden Objects scenes, +3 mini-games & 14 wallpapers, which, in my opinion, isn't much of a difference especially for the price difference. Adventure Trip: London is a great old-fashioned Hidden Object Game.
The graphics are clear, the objects are cleverly hidden in plain sight with easily recognizable objects,(with a few flaw exceptions such as 2 Mice which were actually Gerbils) there are lots of cool features such as Collectible 8-Balls, Collectible Crowns, and a different Fun Fact item in every scene that is shown at the beginning of each level. There's a ton of variety as far as Hidden Object Scene types, and plenty of Mini-Games available as well.
You can play in an Easy Mode which has no Timer or Misclick penalties, and the Hint feature recharges in 5 Seconds. The Medium Mode is also Untimed but there is a Misclick penalty of +1000 points and it takes the Hint feature 15 Seconds to recharge. The Hard Mode is Timed and also has a +1000 point Misclick penalty and the Hint feature takes 60 Seconds to recharge. I played in the hard mode and had plenty of time to find all of the items on most levels.
There are several Hidden Object types: ➺Abc: Normal Listed Item Finds. ➺Missing Vowels: Listed Items that are missing the Vowels. ➺Scrambled: Listed Item Finds with jumbled words. ➺Silhouetted Shape: Items shown as Silhouetted Shapes. ➺Pairs: You have to find matching Pairs of items.
Each scene has extra items to find that aren't listed, however, they are only available in the word type HO variations. Finding 60 Collectible 8 Ball's will Unlock the Finale Puzzle, Finding 100 Crowns will Unlock the Unlimited Play Mode. Before the start of each level, you are shown a pictured item that when found will give you a Fun Fact about that particular item, which doesn't necessarily have anything to do with London, such as an avocado??? The Fun Facts you find are will be stored in the Diary Icon.
After completing the Hidden Object Scene, there will be a Mini-Game variation to play, such as Spot the Difference, Tile Swap puzzles, Match 3 games, or Symbol Search (like word search w/ symbols)
I recommend either version, but other than wallpapers and a few extra levels, there's nothing in the CE version to tip the scales ヅ

Rachael's baby sister is in trouble again, and since Rachael is out of town, good ole Uncle Chris gets to babysit, once he tracks her down. It's going to be a pretty awkward conversation though, "er, hey babe, yes, we're both doing good, Nerida is safe,.ahhh, sort of. About her beautiful singing voice...."
I think this series was over before it began, and #3 is a perfect example of why...it's boring to play. Eipix is famous for only having 2 areas of interest in every scene, 3 if you're lucky. The graphics are so plain with so little detail, there's nothing to look at, nothing to do, and because the storyline is boring, there's nothing to engross you or pique your interest, nothing to make you want to keep playing other than the hard-earned money you spent.
There are 16 Hidden Object Scenes +4 in the CE Bonus Chapter. There was a few of them that were creative such as finding ingredients to make tea or opening 2 drawers at a time to find matching pairs, but there was only one that I actually liked, selecting various drums to display several musical symbols that match the symbols on the inventory bar. There are also Interactive Listed Items, Keywords in Sentence Finds, Silhouetted Shape Finds, Multiples Finds, and Pictured Item Finds as well.
There are 19 Mini-Games +7 in the CE Bonus Chapter, but for me personally, I found them to be rather boring and not very creative. Here are a few of the games I found to be better the most:
1-Rotate wires to connect, similar to "pipes" 2-Adjust 4 puzzle sections to fit correctly, using + and - buttons, horizontal and vertical sliders, and rotational arrow buttons. 3-Select picture frames in the correct order by pushing them along the path.
The Collector's Edition Bonus Chapter is a continuation of the main games' plot, playing as Nerida on a quest to find her voice. There are 7 Mini-Games and 4 Hidden Objects remaining, and you will pick up the final 5 Musical Notes to complete your collection, but there are no Morphing Objects within the CE BC>
This collector's Edition version has 4 Concept Art Pictures, 8 Wallpapers, 8 Movie Video Cutscenes, 5 Music Soundtracks, 12 Achievements, 18 Replayable Puzzles, 18 Replayable Hidden Object Scenes, 21 Souvenir's, 33 Musical Note Collectibles, 16 Scene Morphing Objects, 4 Main Chapters, +Bonus Chapter, and a Built-in Strategy Guide.

Completed Game approximately 6.5 hours (including CE Bonus Chapter & all mini-games)\
It seems I'm in the minority on my opinion of the worthiness of this latest edition of Redemption Cemetery, but on the other hand, I did complete the entire game. Is Dead Park an improvement from the last several Series Games by Amax? The answer is a resounding, YES! The graphics are really good but dark and hazy, and they chose a very interesting Location, a creepy Amusement Park with paranormal activity, however, that's where the YES's end, and here's why.
~The main character isn't appealing, he looks like a creep, not creepy. He lured me to the park under false pretenses and I have no desire to help redeem him. His name is Cashier, the most interesting thing about him, hmm... ~Cashier hands me a Gadget, a Black Ball to deliver him and everyone else from evil, the same ball that he drew originally. Cashier spent years searching for the chosen one who would follow in his footsteps to draw the black ball. Did I miss something? Where did this black ball come from? Who holds the Black Ball Lotto? How does the black ball "choose" someone, it just seems that Cashier the Creep did the choosing and tried to find someone to pass the black ball buck onto. ~They crammed nearly a hundred mini-games and HOP's into the main chapter and bonus chapter, yet there are less than two dozen different locations. What that boils down to is a lot of back-and-forthing, a lot of repeated HOP scenes, and not a lot of variation. It becomes painstakingly boring without a change of scenery, the icing on the cake is finally dredging through an agonizing 4 very long chapters of the same exact repeated scenarios, only to discover the CE version Bonus Chapter takes place over the SAME EXACT LOCATIONS (8) as the Main Game! ~Yes, the location is awesome, but in the end, it's the same "Save 3 Souls" Redemption scenario, it's the same every character looks exactly the same as every other Amax series, it's the same black mist evil entity in every Amax series, it's the same average 3.0 average rating as almost every other Redemption Cemetery game. It looks creepy, but in this case, looks are definitely deceiving!
There are only 11 Hidden Object Scenes +5 in the CE Bonus Chapter, however, there are 15 smaller Zoom Zone Hidden Object Scenes to balance it out a tad more. The Scenes are all rather dark and the items themselves are very small. Most of the main HOP's are Interactive List Finds, but there are also Multiple's of the same Object Finds, Matching Pair Finds, Fragment Finds, Silhouetted Shape Finds, Pictured Item Finds, Keywords in Sentence Finds, Finding & Replacing Item Finds, and Swatches Finds. Amax did a fantastic job of blending the items into the scenery or having unique interactions, to make some of the HOP's a bit more challenging. My only complaint with the HOP's is that they Repeat nearly all of the scene locations at least once, sometimes even thrice which, in my opinion, is boring and seems a bit lazy on the devs part.
There are 36 Mini-Games +41 in the CE Bonus Chapter. I have to admit, Amax does a pretty decent job with "motif" cemetery/death/grim reaper/skeleton related puzzles which range from super simplistic to maddening at times. There are puzzles every step of the way, puzzles within HO scenes, puzzles within +Plus Inventory Items, even puzzles within the puzzles themselves which often have 6-7 small jigsaws variations. My only complaint is that Amax never seems to offer a Reset button which would be very helpful in some of the complex or "moving one may affect others" types. I've included some of my favorite puzzles below:
☠~Slide the skull along paths & gears to open gates. ☠~Select parts to rotate and connect the correct letters & numbers according to the clue. ☠~Create a path of ladders by uncovering adjacent tiles, if you uncover a tile w/wire, the game will restart. ☠~Rotate 4 discs and swap mosaic sections to complete images according to clues.დ ☠~Swap 2 tiles to complete various images of ravens that match the star constellations shown. დდ ☠~Use directional arrows to navigate your boat, which will move in the desired direction until it hits an obstacle. (multi-layered puzzles within) დ ☠~Enter the correct code by solving math equations with symbols. ☠~Shoot marbles (skulls) of various colors to make a Match 3 to remove skulls before they reach the vortex. დდდ
The Collector's Edition Bonus Chapter is just an extension of the Main Chapter of Redeeming another Lost Soul at the Amusement Park. You receive a letter from Audrey, the wife of an amusement park employee named David Ross, asking you to prove her husband wasn't responsible for an explosion of a new attraction that caused his death. This is one of the longest Bonus Chapter's I've ever played in a HOPA game with a whopping 41 Mini-Games (some of these are simply multi-layered puzzles) but only 5 Hidden Object Scenes. You will find the remaining 8 CE version Morphing Skulls which allows you to complete the restoration of the Park. All that is crammed into just 8 scenes (the same scenes as in the main game) which is a testament to just how much back-and-forthing there actually is.
The Collector's Edition version has 14 Wallpapers (all w/ characters slapped on them to take away from the awesome scenery) 7 Concept Art Pictures, 7 Screensavers, 4 Music Soundtracks, 9 Movie Video Cutscenes, 11 Replayable Mini-Games, 13 Replayable Hidden Object Scenes, 15 Achievements, 18 Morphing Skulls (which allows you to purchase 10 Dead Park Upgrades) 4 Chapters +Bonus Chapter, and a Built-in Strategy Guide.

I didn't progress very far in the demo because I had to keep replaying every level in order to earn all 3 stars simply because the game mechanics were so bogged down and slow that it was impossible on the first try. One time the level would run smooth, a few tasks later it would run super slow and/or wouldn't respond. I spoke with our resident Time Management guru who noticed the same thing, well at least now we know that it isn't an issue with our computers. Hopefully, they'll fix the issue because it seems to be a decent TM game.
You can play in a Relaxed, Casual or Hard Difficulty Mode over 50 Levels. There are 27 Achievements to earn and you can earn up to 3 Stars per level, and they can be re-played if need be. There are 20 Ancient Treasure Chests to find that contain various gifts for the Princess.
On the level map, you can select The Sciences Tab to purchase upgrades that help you progress. The Construction section has power-ups that make the workers run faster, remove obstacles faster or build buildings faster. Under the Art section, you can purchase upgrades to make murals, Bast Statues, and sculptures cheaper to construct. Under the Economy section, you can increase Taxes or income earned, the cost of workers cheaper, and increase the production of Quarries and Bakeries.
There are several options available when you select a land plot such as residential Huts, Houses, Villas, and Manors. Each type varies with Income amounts, Population, and even the impact it will have with the gods. I like the multiple options available, especially when your choices directly impact the outcome of the level
I will probably wait until Monday and use a PCC just in case the slow to respond issues persist.

I graciously gave 1001 Jigsaw Earth Chronicles 6 a whopping 3 Stars, along with some words of encouragement, only to discover that they completely ruined 1001 Jigsaw Earth Chronicles 7! I actually own the first 4 puzzle games in this series because I loved the theme of Earth Chronicles. Previously, the pictures were always Earthy with animals from all around the world, but for some odd reason, they took away most of those picture themes and threw in a bunch of uninteresting pictures of food, art, resorts, harmony?? and cities.
There are only 2 boxes with actual Earth Chronicles images, Landscapes, and a category now called Wildnature (all one word at that) Inside the Wildnature virtual box you'd expect to see pictures of Zebra's grazing on the Serengeti or a lonesome Cougar stalking its prey (hopefully not the poor Zebra) instead I get to see pictures of people playing with a very domesticated puppy, (the same puppy picture found in EVERY puzzle by this developer btw) a wild turkey...in a not-so-wild enclosure, and a whole slew of Zoo animals that have never seen "wildnature" a day in their lives!
As for the puzzles' features, I grow weary talking about the same things over and over because there are never any changes, but I remain optimistic that they will someday add a few features that matter. With just a few tweaks, these puzzles could be amazing!
If you haven't played any puzzle game by this developer, you'll probably think there's no need for change. But, if you have played even one jigsaw puzzle game by these devs, you'll find that the lack of customization options along with the same repetitive music gets old. I love jigsaws and I love the convenience of computerized jigsaws, in fact, there's hardly a day that goes by, that I don't work on a puzzle from another developer.
There are 7 Categories referred to as boxes, Wildnature, Cities, Art, Food, Harmony, Landscapes, and Resort, and each box contains 143 puzzles for a total of 1001 puzzle images. There are Achievement Trophies to earn and a Top Scores leaderboard but there is no option to access any of these features to know what achievements you are striving to achieve, which makes no sense.
There is a box to store extra pieces, but there are no options to categorize, label or sort these stored pieces, nor is there an option to fetch or retrieve certain pieces because you can't sort and label these stored pieces...that makes no sense.
There is an option to post a Picture Image of the puzzle you are working on which does allow you to choose three different sizes of x1, x2 or x3. You can also opt to Ghost the Image on the Background (the puzzle is assembled on top of the ghosted image) It doesn't, however, give you the option to choose the Opaqueness of the Ghosted Image to make the image more or less visible, depending on how difficult you want the puzzle assembly to be...that doesn't make sense.
There is an available Magnifying Glass to enlarge sections, as well as a Hint feature in case you get stumped. You can choose the Resolution, opt for a Custom Cursor or change the color of the background to pastel shades of Pink, Green, Blue or Gray. These basic color options tend to be somewhat too dark with many of the puzzles they offer, being able to adjust the intensity of the background colors at the very least, makes sense, doesn't it? Here's a fun fact: Most monitors can EASILYdisplay 16,777,216 256 different colors, yet we are only given an option of Four of those 16,777,216 256 colors to choose from as the background color...that totally makes no sense.
There is an Auto-sort feature that seems to have no rhyme or reason attached to it because it doesn't sort the pieces by Color, Puzzle Cut or Shape, or even the Direction Placement (correct rotation placement) instead it sorts the pieces to the general location of where the pieces will go (top~left, bottom~right) Most puzzle geeks like the ability to sort pieces by color (zebra stripes, blue sky, green grass) or group by puzzle shape, and sometimes both. It would also be nice to be able to quickly send those sorted pieces to the Box, after labeling them, of course. At least it gives you the option to choose the Border pieces separately, sorting to the exact areas the pieces will go, practically feels like you're cheating...which doesn't make sense.
Any Puzzle can be modified with Size options, the Puzzle Shape, and whether or not you want the pieces to Rotate, but even then, it's not optimized to allow you to assemble a puzzle much bigger than 300 pieces. A 300 Piece Puzzle purchased off the shelf would be labeled for ages +8-12...that ridiculously makes no sense.
Once you complete a Jigsaw Puzzle, you're done, the party's over. You get to see the finished image for a split second (I'm not exaggerating) and then the Stats Window pops up. The completed Jigsaws aren't displayed in a Gallery or any other section for that matter, to allow you to admire your work or the beauty of the image, so I suppose asking for an option to save the puzzle's image as a Screensaver or Wallpaper is too much to ask for...that makes sense, right?

I always love to see a new release of Worlds Greatest Cities/Places Mosaics because they always included new styles and features. I really liked the "shapes" version they used to include in their earlier games because not only were they unique, and creative, but challenging as well because you had to pay attention to the color and the shape as well (such as an Orange/Square)
Lately, I haven't enjoyed World's Greatest Cities Mosaic games because of the Mysterylands and Labyrinth style Mosaics. They are so generic and easily solved, yet it's easy to make a "visual" mistake because the filled-in cells in those modes, particularly the Mysterylands mode, covers the entire cell (the grid lines or squares blend together to give them the appearance of a real, moving picture of ponds with swimming turtles, etc.). This is just my personal preference, but as far as the Multi-colored Mosaics go, they are top-notched, logic-based griddlers, I'm just wishful thinking that they will include the shapes modes soon!
The main feature of this series is that they take you to the World's Greatest Cities and tell you some interesting facts about the city you are visiting. You can play in a Casual, Normal or Expert difficulty mode, or you can customize the difficulty mode by choosing if you want to play in a timed mode, if you want bonus points as a time bonus, whether you want numbers crossed off one by one or only when the entire row has been completed, and you can set the number of mistakes allowed from 1-5 and how long it takes for the hint feature to recharge from 30-120 seconds.
The Segment Length Checker feature has returned, (first offered on WGCM #7) but I actually like this feature, especially when solving a larger grid. You can turn it on or off at any time by clicking the round circle on the right-hand side, but when it's on, it shows you how many cells there are in both the column and the row of whichever cell your cursor is hovering over (with directional arrows so you won't get confused) Some reviewers love this feature, others hate it but if you don't want the intrusiveness, you can always turn it off.
There are 3 different types of Mosaics offered in this version: *Traditional (multi-colored) which has different colors to switch between to help you solve the puzzle. In some of the puzzles, some sections may be locked, requiring you to complete a different color to unlock those sections. *Mystery Lands which fills in each cell with 3 different kinds of pictures that when complete forms a beautiful scene, often with swimming fish, turtles, boats and even ants and bugs crawling around on the lawn. *Labyrinth Game is similar to Mystery Lands, but after completing the puzzle, you guide a ball through the maze from point A to B by clicking on intersections of the maze. (which is kind of a waste of time, in my opinion, because the labyrinth isn't difficult to navigate)
You can choose between 10 different Tilesets by clicking on the arrow at the very bottom of the right-hand side (I believe it is located under the ? Hint icon) There haven't been any new features added since the introduction of the segment counter a few episodes back, so I'm hoping T1 Games will think of something incredible to shatter the "norm" that they are so famous for doing.
